Our stay at Porto Maltese Boutique Estate was truly exceptional. The suite was beautiful, spacious, and full of character, with a magnificent view over the harbor. The location couldn't have been better — right in the heart of Agios Nikolaos, yet peaceful. The building itself is stunning, with a sense of history and familiarity that immediately makes you feel at home. The people were incredibly welcoming and made our experience even more special. Everything was simply perfect — we couldn't have asked for more!

Everything was perfect.

Cozy posh room, great view, good location! Small balcony oriented to bay harbor. Even a street bellow the room does not affect you to enjoy this view at evening. At night, there is not frequent traffic and you can sleep well. Parking is not available. In front of the Hotel you can park to unload your car. there is a free public car park a hundred meter from the hotel. Photos on site are good and you can rely an this impression!

We were lucky to leave the public parking before the Cruiser was unloaded. So the cruiser guard and city police were blocking this public parking lot (security reason!!!!) until the last passenger returned and the cruiser moved on! There were no reason for that because car park and a dock are separate way in and out. They are paralel. In a small town with steep narrow streets, finding a place to leave your car is challenging and very annoying

The location is fantastic in every way. I don't know if all the rooms have sea views, but mine did, and I was really happy to spend time on the balcony taking it in. The room itself is very attractively and charmingly furnished with all the standard comforts of a hotel of this category. The staff were kind, friendly, and helpful.

I found the shower stall to be impossibly narrow and cramped. The only way to find adequate space is to turn the nozzle in such a way that you will end up flooding the bathroom floor as there is only a partial glass barrier between the shower stall and the rest of the bathroom.

The staff where amazing great customer service they are trust worthy hotel. They made you feel at home. The location is absolutely beautiful!!! The price of the hotel also was reasonable.

Only Greek channels on tv and no parking was so hard to find parking especially the place they recommended us for parking wasn’t able to park there as police closed it off for a riot.

The location and view were amazing. Junior suite with sitting room and balcony overlooking harbor and Lake. Gorgeous town even in winter. We love old European boutique hotels. If you are a Holiday Inn fan don’t book as you will complain about tight spaces, steps, and whatever. Couple who owns it are 100% charming.

The location is stunning right on the water front at the port. The building is old and full of character. The gentleman on reception was lovely and gave us wonderful advice on eaters. The view from the 3rd floor balcony was heaven

If I had to give any negative feedback it would be the night lights in the stairwell wasn’t obvious and it had poor lighting at the back door

Fantastic central location right on the harbour front, with beautiful view from balcony, comfortable room with fridge.

Very noisy at night up until around midnight-0200hrs, there is a rooftop bar right next to hotel which plays loud music. Balcony was right next to adjacent balconies, so quite communal with just a curtain separating, we didn’t really use it as neighbours smoked continually and windy location meant cigarette smoke blew straight through our door. No hot water for first day, easily fixed after a while but reception said they didn’t fix it straight away as we had a do not disturb sign up, why not message or text me?

Great spot, right on the harbouring. Unusual building. Neat little terrace overlooking the harbour. Angel and his colleague were on hand to give us a warm welcome and answer any questions we had. They both took great care of us. Parking 100 metres away. Plenty of good eating places close by.

There isn't anything to dislike.

The hotel was lovely and in an excellent location. We had a family room which consisted of two bedrooms, a small bathroom, sitting area, balcony (with clothes drying rack), and small well-equipped kitchen which was perfect for our needs. Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Our room was right next to a night club which played loud music until 4:00am. This did not seem to bother our teenage daughters, but made for difficult sleeping for myself and my husband. I don't think this would be an issue for most rooms- just the ones sharing the wall with the club. Parking was available in a nearby lot, however, it took us a while to find a spot upon our arrival as it was a busy night in town.

No elevator ( we knew that when booking - but didn’t realize that we had to park far from the hotel - it was not convenient because we were planning to keep the large bags in the car and just bring in what we need each day); so we had to carry three heavy bags using a steep flight of stairs. The staff helped with this. Note to possible customers- pack light!
