Excellent animation team to keep everyone entertained during the day and evening for people of all ages. Great selection of foods in the buffet. Always meat and fish options. Great selection of desserts too and seasonal fruits. Moonlight restaurant was excellent service, great location on top of the hotel with great food. So pleased this was included in the Ultra All Inclusive. Private beach is only a short walk away where the sea is really calm which is a big positive. There were always plenty of staff looking after guests so you had a warm greeting wherever you went and never had to wait long for a drink. It was my daughter’s birthday during our stay of which they provided a complimentary cake. This was a very nice touch.

The Tex mex and Italian restaurant were hosted at the All Day Snack Bar. As the wind can pick up in the evening it didn’t feel like the best location for the Al La Carte restaurant as it is exposed. Some of the dishes weren’t cooked to a 5 star standard in comparison to the Moonlight restaurant. For example, the fish was supposed to be pan fried but was more deep fried and the tiramisu didn’t really have a taste of coffee. Really difficult to find any other fault with the hotel.

We had a wonderful holiday experience with my daughter. The hotel and its facilities are high-end, and the attention to quality is evident everywhere. Our reservation note was taken into consideration and we were given a room with the features that we requested. Our room was new and spacious. It was cleaned well every day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The animation team was amazing day and night. My daughter had so much fun at the Mini Disco every evening. The dance performances were very good. The light and water show in the evening was very nice. The food was delicious. There was freshly squeezed orange juice every morning. It was very kind of them to arrange a suitable place for you (indoor or outdoor) according to your preference, saving you the trouble of looking for a table during crowded hours in the restaurants. We couldn't believe the four à la carte options offered. We used two of them and were very pleased, especially the Moonlight Restaurant. The pool was large enough and clean. The lifeguards were professional. The beach was small pebbled and didn't hurt feet. The sea was crystal clear. The shallow end was short, so the kids could play in a small area. The floor around the pool becomes very slippery when wet. We slipped a few times, and this might be worth revising. We were sometimes unable to sunbathe in the areas that we wanted because the sun loungers were occupied with sea objects for a long time.

The staff is really nice, food is good with choices for everyone. I like that they serve wine directly from the bottle so they don’t mix it with water like I experienced at other all inclusive resorts. The bars have a lot of cocktails to choose from. The pool area is not crowded (and we stayed here in july). The beach is really near and the water is nice and clear. Overall a very nice place with good service.

There was too much humidity in the room. The bed felt filthy because of this. Although we knew the sheets are clean, we couldn’t sleep because they felt wet. There was a really bad smell outside wich I think it comes from the sewage and we couldn’t open the windows because of it. The smell and humidity really ruins a lot as they are disturbing, almost unbearable. The pool is 1,5 m deep everywhere. I didn’t like the location at all. There is nothing to do in Kiotari in the evening, only 5-6 shops. No life on the streets.

Very Nice hotel, great location. The rooms are great, we can access to the beach inside the hotel. Beach is great (Not sand but rock) lot of space beautiful water... Nice food buffet, with variety, some themes depending the day... The pools are great, and for the kids its paradise, with all the facilities, aqua park, playground... Staff have nice attention for the hosts.... We will definitely come back

Like in almost all location, very difficult to find deckchair on the pool because all the people are stupid and put their stuff early morning to reserve the spot all day...Hotels should be able to manage that...

The hotel photos on Booking, are exactly the reality. The food diversity is what is expected for an all-inclusive, not so much variety after a few days, but the food is tasty. All the employees are nice, always with a smile to ensure your stay is the best possible. The entertainment team are doing a great job, and make the stay even more pleasant. The detail in the room in the check in and check out, was also appreciated. Highly recommend staying in a room with private pool, makes all the difference if you are looking for quiet.

If you are used to 5-star hotels, there are a few details here and there that may are different from other 5-star hotels you have stayed, I personally would say it's a 4-star superior hotel but not a 5. In the SPA, I would expect to have the menu with prices in the app or on paper, to make my choices by my self and not on the spot, where they try to "sell you" treatments. The SPA in is very pricey and once I didn't have the opportunity to choose by myself I decided not to go for any treatment.

The manager at reception named Medea was excellent! She was wonderfully helpful and did everything to secure us a reservation at the Moonlight a La carte restaurant when they were full. The entertainment staff were amazing and the evening shows they performed were above and beyond in terms of talent, humour, choreography, variety and quality. Truly impressive to say the least! And they each made such an effort to welcome guests by the pool and invite us to the various fun activities. The facilities of the hotel were very good and the grounds were beautiful. Variety of fresh quality food was also very good!

It was a little frustrating that the depth of the main pool was 1.5m throughout. Although our kids are good swimmers, they got tired and so it’s not an ideal depth to play pool games easily or simply chill in the pool comfortably. The umbrellas were a safety hazard as often the wind would blow one or two completely over. The buffet restaurant was good but I would recommend sitting outside as the inside had a busy canteen feeling. It’s a shame that the gym only opens at 8am. I would have liked to have the option to workout earlier while hubby and kids were still sleeping. Surely the hotel could easily offer this by accessing the gym with the hotel room key?

It is a huge resort complex, with many different facilites and activities. The cocktails are nice, they use branded alcohol. The food is amazing, specially in the Moonlight restaurant but we also liked the buffet at the main restaurant. The staff was friendly with us. There was some live music in the evening on of the night, we really liked it. We ended up getting a bigger room upon arrival, which was nice and more comfortable. As a tip, try to book your ala carte restaurants as soon as possible, since they get full very fast, we couldn’t make it unfortunately to the Italian one. However the food as I said is also great in the main restaurant and you will definitely not stay hungry or thirsty in this hotel.

1. There is no iron the room, when we called the reception, they told us there is a ironing service, however you have to pay for it and if you are in a hurry, its not convenient. 2. We asked the reception to bring some water bottles in our room, and they refused and said the mini bar is only refilled every second day. So we saw many people going to the bar with empty bottles and asked the bartenders to fill them up. I think this is unexpected and unprofessional from this category of hotel. 3. The hotel is huge so expect to walk a lot in case you got a room outside of the main building. 4. The pool is not heated so for us it was a bit cold ( End of May)

Private pool was too cold. Would be good to pay extra to request it heated. Bathtub in the honeymoon suite is designed for 2 people but the placement of the taps make it impossible for 2 people to share. Curtains are not blackout and the room is not soundproofed even though it's advertised to be. Poolside is extremely slippery when wet. Nowhere to walk after getting out of the pool to avoid slipping.

We had an amazing stay at Princess Andriana Resort & Spa! The hotel and its facilities are high-end, and the attention to quality is evident everywhere. We stayed in a Deluxe room with a pool view, and everything from the room itself to the stunning balcony view and convenient location within the resort exceeded our expectations. The staff made our experience even better – everyone from the reception team to the bartenders, waiters, chefs, lifeguards, and housekeeping was incredibly professional and welcoming. The animation team was a definite highlight, with their friendly and engaging personalities making the various sports programs and special events, like sunset yoga and the Greek cooking class, extra fun and enjoyable. The beach, though on the smaller side, was the cherry on top. The crystal-clear water was perfect for snorkeling, and we loved spotting the fish (tip: bring a snorkeling mask!). Overall, we had a wonderful stay that was both relaxing and full of fun moments. Highly recommended!

If we had to mention one minor drawback, it would be the food in the main restaurant. While there’s plenty of variety and something for everyone, some dishes didn’t fully hit the mark for our personal taste. However, the à la carte restaurants, especially Moonlight, were absolutely fantastic.

There are not enough beds by the pool in the busy season (we stayed during August) Our room was on a high heel and distant from the main building. In the hot summer it was not much fun to go in and out with a baby stroller... Yet, the hotel suggested to go with the hotel driver whenever we need and also suggested to move us to a different room after 2 nights. We ordered the junior suite, which was supposed to be with one double bed, yet we got 2 separated beds..
