Calma was quiet and clean, comfortable stay. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

The photos are made to make the place look grandiose, it is not. It is a small suburban hotel.

The hotel is offering a very high quality experience in terms of (a) its facilities in-room and in common areas (well thought to the last detail), (b) its location very close to the city of Kastoria but also close to the nature (listening to the the birds chirping around the lake is a valuable experience especially for city folks such us) and last but not least (c) its people who all contributed to our pleasant stay with their friendliness and eagerness to make us feel very comfortable and satisfied from the experience in this excellent hotel.

There is really nothing significant to note in that respect, please keep up the good work!

That the pool closed early and opened late. The gym also closed early and opened late. This doesn’t cater to those who would like to enjoy a workout before they need to get in the road for a full days drive. I had a massage and facial and they still charged for the Sauna. The standard is that if you are paying for a wellness treatment the amenities come then for free. It’s a way to incentivize guests to book more treatments.

The hotel is modern and tasteful, located in a quiet area a bit outside the city of Kastoria. The facilities are excellent and the rooms are very comfy, clean, and spacious. The swimming pool is a great plus for the summer months. Breakfast is excellent, with several local puff pastries and a selection of delicious sweet and savory options. The staff is super helpful, friendly and professional. This is certainly my go-to hotel for a stay in Kastoria!

The hotel is located in the outskirts of Kastoria and a car is generally necessary to reach the city (especially in the night).

The hotel was clean and comfortable, very nice breakfast, nice beds and pillows. The guy at the breakfast was very nice and also the lady the next morning.

When we arrived at the hotel it was 18:30 and they told us that the pool closes in a hour, but the guy at the pool told us we only have half an hour. The girl at the reception told me that the jacuzzi was not working, so check if the spa works before you are going. Then I told her its a pity that is not working because we wanted to go to the jacuzzi with the baby and she said that we cannot use it with the baby, when I told her we already did the day before she said we could do something like the jacuzzi was working, so I didn't understand if it worked or not. Maybe was a misunderstanding.

Very very neat, clean and stylish. Spacious rooms. Exquisite feel and quality of materials. Highly professional and attentive CEO. Extremely comfortable bed. Abundant and tasty breakfast.

Swimming pool opens at 11:00 (too late). Coffee that if offered by default with breakfast was too bland for my taste.

The hotel facilities are great. The room we've got was super comfortable, clean and airy. All the facilities were new, and the bed was super comfortable. The only downside from our part, was the pool and the breakfast, which we felt could use more vegetables. The location is great, super easy access to the lake, 4 minutes drive and you are there, with all the nice restaurants and lake side views. We've had a great time in Kastoria, and would love to come back!

The pool was busy all day long with locals, which are allowed, due to low hotel capacity. This way, the hotel can maintain the pool, and keep it running. I can understand that thought, but it was way too crowded for us. Other then that, we had a great time.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the pool was nice and clean. Very good breakfast. We needed to store our food in fridge and they agreed to store it for us. Also gave us very nice recommendations for restaurants.

A gorgeous property with state of the art amenities situated in a convenient part of a graphic city. Close to shopping, dining, lake views and pleasant walks in a town with rich history and distinct local flavor. Supermarkets and local stores provide fresh local produce and daily necessities. the staff is outstanding always eager and offering to assist. Cleanliness and hygienic practice is evident through out the facility. Attention to detail in material workmanship and construction is remarkable all around, from the manicured lawn and greenery to the overall building interior and exterior appearance. Morning breakfast, complimentary with the stay is also quite impressive again with the staff providing very enticing local and international favorites. All in all an excellent choice to anyone visiting for business or leisure. highly recommend.

No menus for Bar or Snacks to choose as says reprinting. so I just said club sandwich and they said ok had no idea of drinks cost or food no jacuzzi working, gym cross trainer not working. only a massage for spa available all closed up . No Ac or lights in the gym or Tv on hotel next to main road so you will hear road noise at the pool
