Amazing hotel, perfect location, the views from our balcony were just stunning over the harbour. Glorious breeze on our huge balcony, included 2 sun beds and a spa bath. Just perfect in every way. The staff are incredible and cannot do enough for you, so welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, so much selection, fresh fruit juices, cereals, pastries, cooked breakfast, omelettes etc, continental selection, fruit, fresh breads and home made cake every morning. Superb. Sulla, Johanna and Maria are just the most exceptional hosts and the other staff are wonderful.

A little more hanging space in the bedroom but this is only a minor issue.

The location of this beautiful hotel is perfect, overlooking the port, harbour and Lake Voulismeni and only a couple of minutes walk from the lovely Almiros beach. The hotel is furnished to a very high standard and is immaculately clean. The lobby and bar area is airy and very welcoming. The contemporary decor offers a comfortable place to relax and eat breakfast and have drinks. Our room was a great size and well equipped with good air conditioning, smart tv, a small fridge and free safe. Storage was ample yet subtle, maximising the space. The balcony offered the most amazing view. It was furnished with a bistro table and two chairs and an external plug which was really useful. The bathroom was a good size and again, beautifully fitted out. The large walk-in shower was brilliant; really powerful with option of overhead or hand-held. There was also a really good hairdryer and the complimentary soap, shampoo and conditioner were replaced daily together with fresh towels and housekeeping. We stayed on a room only basis so can’t comment on breakfast. However, on check-in we were advised of serving times in case we did want to take breakfast as that could have be arranged. The staff here are all wonderful. They are all so welcoming and friendly. Our check-in was much later than expected due to our flight having been delayed but the lovely Soúla was waiting for us, long after her regular finish time. The general atmosphere here is friendly and warm, much like holidaying with friends. We simply can’t fault this wonderful little find and can’t wait to return.

What’s not to like!

My stay was short but perfect! Was only staying in this hotel for one night but I wish I would have been there for longer. The staff were so nice, hotel was in a perfect location and the room was spacious and beautiful. There is small beach around the corner, and it was nice to be able to leave your valuables in the hotel while going for a swim. Definitely will be staying in this hotel if I ever go back to Agios Nikolaos!

Nothing I didn't like.

The staff was so friendly and helpfully. The location was the best, we were on the 8th floor with an amazing terrace with a dream like view. The hot tub was the cherry on top. For the beginning of April it was a perfect place to view the stars and stay toasty at night. The tiny bottle of Ouzo with 2 shot glasses was a nice touch. We loved this place and would love to return again. If you rent a car, parking was a 4-5 min walk away, so drop your bags off at the hotel first.

The one thing they were missing was the velour terry cloth robes to complete the fantasy.

Wonderful property. Staff were really nice, friendly and helpful. We were upgraded (thank you), to a lovely room overlooking the harbour, with everything you needed. Rain shower was very good. Breakfast was exceptional. We were only here one night, wish it had been more! If you are going by car the hotel email you directions and advice about parking, which is a couple of minutes walk away in a safe car park on the harbour. You can drop your luggage off first and then park up. Would recommend and stay again.

Nothing, everything was excellent.

One of the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Crete. Super friendly people, excellent breakfast homemade and very complete so not miss it, high quality ingredients, different every day and so well cooked. We had a spacious room on the filth floor first, no sea view but confortable. Then we could switch to the sea view one for our last two nights with a balcony and it was just splendid. Super quiet can’t hear the neighbours at all. Every lady working there is so friendly and genuinely happy to do their jobs so so well. The location couldn’t be better. There is even a free parking two minutes walk. We also liked having a drink at the bar sorted in the comfy seats surrounded by the other happy guests before heading to dinner.

Maybe fresh squeezed juice in the morning, that would be the cherry on the cake with the luxurious breakfast.

The ladies who work at this charming boutique hotel are exceptional! They are cheerful and personable and make you feel right at home. They clearly love their work and working with each other. We felt pampered and cared for. Check in and out were smooth. We were departing at 6 am on our last day so they prepared breakfast packages for us. The daily breakfast buffet was delicious with a wonderful daily assortment of homemade food. They are centrally located with a great view of the port. They offered excellent suggestions for day trips and dining because they know the area well. They were accessible if we needed to call with questions. Our room had a large veranda with a spectacular view and a jacuzzi and lounge chairs! Wish we could have stayed longer and would love to stay here again in the future.

Enjoyable boutique hotel right at the sea with excellent food and service by dedicated staff. Our room on the 7th floor with sea view was amazing.

The hotel is - as desired - right next to the touristy city center and harbor - so it is rather loud until 1 am. It can get very windy on the balcony, when there is no wind you can smell the restaurants and their grills. Nothing to blame the hotel for, though, but good to know

Stayed in room 401 which was absolutely beautiful. Amazing terrace with sun loungers and a spa bath. So private and had the most fantastic views. Parking was 2 minutes away in the harbour and was free, so easy to park and get to the hotel. Hotel is gorgeous, an amazing little gem of a find in a perfect location. Facilities are great, clean, tidy and the room was lovely. Lastly and most importantly the staff made our stay. They are all so friendly, helpful and welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Will definitely be coming back

Nothing it was perfect

Everything was just amazing! Soula, Allison, Joanna and Jessica were just the best people you could ever meet! They made our holiday so special and were lovely! All the staff from housekeeping too were just wonderful! Couldn’t pick a better hotel in the area! We loved our room so much and wish we had of booked 2 weeks instead! Thank you so much for making our first visit to Crete the best ever! When we come back we will definitely be back again! Thank you all so much Lwra & Yannis! (John & Larissa) 😂 xxx
