Lovely rooms with comfortable beds, cleaned daily. The lady who cleans them is very friendly. The views from rooms 1 and 4 are spectacular. Smugglers restaurant is right next door, Alexis is super friendly and helpful. The area has good restaurants, a supermarket and it is near to bus stops and taxi ranks. Nefeli cocktail bar is beautiful and we would definitely recommend a visit.

Awesome value for money. Great view of the sunset. Newly renovated so everything was clean and fresh. Room 6 has a view of the island and water. Terrace cover in a grape vine, shared with another room. Basic kitchen supplies, but nothing to wash up with (although the lovely staff did it for you daily).

The rooms are AMAZING! Clean and comfortable. Great location next to few beaches, shops and the little port that boats go to Telendos.. The owner lady is super nice, kind and helpful, makes you feel at home. Couldn't be more pleased with our choice!! We are coming back next year for sure!

Fantastic place! We had a room with an amazing view. It was close to a supermarket. Had a very nice restaurant downstairs. And a place to hire a motorbike nearby.

The mattresses were quite uncomfortable.

We (Jo+me) stayed here in April for one week and enjoyed our time. The apartment immediately gives you the feeling of being on holiday. Kitchen is basic equipped and good enough to cook a proper dinner. Our room had a big closet, which is nice. Infront of our studio we had a little sitting area for us. Perfect for having breakfast outside! Myrties is a small village. You will only find restaurants there. But next to Myrties is Masouri, which you reach in a 5min walk. There are small supermarkets, little shops for climbers and tourists and a lot of places to rent cars, scooters, Atvs. You can manage moving around by walking, but to see the island I would recommend to rent a scooter for at least a day. It is about 10€/day at all the rental places. From Myrties leaves a boat every half an hour to the the small island Telendos, which is 10min away. It costs 3€ per way and Telendos offers climbing routes and a hiking trail. Soo, all in all we loved our stay on Kalymnos and in Avra Studios. In the evenings you can watch the sunset either from little stairs at the sea infront of the house or on the way to Masouri at some of the many restaurant places.

The newly refurbished studio, the sea view and good location. Especially the fact that it was closely connected with the restaurant Smuggler where Alexis took care of us in an amazing way. The closeness to the Telendos ferry!

It’s location was perfect just in the seaside. There was a good restorant next to the rooms. The room was super clean and it had everything that one could need. The area was central but still very calm.

In the shower the water was salty but I think it’s not about the property it’s about the island itself.

The apartment its very well situated and very nice decoration, very clean and nice equiped with little kitchen,fridge and AC.Close to different beaches, shop and access by boat to different spot. Little supermarket and lot of restaurant.Love it
