Super friendly staff first of all. Great and clean facility with an amazing view. Beach in walking distance. Good food and drinks. We went to Kos after a week, but we hated it so much that the staff of Ambiance helped us within a heartbeat to come back the next day. This feels like home... we will come back for sure and really recommend people to go and get the same amazing experience.

Nothing it was perfect.

Everything! From the staff, to the view, to the food, we were blown away by the hospitality. We knew so well from our trip the year before as we had breakfast most days there. We knew we had to stay there this time and were surprised by our wanderlust souls for staying out in the cafe bar so so often. The lovely staff and owners Michael and Olga made our stay so so special. Friends and family also felt so happy and welcomed like a family by these beautiful people. It is all in the name - AMBIANCE!

Everything was amazing!!!... Albeit toilet could have been a bit bigger... Bathroom door couldn't fully open without hitting toilet. These are minor things that are overlooked by all the perks and benefits to staying here!

The location is the best in Masouri with easy access to the restaurants, supermarket, bus stop stop within minutes. Also the beach is immediately accessible, and there is a small private area for this hotel. If you take the appartments with the sea view, it will be fantastic with the view on Tenedos' island. There is also a small private terasse to take your meals. In case of late arrival, the staff will indicate you how to collect the keys.

No significant negative point for this residence. The door of my flat was not closing very well, it needs some fixing. There is no swimming pool in the resort - just know it.

Location is very central and close to a lovely beach. The housekeeping was excellent with clean towels and sheets every time they looked grubby. Reception staff also very helpful.

The noise from the bar at night was a nuisance as live football was shown on an outside screen below our room until very late. Also the pool table was reverberating around our concrete room until midnight most nights.

The view from our room was incredible. We caught the best sunsets over Telendos and the sunbeds on our patio were an extra bonus. The hotel is perfect location next to restaurants and walkable to the closest climbing crags. We also loved being able to walk right down to the water from the hotel for a swim in the ocean. The room was spacious and comfortable and the kitchenette was perfect for breakfasts before climbing.

A few things need repair in the near future- there was some water leaking through a spot in the ceiling.

great location and spectacular views across to Tellendos. walking distance to many restaurants and bars, traditional Greek or greek with a twist. Opposite Prego restaurant. clean in the bedroom and comfortable beds. Nice contemporary decor.

The apartment was let down by the bathroom. the concrete shower needed attention, there was a smell coming from the drain and no ventilation in the bathroom except a vent in the door. all the fittings were very tarnished, needed refurbishment. good cooking area but the ‘fridge was old and rusty at the bottom, it was clean inside though.

Amazing location - absolutely perfect! The cleaning is top notch and just a beautiful place ... Everything within walking distance, including quad hire 😊

Only minus would be the shower - fitting needs looking at as we had to prop it up with the sponge. No biggy for us and possibly a big job to repair.

The big terrace was great for the children, the staff were really helpful and accommodating, we were able to check in early and the cot for the baby was there as requested, the restaurant/bar above was very good. Had a great stay overall.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Beautiful location directly facing the sea with a wonderful patio. Staff were very friendly and helpful, bed was comfortable and it was great value for its location. The bar above does a great breakfast and also good for solo diners! I also loved being able to walk down directly to the beach for morning swim before breakfast.

There was no coffee machine in the kitchinette but the staff kindly provided one for me. You also need a sharp knife for cutting!

It was our sevond stay in this hotek and we will definitely come back! The best location ever, in the heart of Masouri, with amazing view and private beach. Comfty beds, huge space and every day room service. Very helpful reception staff. 100% recommend!
