Vallian Village is located away from the hustle and bustle of town life. It’s only 5 minutes from Rodos airport, so you do see/hear planes taking off at times, but it’s mostly a very quiet and peaceful area to relax by the pool! I really enjoyed the homemade Greek food that was on offer in the buffet area and the staff were all very friendly and hospitable! Thursday is Greek night (this was the only evening when entertainment was put on) and traditional Greek dancers demonstrated a variety of different dances. Guests were encouraged to join in and it was great fun! I personally also enjoyed the quiet evenings sat in the gardens or around the pool. There are plenty of sun loungers and they are well spread out (not crammed together) so lots of space to relax. There are a handful of cats who are often around the garden area and they were lovely and friendly. I noticed the guests were mainly adults when I stayed and I felt comfortable and relaxed as a solo traveller. The bar next to the pool serves drinks from 10am until late. I particularly enjoyed the cocktails and Greek wine. It also serves ice cream after lunch. There is a bus stop a few minutes walk up the road which was 3.50 euros cash (each way) to get to Rhodes Town. I used the bus several times and the bus drivers were always friendly and helpful. There is a stoney beach about 5 minutes walk down the road where I was fortunate enough to experience some beautiful sunsets. I had a lovely holiday here and I’m planning to return next year!

We have visited before and we love this place. The family running everything are amazing, friendly and helpful. The food is home cooked and exceptional even for vegetarians. If you want a relaxing holiday, this is the place to go. There is a wonderful pool with ample sun beds and shaded areas also, and a pebble beach just down the road.

It is very near to the airport so planes frequently pass over. This didn’t bother us at all, you get immune.

A really lovely find- such a fabulous team that run the hotel. Everyone without exception was friendly and helpful. It felt like a nice team. It’s quiet. So many holiday hotels have pumping music by the pool but here it is there if you want it but it is also quiet if you don’t. If we need to stay again to mange flights and boats we would choose here any day over the huge corporate faceless hotels you find on Rhodes.

The only slightly down is it’s on the flight path. It can be a little noisy but it’s not terrible and I think you get used to it .

Family run hotel, very attentive to detail and going above and beyond to make sure all your needs and wants can be catered for. The food was excellent, different menus daily, including very traditional home made Greek dishes. Location is very convenient near the airport in a 10min taxi journey. Regular buses into Rhodes town also can be accessed by walking 5min from the hotel onto the main road. They also have a beach situated 5min walk from the hotel.

All the staff were amazing and truly lovely. Food is fresh, tasty and plentiful, with a wide variety to accommodate the various nationalities using the hotel.

Location! There is nothing around the hotel - no shops, etc. The beach is tiny and unremarkable. Aircraft fly over the hotel regularly at a very low altitude ( so it's loud and intrusive ) especially during the night. However, if you want a totally chillaxed holiday the Vallian is perfect. The staff make you feel like family which takes the edge off the negatives.

The hotel is very close to the airport, so you should expect to hear airplanes, but for us it was nothing terrible. We arrived much earlier, but our room was already ready. The very kind lady at the reception showed us everything, and we even got an upgrade to a better room, which of course made us happy. The room was clean, had a huge bed, and a balcony with a view. We also paid for dinner, which we really enjoyed. We definitely recommend it.

The location is conveniently very close to the airport. The layout of the hotel is very nicely designed. I was very happy with my room which was very well equipped with stowage facilities, nice privat balcony, and everything clean and in good working order. Breakfast was wonderful and you had a nice view. But above all, staff was extremely nice and helpful.

If somebody is sensitive the planes landing pass very close to property. I had no problem with it.

The hotel has a family atmosphere, everything was thought out perfectly. The proximity of the location to the beach, where there are almost never people and you can enjoy the beach and the sea! Delicious food! Veal, pork, fish, vegetables, fruits, desserts, everything was super thought out! Evening program, it's a pity it's only once a week. Super pool, tennis, everything is perfect. I definitely recommend it!

THERE IS ALSO GREEC NIGHT WITH LIVE MUSIC AND DACERS WHO ARE TEACHECHING THE PUBLIC TO DANCE A FOLKOR GREEK DANCES,WHAT CAN YOU NEED MORE FOR A GREAT STAY? WE RECOMMEND THE HOTEL,AND WE SAY MANY THANKS TO THE ALL STAFF!WE WILL BE BACK AGAIN.

We feel here really welcomed, It has beautiful atmosfere of family hotel, they are really kind and nice people. Food was served fresh. And it tasted amazing. And noise from aeroplanes is nothing horrible.

Only little issue we had that clother dryer for wet swim suit was missing
