Lovely rooms with comfortable beds, cleaned daily. The lady who cleans them is very friendly. The views from rooms 1 and 4 are spectacular. Smugglers restaurant is right next door, Alexis is super friendly and helpful. The area has good restaurants, a supermarket and it is near to bus stops and taxi ranks. Nefeli cocktail bar is beautiful and we would definitely recommend a visit.

We (Jo+me) stayed here in April for one week and enjoyed our time. The apartment immediately gives you the feeling of being on holiday. Kitchen is basic equipped and good enough to cook a proper dinner. Our room had a big closet, which is nice. Infront of our studio we had a little sitting area for us. Perfect for having breakfast outside! Myrties is a small village. You will only find restaurants there. But next to Myrties is Masouri, which you reach in a 5min walk. There are small supermarkets, little shops for climbers and tourists and a lot of places to rent cars, scooters, Atvs. You can manage moving around by walking, but to see the island I would recommend to rent a scooter for at least a day. It is about 10€/day at all the rental places. From Myrties leaves a boat every half an hour to the the small island Telendos, which is 10min away. It costs 3€ per way and Telendos offers climbing routes and a hiking trail. Soo, all in all we loved our stay on Kalymnos and in Avra Studios. In the evenings you can watch the sunset either from little stairs at the sea infront of the house or on the way to Masouri at some of the many restaurant places.

The rooms are AMAZING! Clean and comfortable. Great location next to few beaches, shops and the little port that boats go to Telendos.. The owner lady is super nice, kind and helpful, makes you feel at home. Couldn't be more pleased with our choice!! We are coming back next year for sure!

Fantastic place! We had a room with an amazing view. It was close to a supermarket. Had a very nice restaurant downstairs. And a place to hire a motorbike nearby.

The mattresses were quite uncomfortable.

It’s location was perfect just in the seaside. There was a good restorant next to the rooms. The room was super clean and it had everything that one could need. The area was central but still very calm.

In the shower the water was salty but I think it’s not about the property it’s about the island itself.

Really nice location and the room have recently been refurbished and were lovely.

Quite difficult to find on Google maps but the owner of the restaurant next door pointed us in the right direction

We had to move rooms for last 2 nights of stay but we was aware we would have to do this and it wasn’t a problem for us at all

Accommodation was actually much nicer than shown in the pictures. It was cleaned, fresh bedding and your washing up done every day which meant we could just enjoy our holiday

The owner of the Apartment and the Restaurant were great and very flexible! The Studio itself was in a really nice location, greaaaat view and calm area. I can highly recommend it as it was very clean and unbeatable for the Price! the only thing that was bit annoying for us were the mosqitos at Night :-) All in all it was absolutely Great and the owners are gorgeous… brought us delicious baked goods!!
