Room was beautiful and amazing! Balcony view is 100/100. Swimming pool is very clean and unique. Mediterranean SEA is 100 meaters away from the Hotel. Thats a huge plus! Aqua aerobics at 12:00 was awesome!

No animators at all. No events at all. Time to time there were singers..... but they start late.... and sing badly.. Boring..... There is only 2 restraunts at the Palladium - BUFFET, and restraunt otside. During the rain - outside is not the option... BUFFET is expensive but there is no SEA FOOD at all. In the evenings - there is nothing to do and nowhere to go.... During the CHECK-IN - they made a copy of your CREDIT CARD or asking 200 EUR in case if you will broke something.... for such high prices and PRE-PAYMENT its not appropriate... They do not cooperate with neighbour hotels, so there is no long road near the beach..... so, you cant walk far away.... Shops in the Palladium looks poor and not attractive...

This was our second time staying at the hotel, and we're just as satisfied as the first time. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. While the soundproofing isn’t perfect, it was generally very quiet. You might occasionally hear a car revving by, but it was never disruptive for a good sleep. We had the half-board option, both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a wide variety of dishes that changed daily. The staff were friendly and helpful, truly living up to the warm standards of Greek hospitality. The beach is a mix of sand and stones, it’s very clean and safe.

We liked everything, but can make two small improvement suggestions: - Having staff serve coffee at breakfast is a nice touch, but they seemed a bit overwhelmed at times. Guests often had to wait or try to flag someone down for a (re)fill. A self-service coffee station is usually a more efficient and convenient option. - The gym is a bit limited in space. It might be worth considering an expansion, and adding some more modern equipment.

The rooms are comfortable and also the breakfast has lots of choice. We have been upgraded to a room with sea view, so fantastic. The hotel has a small supermarket where you can buy different things . Nice swimming pool and beach facilities.

The staff in reception needs to improve their ways. The cleaning staff cleaned rooms always late. We were disturbed while sleeping by a technician for maintenance work, without being notified by reception. However, the staff in the restaurants was well-educated and very caring.

The comfortable room, the view from the room, the pool, the direct access to the sea, the close sea activities offering next to the beach, the distance from Rhodes city, the bus stop outside, the car rental agency inside, the effecient taxi booking from the lobby, the minimarket inside, the greek performance on Thursday night and the lovely stuff.

Suggest considering adding some shelter at part of the large pool. A small piece of brezent that can allow a little rest from the sun while staying in the pool, could be great.

What a beautiful hotel!! The place is immaculate the staff are so helpful and accommodating. We are just back a week here and the hotel really helped make it a special one. We were bed and breakfast so can’t comment on the lunch/dinner but breakfast was amazing, spoilt for choice. The Greek coffee was unreal, special shout out to Maria, that lady is a ray of sunshine always smiling and was a joy to see her happy face in the mornings! This hotel is brilliant, stunning location on the beach. We paid for an upgrade as it was for my partners birthday and the balcony was huge! Overlooking the pool and sea. The hotel helped us celebrate and dropped off a cake for his birthday which was a lovely surprise (thank you!!) Location wise there isn’t really anything in walking distance so if you want to explore restaurants/shops in the evenings then you need to jump on the bus or taxi. Please don’t be put off by this though! The bus stop outside is brilliant and easy, you can pick up a bus schedule from reception but they are very frequent and for 2 people was €3 to Faliraki and €5 to Rhodes. We did also use the taxi service at reception and it was so easy! Taxi to Faliraki is around €12.50 and we got a taxi back from Rhodes once which was €25. The cleaners that came twice daily done an amazing job at keeping the place beautifully clean! We went to the beach bar for lunch a couple times and it was lovely food and reasonably priced too! The staff overall were fantastic nothing was ever too much. I could go on but I just want to say a massive thank you for making our stay such a memorable one!

There was genuinely nothing that we didn’t like about the hotel, we did however use the Spa on the last day as we had booked in to use the showers due to a late flight. We used the pool, jacuzzi beforehand and to be honest we were surprised how the cleanliness here didn’t match the rest of the hotel at all. The jacuzzi was green with what appeared to be mould floating when you put the jets on. The showers in the spa area too just didn’t match the cleanliness across the hotel which is otherwise immaculate!!

The location is fantastic as it give you easy options for travel to Rhodes town and Lindos as well as Symi island - you have public bus transport just outside the hotel and also speedboat service operating that departs just at the beach. Also, it was very clean, has very powerful AC so you can feel comfortable inside. The beach is fantastic- it has small pebbles so water shoes are recommended and it also gets deep fast so bear that in mind if you are not a swimmer. Sunbeds were comfortable - they have padding and a small pillow so it is really comfortable. The staff is nice and professional, no complaints whatsoever.

It’s not that I didn’t like it, it is rather a suggestion to offer free water at dinner as well.

The staff were amazing and made our stay exceptionally relaxing and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our space, our meals, the relaxing time, the spa, all of it! The beach was clean, water beautiful and plenty of lounge chairs available.

Our mattress was a bit stiff for my liking but not enough to negatively impact my sleep. It would have been nice to have some paddleboards available for use.

Beautiful place. The resort was everything you wanted in a relaxing holiday. Great location, great view. Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff Room was very spacious and clean Great breakfast buffet and wonderful pool bars and restaurant on location. The privet beach is fantastic, it has small pebbles so water shoes are recommended, the water was warm, calm and crystal clear. Also loved the gift shop which made it easy to pick up things we needed (water, snacks, gifts, etc)

Everyday I had buy water bottles to have something to drink in our room during the night because hotel didn't provide water bottles; they didn't filled our mini-fridge from the room with at least 1 big bottle per day, nothing, nada. I'm sure it couldn't cost more them more than 0.5€/bottle, compared with 700€/room/night means nothing for their budget but would have saved me numerous trips to the store so would have provided a huge service very much appreciated by any tourist with little to none expense from their behalf.

Everything was fantastic. The staff were, without fail, really helpful, kind, chatty and engaging. There was a huge selection of food, all clearly freshly made. The spa treatments were amazing. The location of the hotel right on the beach couldn’t have been better. All in all, a wonderful day!

The “free“ taxi ride given to me as a benefit by Booking.com was a complete disaster. The plane was delayed and the taxi driver cancelled. No arrangement was made for another local taxi firm to collect me. I was told to get my own taxi and get a receipt. On arrival at the hotel, the taxi driver said he couldn’t give me one. I explained this to Booking.com who told me there was nothing they could do and they wouldn’t allow me the free taxi ride to be put back on my account, given that I never used it. I was a single woman at 2:30 am in an airport by myself, essentially left stranded. Not impressed!
