After being stranded at the airport by a cancelled flight, this hotel was the perfect location for us The staff are incredibly friendly and understanding. A wonderful buffet breakfast on offer and a comfortable room with air con. Free airport transfer too was a wonderful addition

The staff make this place. Everyone working there is so friendly that they make you feel like family. The first beer I got there they said, "on the house". The second beer I got they said, "on the house". I told them "you have to let me pay for something at some point". Nikos helped pick up my family from the airport who were traveling with two babies and then helped shuttle us to Kamiros to catch a ferry. It was also pretty late at night when he did this. Absolutely went above and beyond to help us out and with a fun spirit/attitude the whole time. He then gave us his number for if we needed transportation from Kamiros on the return trip even if we weren't staying in the hotel. Additionally, the food at this place is delicious. They grow all of the ingredients used in their kitchen and you can taste the freshness. The hotel is a family business and they make their guests feel like family. They are seriously so, so kind.

No complaints. This place is great and affordable.

We felt like a local staying in this a family-run hotel. Conveniently located near the airport when you have an early flight. My friend's room had an updated bathroom and shower. We appreciated our welcome drinks, and the dinner special was fabulous. Excellent value for money and would definitely stay here again.

Not worth the extra money for a Sea View. You overlook the parking lot, and the sea is off in the distance. Better to get a pool view. My room needs updating, especially the bathroom and shower.

The hotel is run very well staff go above and beyond and the especially the special is cooked from mum kitchen

The food and the staff

Brilliant location from the airport and easy to find. The owner met us on arrival and despite the late hour, arranged to have the chefs prepare us dinner which was so helpful. The next day the owner dropped us back to the airport (to pick up a hire car) and advised us that if we needed anything during our stay, to get in touch (we were staying in another part of the island), so that was so exceptionally kind & so appreciated.

My only criticism is that the air con was particularly loud and interrupted our sleep but otherwise, would highly recommend this lovely hotel.

I love it here. It’s a family run hotel, really friendly and they welcome dogs! Additionally, they do a lot for animal welfare in the local area. The food served in their restaurant is absolutely delicious with the majority of vegetables and herbs used in their cooking being home grown. They are extremely helpful and do everything they can to assist you, also providing airport transfers. I didn’t want to leave and only hope our journey home next year will enable us to stay again.

Everything, especially staff. HUGE help during 12 days. Highly recomended, 100% if we will be back to Rhodes we will stay there again. Airport transfers are really a bonus, car hire on the site with a very acceptable prices. Perfect!!! Thank You!!

This nice family run hotel is a pearl. They are the best people you can have as you hosts. The hotel is easy access only five minutes from the aerport. You don't need a car as they will drive you to the beach and to Paradisi. I even got a 10E haircut and was driven there and back 😀 Even tho the forrest fires raged on the island of Rhodos they were calm and did all they could for their guests. I felt really looked after all the time. My family and i can without dubt recomend Rhodian sun hotel to evereyone ❤️

We stayed due to a flight cancellation and the owners (family owned) could not be more accommodating and helpful. They went over and above to help us. The hotel is in a lovely location, quite remote but within walking distance to a lovely beach and restaurants. The rooms were basic but clean and comfortable. The food was great, the evening meal was lovely with traditional home-cooked dishes. All staff were so friendly, but a special mention to Nico (Nicholas) who assisted during our stay but also was our driver back to the airport.

The hotel feels a bit tired in terms of decoration and equipment, I think in its day the hotel would have been top class but overtime has been let go a bit which is a real shame but did not deter from our stay of 2 nights.

Very close to airport, nice swimming pool, breakfast was fantastic! Room facilities are new, AC is working very well. Workers care about guests comfort. We stayed only for 1 night, did not have a chance to explore around but beach seemed to be a bit far.

The beds are not that comfy, so I could not rest that well over night. The bathroom feels very packed, not so comfortable to use.
