The hotel has an interesting location. The parking, lobby, workers, beach, pool, and everything else are great. The food is amazing. The staff are young and very nice. We were with a kid of 3 years of age and you can very easily walk to the village or go by car because you can park there too.

The only thing that is not that great is the beach. We are used to the sandy beach, not a rocky sea. Don't get me wrong, the place where you have sunbeds is sandy but when you move closer to the sea it gets more and more rocky. Plus, the sea gets deep after a few steps so not ideal for kids. We didn't know about that before we came and I think it's very important to be transparent about that part because most of the time you are on the beach. It's totally fine if you like that.

- Everyone from the staff was very attentive and competent. - The place is very well maintained. - Food at the restaurant was of very high quality and the cocktails at the lobby were top notch - I mean, Mayfair level. - The beach is getting cleaned and maintained several times a day.

- Variety at breakfast can be improved but I wouldn't make much fuss about it - I really can't complain. - The beach is not as great as the ones in Ammouliani for example. There is nothing generally wrong with it though (neither did hotel do anything wrong), we did enjoy it. - Ierissos is in the middle of nowhere and there is nothing to do in the area - manage your expectations :) - There were lots of mosquitos in the grass in front of our bungalow making it impossible to spend any time outside even at noon. Not a surprise as that's their natural habitat, but the hotel can probably treat these areas regularly.

The staff was super kind and helpful, the hotel/beach/pool was super clean! There is wifi everywhere. At the beach and at the pools there are kids staff. There are many and clean sun beds! And even more clean towels. The transfer to the city center is done by cars of the hotel which is super convenient. At the check in we've got upgraded for free during the high season to an awesome suite! The staff and owners make their best for their visitors to have a relaxed and beautiful stay.

Although the breakfast was delicious, it was repetitive. A big disappointment was the kid's club. It is fully equipped in a nice and quiet location, but there are no daily activities for the kids. There are no activities at all!

The hotel was very good, the service, the cleanliness, the staff, the location, the beach, the sunbeds, the food, the rooms....they were perfect. It is worth mentioning the worker (waiter) SAMUEL and the two CLEANERS who were excellent and very kind. Everything was very perfect and I will visit again with my family. Many thanks for your hospitality. Your hospitality and very professional services have convinced us to visit you many more times.

We absolutely loved the hotel. Lovely vegetation, well kept, lush gardens. The terrace at the bungalow was lovely. Large and very pleasant. Large TVs in both rooms. Air conditioning was impeccable. The cleaning staff did a great job and were very nice to our kid. Nice, pleasant music playing at the beach, water is clean and there's a towel service. The pools were great. The food was tasty and fresh. There was always a person at breakfast checking if any refills are needed. We loved the fresh flower bouquets in the lobby. We would definitely come back to this hotel.

The umbrellas at the beach do not provide adequate shade for small kids or people with sensitive skin. There were no lactose-free options at breakfast. The pressure at the shower cabin was too strong, no option to control it. Not suitable for a kid. Guests "reserving" sun beds with towels although not present at the beach.

I preface this review with the fact that we got an upgrade upon arrival as it was our wedding anniversary Pros: - Huge room, with a breathtaking view of the Sea from the front windows as the room was situated on the 3rd floor - Very clean and cozy room - Huge king-sized bed with a comfy mattress and clean sheets - Massive TV that raises from the furniture in front of the bed - Huge bathroom with both stand-in shower and massage tub - Large balcony with a view towards the Port and the city of Ierissos - Excellent breakfast. Even though it is the same every day, you have both Continental and A la Carte, both of them included in the base price of the room (we strongly recommend the A la Carte breakfast options) - Beach is extremely peaceful as the hotel is outside of the city, so there is no background noise - You can order anything from the beach bar by scanning the QR code on the table between the sunchairs - Sunchairs are very comfy with good padding and generous size - The umbrellas are not made from solid cloth, are woven, but they offer enough shade - The only slight downside to the beach is it being a bit rocky (small rocks, but mainly rocks in the water and sand on the beach itself) and the fact that the water gets deep quite quickly - Water was crystal clear on clear days, but had algae on the shore if the sea was a bit choppy. The beach staff would clean it 3-4 time a day - Although the sunbeds are not reserved per room, there are more than enough of them for everyone in the hotel, especially because some people like to stay at the pool - Beach towels are free of charge, and you can grab as many of them as you want from the pool area - Staff were all stars, going out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible, although we had the vacation towards the end of the season - The Tavern the hotel has is also very high end with delicious food and unbelievably welcoming staff - Hotel has 2-3 large parking lots and about 3-4 charging spots for EVs

Cons: -The only con I can think of is that everything you want outside of the breakfast costs money - some more, some less, but all of it costs money - Second one - reliability of the cleaning staff - we asked for our room to be cleaned once every 2 days as there is no point of doing it daily. First 3 days they cleaned the room each day. Then, they did not replace the water bottle from the room. Not big things, the cleaning part was done well, the problem was they cleaned the room when they wanted not when we wanted :)

The hotel is generally very nice. They spent a lot of money on the physical view of the hotel, the rooms the lobby the swimming facilities are very satisfying. The pebble beach is perfect because in a pebble beach the water is cleaner always. The rooms are cozy and clean and you wake up with the sound of the waves which was amazing. All the hotel is extremely clean, the staff is trained to enhance your holiday to an upper level. The swimming pool and the sea is very close so you can swim in the sea and then directly jump into the pool. The towel organization is unbelievably successfull, there are always clean towelss all day and unlimited use is free. There is a large and free parking area. The childrens’ swming pool is as big as the adults’ one.

If you are expecting a 5-star hotel brakefast then you will be disappointed. The service is perfect but there are very small number of kinds of cheese, bread, jam etc. also as for the lunch, there is very less alternatives, also nothing for vegans and if you are not eating pork, also much less optionals. Besides, nothing tastes “perfect”. You can go out and enjoy Ierissos city restaurants for eating. Actually I would not complaint about this but considering you visit a “5 Star” hotel, this F&B shortcoming should be re-considered in this hotel.

Great location, close to town but not in it, lovely views. Well maintained gardens, superb accommodation, comfortable bed and amazing shower. Breakfast really exceptional and the service from the first welcome by the ever so sweet Nancy all the way to the check-out really outstanding. The team could not do more to make everybody feel welcomed. The team at the restaurant was exceptional and Angelos and Martin extremely kind and helpful. The food delicious and the views from the restaurant stunning. Hospitality at its best.

A bit noisy at times due to far too many young kids allowed to roam everywhere.

Brand new, amazing spacious rooms with great design. Great, clean beach and 40m pool. Delicious F&B menu.

The road from main highway is beautiful but long and twisty

Amazing hotel, a genuine 5 star experience. From the welcome drink with sparkling wine to the amazing service from the staff - cannot give less than 10. Attention to detail, great a-lacarte breakfast, calm beach, beautiful infinity pool. The taverna was stunning, fresh fish and seafood from the local harbour, high quality spirits and wines. Bespoke clean rooms and comfortable king size beds. Absolute value for money.

There is nothing to complain. Maybe a little bit more adventures and activities for kids would be perfect.
