The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The view on the sea was really breathtaking and the location was almost unbeatable. The sea is steps away and lots of restaurants and cafes, grocery stores, etc, was impeccable. The staff also reached out and organized my transportation from the port, and are very responsive via email.

The hotel is child-friendly, which is great, but I had a lot of trouble sleeping due to children jumping around late into the evening. If you’re a night owl or an early riser, it would not be a problem, but I had to sleep early as I was on a sports trip, and it was a bit problematic! Other than that, I really enjoyed my time there.

The location was very central and yet a very quiet place. The view from my room spectacular! Enjoyed very much sitting in the balcony which was equipped with very comfortable seats and a table and had some lovely breakfasts there with friends. The room was large, very clean, neat, with soft colors that matched with each other, simple and yet beautiful making you feel relaxed and very comfortable. There was very good and varied recessed lighting, luxurious bedding with lush and many great pillows, and every piece of furniture one needs in a hotel room. Every one of the stuff members were very attentive, polite and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Great place for a very reasonable price!

Right opposite steps to beach. Sun beds on beach. Local restaurants and bars shops all nearby. Fantastic views from upper rooms, amazing views of sunsets. Angie books taxi for pick up and return to ferry. Good communication All went like clockwork.

A lot of steps but it keeps you fit. Not suitable if have mobility issues.

Great location - there was a lovely, organised beach in front of the hotel- just a couple of minutes walk away. Good mini markets nearby, lovely restaurants that weren’t too expensive. Super helpful staff who offered to help us with anything we needed. Gorgeous view of Telendos. We chose to do nothing and it was the perfect place to do that, but there are also lots of things to do and explore on Kalymnos. I would definitely return!

The only tiny issue was that it could be a bit noisy in the evening when the balcony door was open, but when it was closed you couldn’t hear a thing.

Really loved staying at the Apollonia, extremely friendly and welcoming staff and owners, very responsive, organised our taxi to and from the ferry. Enjoyed the sunsets from a very large balcony with view of Telendos. Room was very clean and also cleaned daily. Shower was great! Location was perfect for walking to crags above Masouri and Myrties, shops, beach, restaurants etc, and had no issues with noise. Would definitely stay again

Super nice Studio in the center of massouri. It is literally a 1 minute walk to the closest restaurant, supermarket or scooter rental. The room is big, bright and clean. The view from the balcony on telendos is awesome. Despite being right in the center, it is quiet at night. We have been on kalymnos for the fifth time now and stayed in several different accommodations, but apollonia hotel is outstandingly great. We will definitely come back! .

The equipment of the kitchen could be better. It has a fridge, a sink and a small oven for cooking with a limiting number of pots. If you plan on cooking dinner every day, other studios might offer more space and equipment. Our room did not even have a coffee machine, so we bought a French press on the first day. However, since we only ate muesli for breakfast and prepared sandwiches for lunch, the space and equipment was sufficient for our purposes.

I stayed in one of the rooms on the top floor, and the view was exceptional! Everything was very clean when I arrived, and cleaned again everyday. Kitchen appliances were adequate. There was even a lifesaver mosquito repellent device. WiFi worked good for me. They were very kind and helpful before/during the stay and checkout. I arrived after midnight, so they arranged a taksi for me from the harbour - and the taksi driver walked me until my room :)

The location was excellent. In the middle of Massouri but on a slightly elevated position so that you were above road level and could hear little street noise. Not that Massouri is a particularly busy place. Best mattress have ever slept on in Greece - wanted to bring it home! Good quality bed linen and towels. Water pressure was good, no issues with hot water. Rooms 5, 6 and 7 have access to a large balcony. Ideal for a morning yoga workout or a solo night time silent boogie by moonlight.

I'd have liked towel hooks in the shower room.

Very clean spacious bright room which seemed to be cleaned every day. Staff and owner so friendly and helpful. Stunning views from the balcony. Close to restaurants and bars and short walk to the beach.

Absolutely nothing! The only downside is if you are a bit unfit like me its a climb to the top floor but I viewed this as daily exercise and the view was worth it! If you don't like doing stairs, ask for a low floor.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and well equipped. The location was very good, near restaurants and shops and yet quiet at night. The view from the room was beautiful. Angie and staff were friendly and helpful.
