My experience at Esperides Beach Resort was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived until the end of our stay, everything exceeded our expectations. The entire team was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the services were excellent, and the location was simply perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. I would like to extend my deepest thanks and appreciation to Mr. Ilias Charos, whose exceptional support and kind attention made our stay even more special. His efforts to ensure we had the best possible experience truly meant a lot to us. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rhodes, and I will definitely be encouraging all my friends and family to stay here in the future. Thank you again for a memorable holiday!

Food was nice with enough variety. Kids loved the kids pools and the mini club (a special thanks to Sara), animation team was great (especially Felippo, Frederico and the head animator). Facilities were clean. People didnt leave their towel at the pool but took them even when they only were away for an hour (new policy of the hotel). I would recommend to hire a car at the hotel bc very good price) and go to lindos/kallithea/7springs/rhodos city in this way. In general it is a good all-in (price/quality); people complaining about the food/facilities: this is a very good all-in for this price, if you want every day new, high-end food then i recommend you chose a hotel that asks 1500 EUR more per week

Cola light tasted chemical but this is something I encounter regularly in all-ins/other countries. Bathroom was somewhat small.

Also upon arrival ( which was late) there was a curtain missing which let in a lot of light. We woke up early with the light shining through and very tired that day. This was rectified by the housekeeper the following day using an odd curtain which was a little better, however the room should not have been allocated in this state. After eating in the restaurant on our last night, three of us were very sick for 12 hours travelling home the following day. The shower was no a proper shower but a shower head connected at the bottom of the wall ( why would you not attach this at the top so that you can stand beneath it?

Very nice family hotel, selection of food is really very good, travelling with children is important to have possibility to eat during the day, at Tutti Frutti restaurant from the 12:00 till 18:00 you can find a big choice, very tasty pizza maked by italian cook, watermelon, ice cream, burgers, pasta, fresh vegetables, what ever you want! The personal on the reception is very friendly, I asked before my arrival for the quiet room at upper floor and they gave me the room at 5th floor with really very nice view, thanks a lot!

What I find really disappointed, it is dirty plates and spoons at main restaurant, sometimes I changed few plates before I find the one without some old food attached after cleaning. I think the direction must do something with this issue!

The room was an upgrade from the twin I've expected, and allowed me to better accomodate my mom and kids. It was clean, and frankly, it was the first time my kids saw a bunk bed, so it amused them. The wifi signal was great across all the property. Food is amazing, well made and many options to choose from, with daily themes (I'm a fan of the asian cuisine myself, so double the fun). From 7:00 to 20:00 there's always something to eat, snack or treat yourself to. The fruit fridge is a nice touch to encourage kids to eat healthy. The pools, water slides and beach are clean, with plenty of beds to relax while the kids tire themselves. Many activities for kids under 12 (my older teen simply chose the pool). The staff is quick to respond to any issue and glad to help. A bus stop nearby would take you to Rhodos or other places. The giant waterpark in about 10 minutes walking is a good place to visit during the stay.

The seaside rooms face the concert area, so expect some music until 21:30 at least. It's a matter of taste, I guess. And I honestly can't understand why there's no door to the shower room. I mean, there's a glass door to the shower, but if I need to brush my teeth and freshen up in the morning, I have to warn my kids to avoid that area for a while. The shower only had soap. Luckily I brought some from home (a habit of mine) and there's some in the hotel shop. Still, I'd prefer to have it provided, respectfully.

We stayed 4 nights in the hotel and I should say it exceeded our expectations. Looking from the outside, the façade of the hotel is rather outdated and does not promise much however interiors of the main area were obviously renovated and were well thought, modern and comfortable. The hotel is mainly visited by families with kids, as we were traveling with our 1-year old daughter I can understand why. There are a lot of amenities for children - several pools, playgrounds, green areas, waterslides, specific food sections, etc. The water on the beach up front is very clean and pleasant, despite the fact that the beach is not really sandy but more like a mix of sand and pebbles. Daily cleaning services throughout the whole resort and in the rooms were well done. Staff are well trained and very kind. We were happy that there was enough staff in any part of the resort if we needed them. What we were really surprised about was the variety and more importantly, quality of the food. There were a lot of options for any preferences. We were pleased to find a "mama's home-made" section, which we found very appropriate for our daughter. We also enjoyed a lot the sea food section and the grill one. I really did not expect to have such different, well cooked and overall quite good fish and sea food options updated on daily basis. I came in skeptical but I must admit I would gladly come back to the hotel.

Furniture in rooms is a bit outdated as well as the façade of the hotel itself - not a big issue really Beach is pebbly so bring your aqua shoes Those are minor remarks... the only big issue that we had is with the annoying sunbeds booking by throwing a few towels around by (I would say most) of the guests. People were literally waking up in the early hours to reserve spots in the beach AND around pools. By the time breakfast finished it was practically impossible to find an unreserved sunbed around the pools. Management of the hotel is posting messages around the premises but something more adequate should be taken as measure.

Their private beach is wonderful, they have all the facilities one would like to have, there’s food available at all time and plenty of drinks all day and all night long and in different spots. They put bottles of water every day in the room and they provide the guests with beach towels. They have a mini market in the resort and a bus stop just outside. They offer some fun entertainment for all ages during the day and more activities and shows for kids. There’s a small electronic gaming room and a small gym. We greatly enjoyed the live music at night but too bad it’s not every night, especially Saturday evening.

The shower in our room was too small with a short curtain so the water would fill the bathroom floor after each shower. The buffet at breakfast time should last till 11 o’clock and not 10 since people come here for vacation and would enjoy sleeping late in the morning.

The selection and quality of the food was great, there was always something to choose from, whether it was continental food or local specialties. Since there were always at least two restaurants open, there was no need to stand in line for meals, and the crowd fortunately dispersed. The design and size of the family room was adequate, and the view was magnificent. The cocktails were made from canned soft drinks (not everywhere), which were particularly delicious (sometimes a little more alcohol was added than should have been :) ). The maintenance of the pools was continuous, so they were always clean, I especially recommend them to families with children, everyone will find the opportunity to swim in the pools or on the nearby beach. The animators were also helpful and kind, and we had great fun at the children's and adult programs in the amphitheater.

Basically, we had a good time, so I only have a few suggestions for improvement: The games room's machines broke down several times, it would be worth spending more time on their maintenance or reducing their number. The toilet is very far from the terrace of the Main Restaurant (or we couldn't find it), so you have to go a lot with children if they need it to use. The animator programs could be advertised better because they are great. It is not connected to the hotel, but there is no old town or promenade nearby where you can walk, but the garden of the hotel is beautiful.

Kids liked the water slides and a shaded shallow pool with a submarine or a playground with a helicopter. Also, there were many animations and activities and evening mini disco. Multiple restaurants helped balanced the load/crowds, so no long queues. Many palms or trees providing natural shading. Meal was quite OK. Nice and helpful hotel staff.

The beach was partly pebble rather than sandy. However, still fine and if your kids like playing with stones/pebbles, they will be happy.

The overall experience was superb. The staff were very helpful and kind, and the location was excellent. It's highly recommended for families with children, as there are plenty of activities for them. The food was delicious, of high quality, and offered a wide variety of options.

I suggest that people carry lotions and devices to protect against mosquito bites.
