The hotel’s location is excellent, in the city center, directly at the beach, surrounded by lots of fantastic restaurants. The breakfast is good and can be eaten outside the hotel on its terrace with sea view. The AC was working well, the shower pressure is excellent. Very friendly staff. Great value for money.

The rooms are rather dated, the mattresses a bit worn down - but you get all that from the pictures, it should be no surprise - however, everything was clean. The bathroom is very small, between the WC and the sink are 30cm - No problem for us, but surely for bigger people or people with less mobility.

the staff was great and friendly, the rooms were clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was ideal for exploring the city, and the small beach in front of the hotel was beautiful with restaurants nearby. The insulation was perfect despite the city location.

The curtains are transparent, and the windows don't have blinds, it’s hard to sleep well under these conditions. The breakfast was not good at all, very limited, and same bad product everyday. It consists of a few vegetables, processed meat, very poor quality bread, jams, yogurt, cereals, drinks. Even the scrambled eggs weren't good.

Things we liked  - Location! Right on the seafront with fantastic views and just off the road of the free city bus!  - Lovely outside area for breakfast sat by the sea.  - Great communal area downstairs with TV and boons with comfortable sofas.  - Newly renovated/clearly recently touched up with nice decor.  - Nice bathroom and a good shower cubicle with complimentary shower gel and hand wash.  - Fantastic breakfast! Good choice of hot and cold items with fruits, olive spreads, breads, 'bacon', boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, salad and meat/cheese. Nice to also get a toaster!  - Friendly and welcoming staff.  - Nice and clean: I found only one hair on the bathroom floor and a curly one in the toilet. Communally, it was very clean and tidy. Fresh and modern. 

Things we didn't like - Balcony too small and actually quite difficult/dangerous to sit in the chairs because of how small it is.  - Ongoing noise and terrible smells from the drains.  - Noisy aircon/electric units outside in the void area of balconies during the night.  - Kettle/tea/coffee in the room would have been nice.  - TV and aircon included but only 1 English channel. - Slight attention to detail lacking regarding a light out in the bedroom and bathroom, a shower hose that didn't stay up so you had to hold it permanently and some marks/holes on the walls where things had clearly once been.  - No full length mirror in the room.

The location of this hotel is great. It is across the road from the beach and a short walk to the town centre. There are lots of restaurants nearby and a beach club where you can hire loungers and umbrellas for the day. The beach is pebbly but the water is amazing, clear and warm. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good.

The quality of the cold meats and cheese could be better. Adding some good warm pastries would be a nice addition.

Proximity to beaches and excellent restaurants- easy access to all the waterfront areas and very easy to find our way around. The breakfast was excellent and Eleni, front desk staff was excellent - so friendly and helpful. The balcony view on the ocean us amazing

Rooms were smaller than we thought and there was no coffee maker to make our own coffee. Towels were small and no beach towels provided Tiny elevator- holds 2 people!

Location was excellent. Staff were very helpful. Place was clean. Good service.

Breakfast was a bit poor. Could have served freshly squeezed orange juice but instead some concentrate. Could be improved. Quality was ok. No brown bread. Cups too small. Room decor a bit dated but ok. I would have been happier with just a plain croissant and a decent cappuccino for breakfast.

Very frendly staff! Excelent location! Excelent location! Excelent location! Good sound insulation! Good place sitting outside with sea view! The staff is relly helps for whatever you ask! The price is so adequate! The location allows to be on beach by several steps, or to get to the dowtown within 5 minuts. The breakfasts were fresh and clean every morning.

Ispite of the name of 'beach hotel' and the beach location - no facilities supporting it.It would be so good: beach towels, small privat beach umblellas to use on the beach, place for drying.. It would be better slightly change the menu during the week, like different kinds of cheese.

Practically, everything!!! The location is amazing, and the staff are cheerful, friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and it had a mini bar. The bathroom was clean with , but might need . You are one minute from the beach and several restaurants and cafes, and a short distance to the shops and even more restaurants and cafes. The city itself is nice and cozy, and the people really friendly

Not a complaint, but more of a suggestion. It would be nice to have a full-length mirror somewhere, and the breakfast might need a bit more variety.

Beachfront hotel with full breakfast buffet, with covered seating beachside. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly . Nice beach with crystal clear water, with steps from cafe seating area onto the beach- so no need to pay for a beach lounger.

The bathroom had an awkward design with sink & toilet placement and could use some shelving for toiletries. But the price was surprisingly cheap for a beautiful beachfront, and the setting is wonderful! Only other negative is the hotel has no private parking lot, but we were able to find free street parking close by.
