The breakfast was ample and always fresh. The location of the hotel was perfect with access to all local facilities. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool was a great bonus as was the umbrellas on the beach.

The pool bar service and beach umbrella service was terrible. There was no system in place and we repeatedly waited over 45 minutes for a drink or a sandwich. Even though we were guests of the hotel, we got charged for the beach umbrella and lounges and when we mentioned we are guests, the girl didnt offer to repay us or offer a drink or food to the same value. Thats very poor service.

Perfect location that was within walking distance to a variety of restaurants/cafes and markets. Also loved the pools (in addition to the standard pool they also had a little one for young kids) and how convenient the access to the beach was. Also liked the fact that you could order food and drinks right from beach and the lounge chairs were available to all hotel guest.

WiFi was a bit spotty and the room seem to take a bit of time to cool down

It was very nice that there were sunbeds available! Wonderful view as well. The rooms are large, we stayed as a family and it was quite good. It was also a nice thing to have a pool bar available.

The coridors towards the rooms have really high humidity, and also had mold on the walls. I think the pool equipment is present there, hence the humidity. One of our rooms didn't have the laundry hanger. The ac was also a bit old and loud but works.

Breakfast good, view excellent, location was perfect! Themolina at reception desk was very accommodating and exceptional! Water pressure for shower very good. Beach area great!

The pool area was not cleaned up each day from sand and children not monitored- were throwing balls and diving into pool. Not pleasant for older guests. Wifi was not secure-there was no password and one day we received 50 junk/scam/unsolicited emails which never happened when staying at other hotels in Greece with password protected wifi. Therefore was not able to use hotel wifi for remainder of stay.

Great location. Helpful and polite friendly staff. Upgrades made to the hotel really noticeable. Breakfast plentyful. Pool clean. Ideal having beach sun loungers that are free for guests. Great options on pool food and drink.

Only on a personal note, having Aircon directly to the side of the bed head end wasnt ideal. As it gave us dry sore throats by the morning.

We loved the friendly pool staff especially Nikos, he made the stay extra special as he has in previous years with his friendly chat and experience of the hotel and island. Location is spot on for being close to everything and easy to access the climbing areas as well as restaurants.

The location is perfect and the staff are all amazing! Themelina at reception was always welcoming and helpful and our cleaner Eirini was the best :)

The breakfast buffet needs improving, they need to have a toasting machine there so you can make fresh toast rather than have pre toasted bread that's sitting there. We also had days where the water in the shower wasn't hot and there was hardly any pressure.

Clean, friendly staff, great poolside bar that served food. Private beach was awesome.

The poolside bar and restaurant should be open later for dinner. It closed too early. I also wished the hotel provided laundry service.

The location of the hotel is perfect - very close to excellent restaurants, shops and the beach. Lovely pool area. The receptionist (blonde lady) was delightful and very helpful
