The staff is very nice and helpful, they do everything to make your stay pleasant and constantly asking if all is okay. You can always expect a warm smile any time you meet them. Based on the previous comments we didn't expect much regarding the food, but it was a very pleasant surprise, always very tasty and more than enough choices. The breakfast was also sufficient, it offered everything that you can expect from a breakfast. The location of the hotel is also fairly good. A little out of the centre, but close to the bus stops and the beach. The room has been cleaned, towels and sheets were changed as was announced.

The room was not as in the pictures, I expected better one, and it wasn't well equipped. Ours had a bad odour, and the closet was smelling even worse. During the meals smoking should be forbidden or only allowed at designated tables at the restaurant's terrace. Unfortunately the uneducated guests were smoking while others were eating right next to them.

Maria and Anna were exceptional and made every effort to make our stay super comfortable. Food was good, facilities were brilliant and the entire staff were very courteous. The hotel was in a perfect location- close to the main street, but in a quiet area, and close to the beach. All staff of the hotel were very nice, smiley, and friendly. Pool was perfect, plenty of sunbeds. There was a pool table for entertainment. Initially we booked only breakfast, but when we arrived the hotel gave us all inclusive. As it is a 3 star hotel, food is equivalent. There was a sufficient selection of food. For breakfast there were 2 types of eggs-boiled and scrambled/fried. Some vegies, some type of meat- bacon or sausages. Also 3 types of bread with toaster with two types of ham and cheese. And also there was sweet breakfast - cereal or yoghurt with toppings. Lunch and dinner would also include two types of meat or fish/calamari. Pasta with 2 types of sauces. Rice or potatoes, few types of salads. Desserts were also always there. Some fruits as well. I found the food quite decent, I would describe it nice. comfort food. All inclusive bar included beer and ~8 different cocktails, that were light but refreshing. Bar staff was exceptional. When leaving we asked to extend our check out due to evening flight. It was 30€ to extend from 11am to 3pm, however this isnt always possible. Also room was cleaned every day apart Sundays.

Room could be a bit renewed. Food sometimes can be repetitive if youre staying for longer.

Very good location, near the beach and Faliraki town. A lot of small taverns in a walking distance. Quadruple room was quite spacious.

There wasn’t various options what to eat during breakfast, lunch or dinner. And the food didn’t change much from day to day. They offer just a few authentic Greek dishes during dinner. Mostly you get pasta carbonara/bolognese, some cooked veggies and a meat/fish option.

I liked the view from my room. It was amazing!

The rooms look pretty old. A renovation is needed in the rooms.

Rooms were clean tidy spacious had everything you needed and all in working order. Lovely big pool and lots of sunbeds. Amazing, friendly, helpful staff.

Food was repetitive and not much choice but it was fresh and flavoursome, we had a picky eater and she found something every time to eat not sure it would be good for young children who are picky eaters they'd live on chips probably

As nothing is perfect, we found two little things that could improve, first day on breakfast they run out of butter, and only one 2 side home style toaster (very slow) for 30+ guests made it really awkward and slow at breakfast.
