Booked for a 2 niggt stop over as resort hop holiday Monica on reception is lovely and very helpful. Room was bright clean and large with a big balcony 2 lounger 2 chairs table.and a hot tub! Lovely side sea view and overlooked the athletics pitch 1-2 min stroll around to beach with good selection of bars and restaurant. 10.min stroll past lots more shops bars and restaurants to centre of town and lake area. Excellent location and hotel very bright and airy feel to it. Well worth a visit!!

The room matched the photos perfectly — they were already beautiful, and it was great to see that in person it looked just as nice, if not even better. Breakfast was also satisfactory.

There were a few stains on the blanket and towels. Additionally, the sunbeds provided were quite dirty and unfortunately couldn’t be used. A bit more attention to cleanliness would greatly improve the overall experience.

The staff, the cleanliness, the location, the beds, the breakfast, the pool area, it was excellent, everything. The staff everywhere were exceptional especially Monique and Nicolette who could not do enough for you. The communication before arriving was excellent and during the stay were knowledgeable and helpful friendly, warm and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious freshly baked bread, pastries, fruit, yoghurt, cheese, tomatoes to name a few plus excellent coffee and the best homemade cake. The rooms were spotless beautifully decorated with air conditioning, safe and tea and coffee making facilities. The beds huge so so comfortable. The pool area again immaculate and inviting you would be mad to miss this gem it was like a 5 star stay. Thank you sooo much we will return.

Having to leave

It was a spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Had a nice balcony that looked out to the sea, and was walkable to the beach.

The location unfortunately, was close to some type of discotheque that was playing very loud music for hours into the night. People in the next room when they sat on their balcony and smoked made it difficult for me to enjoy being outside.

The location is central. You have nice organised beaches around, restaurants, bars and coffees shops around the hotel and anything you'll need is in a walking distance. The staff is really friendly and helpful and they speak many languages so it's easy to communicate. The rooms are lovely and the place is really clean. They were cleaning our room every single day. The breakfast has anything you need to start your day. They also have a small but nice swimming pool and sunbeds and tables around. Just a lovely place.

There's nothing I didn't like about this place

We had a wonderful time in this hotel. the staffs are very helpful in giving information, they make you feel at home while away from home. Lots of eating places around and the beach so close to the hotel. Deluxe room was great and the rooms are clean. The hotel has the vibe of a 4 or 5 star. With comfortable beds.

We had WIFI for few days , then no WIFI.

Just fantastic, this is my second review of the hotel, staff were great and made our stay feel special, very warm and friendly. They also secured us our key because we arrive very late due to late flights, which was amazing, as we thought we were stuck, so they really went the extra mile to help us. This place is exactly as it described itself, pictures are accurate, we had a great time…

Absolutely nothing. It was even easy to park on the main road…

Great position at a walkable distance to the center, with free parking in the area and easy connection to the main roads. Rooms are cleaned and very nice, breakfast is not bad but it could be improved in quality and variety. Inside the building there is a patio with a nice shared pool where you can have your breakfast, which is great because it creates a nice and relaxed atmosphere even if the hotel is in the middle of other buildings. The hotel has also a mini gym and a sort of Spa where they do massages. Great value for money

We enjoyed every aspect of the hotel. It was super clean and nicely decorated very convenient location (very close to the heart of the city, steps away from the beach and a 2 minute walk to a huge municipal parking area) The staff were all very kind! The lady who welcomed us, Monique I think,made our stay so personal and warm. The beds were very comfortable The breakfast was nice In general I feel it was very good value for money. When we ll come back to Agios Nikolaos we will definitely stay here again

Breakfast was fine, location was good. Like everywhere in Crete, parking was a challenge, but got great advice from the staff and found paid parking close by that worked perfectly. More towels would have been nice and the bathroom all gets very wet when having a shower, but that is easy to manage

Air conditioning needs servicing as it’s noisy and leaks a bit. The bathroom floor get very wet and can be slippery because of the way the shower is designed. Floor towels fixed that though
