The hotel has exceeded my expectations! The staff is super friendly and the rooms comfortable and clean. Great location with direct access to the beach. Swim up rooms have a wonderful sea view. Food is very good with large variety.

It's a 1.30h drive from Heraklion. Renting a car is cheaper than taking a taxi and the drive has very nice views. Swim up pool water was a bit cold in September.

We really enjoyed our stay at this amazing built place, the architecture and the design outstanding. The staff was truly fantastic, very careful with your needs and a really nice company while you dine in at the restaurant and at the bar. The variety of food makes you want to come back the next day, not knowing what to expect.A lot of culture in the food with different themes that bring joy with every meal. The cleaning service did wonders in the room, the good feeling to come back in a clean room after a day on the beach. One more aspect I wish to mention, the gym.Having a place where you can train and admire the views at the same time did a really good impression on me.There is also a boxing bag for the ones who like some cardio. Peace.

I have to point just a few downsides: -the coffe can be improved, it’s a little bit tasteless and little bit weak for my preference -the paranga proseco gave us a really bad time, we felt sick after drinking that one, it may not be for everyone

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Enorme Santanna Beach and generally had a wonderful time. We would definitely return, as we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Our swim-up room was a definite highlight – highly recommended for a seamless pool experience! The food was consistently good, with a wide variety of delicious options, and the cocktails were excellent. We also appreciated the ample parking available at the hotel, which made arrivals and departures very easy. A major plus was the effortless and delicious gluten-free catering. It was a huge relief to not have to worry about finding suitable meals.

While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, there were a couple of aspects that detracted slightly from the overall experience. The most notable issue was with the lack of privacy in nearly all of the resort's public restrooms, where the doors wouldn't lock. This led to constant worry about someone walking in. Additionally, for those considering rooms with private pools, be aware that there's very little privacy in these accommodations – again, making the swim-up rooms the preferred choice for a more secluded feel. Despite these minor issues, our positive experiences far outweighed the negatives, and we left feeling refreshed and eager to return.

The property was clean, the room we stayed in (715) was spacious, the sharing pool was cleaned and maintained daily and had all the required facilities. It didn’t feel overcrowded and was a great place to relax and unwind. Great views of the beach/sea. The food in the evening was varied and had a good selection, maybe the lunch menu could offer slightly more. The pool bar area was lovely and the beach bar a great addition. Staff were generally very friendly and helpful and made the stay even better. A few lovely additions were arranging a birthday cake for my son and sorting out another room on our last day due to a late flight.

Maybe a bit difficult to walk up due to being on a hill but this wasn’t too much of an issue as had staff to drive us up to our room whenever needed. Maybe a bit more entertainment in the evening would be nice. The spa was great (had a massage) however would have been nice to have a few more facilities like a steam room, jacuzzi etc… Being charged for drinks during dinner was surprising as hotels i have previously visited, soft drinks and water was included with half board price.

Where do I start - we truly enjoyed our holidays at Enorme Santanna Beach Hotel. The facilities and rooms have very nice, clean design. From the hotel there is a nice view to the city and mountains. Hotel is located next to the beach which is fully equipped beach with comfortable sunbeds and beach bar. The beach is rocky - black rock and sand beach, but I really liked the character of the beach. Although the sea bottom itself is rocky, still it is possible to comfortably enter it and swim. Food was excellent - fresh and delicious, I especially enjoyed breakfast and dinner, it’s wide variety of different cusines and desserts were outstanding. The staff is friendly, kind and always ready to help you, so for the hotel staff itself I give 10/10. You are great and doing a great job there! As this was the first part of our trip and we did not want to do anything much just sunbathe on the beach and relax, we found this a perfect choice.

Room for improvements: 1. Do more regular beach (sunbeds & table) check-up, as the small rocky bins on the sunbed tables were not cleaned everyday and sometimes there was rubbish on the beach. 2. It would be great to have still water available free pf charge at the dinner. Overall tap water should be available for free 24/7. 3. To make it perfect, entertainment/activities would be highly appreciated - volleyball, football, beach tennis at the beqch or ping pong at the hotel. As well, some live music couple times of the wee would be nice.

10/10 service, stunning views , rooms are brand new and perfect, climat at swimming pool bar and beach fasilities make you relaxed. We felt like rich people from Monako spending 1/5 of price that we would pay in other parts of the island . Next time we want to take apartament with big private swimming pool because its totally worth it. Food for breakfast is fresh and there is many options to choose from , we always took few rounds of plates. The Dinner have different options everyday so even we stayed 8 nights it did not get bored.

Far away , without car you need to take very expensive taxi to get there . There are buses but also dont cheap and on Sunday there is no bus. The beach have no sand.

The hotel was really amazing, honestly one of the best I have done. The room was very spacious, we had one with a little private pool. The staff is so friendly and nice. The private beach is just in front of the hotel and you have a little underground tunnel to go there. But one of the most amazing thing was the buffet. The food in the evening was so so good. Everyday was a different "theme", you can see it's cooked fresh, I have done a lot of buffet in hotels and this one is really above anything else. We had rent a car to go from the airport to the hotel and the main city is less than a 10 min drive.

Bed was very hard, I didn't sleep well the first few days. You also have to pay for water at diner which I think is a bit too much.

Staff beyond expectations, super friendly and helpful. Amazing variety of food (we took the half board service). Great facilities and location. The reception at the hotel during check-in was the best we ever had. They welcomed us with a glass of a very good champagne and orange juice for the kids. And since we arrived super late, they spoiled us by leaving in our room sandwiches, fruits and a bottle of champagne after the long trip. They left a great impression!

I was expecting a better wellness area and a bit of structure for small kids, but I guess this is not the resort intention. Else, we don't have any complaints.

Could be the best/nicest hotel I've stayed in! Staff was very nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Lots of stairs, but that is only a nice little exercise;)

I can't think of a thing I did not like. Pool water was very cold, but it was end of October, so understandable.

The staff is really helpful and friendly. Really good service and quiet accomodation, however you will definitely need a car to get there.

There is not much privacy in general in all the hotel installations. Our room was not as expected and was different as the one shown in the pictures when we selected it. Really really small, on one side of the bed, you could not even walk through normally. Our balcony was in front of the bar, so you did not have privacy at all. The pool water was super cold, they were always empty, impossible to enter and relax. The beach overthere is not that nice as in other locations .
