The service we received from the reception to the restaurant staff and cleaners was just perfect! Rooms were lovely...we had a deluxe sea view room. All-inclusive food and drink very good.

We spend most of our visits to Rhodes down on the south east coast and decided to try this lovely hotel....our personal view is that the beach is much nicer down on the south east part of the Island and that is our personal preference.... we are beach people!

Cleanliness and the position, on the wonderful beach and sea of Faliraki. The umbrella and sunbeds are free and always available. The food was good and it changed every time. I believe this was the best all-inclusive hotel I have been to : freshly cooked food at the beach bar, always available from 11 to 17. Very friendly staff who they satisfied all our requests, including the late check-out. Party on the beach on Sunday evening and Greek night on Saturday night, both of them were very well organized by the staff. Great value for money, it costed for one week, at least 1000 euros less than the closest hotels, and I know, as I have also been there, that the only difference is the look of the room, for all the rest this hotel is much better.

The rooms are a bit outdated and door and window are not insulated and you can hear everything from outside and the corridors.The shower is too small even for a not big person like me. There were very impolite people, shouting at night (1-2 a.m.) near the pool and none of the staff intervened. Theoretically there was a block of Russian credit cards but it seems that it didn't work or they found another way as there were many at the hotel. Some of them are okay, some are instead very noisy and do not respect the space of other people, so you can even find them lounging under your umbrella and shouting behind your back.

Various choice of food and beverages. The location is perfect. You do not need to go outside of the hotel during your stay. There is also a bus every 20 minutes if you want to go to the Rhodes town. You can also rent a car directly from the hotel as well as additional activities outside of the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I would expect more care for the cleanliness of the rooms. It seems the room is not vacuumed at all during out stay. Also, there is what to expect from toilettries. At least ear cleaning buds and hair conditioner should be available.

Lovely hotel, great pools, one infinity pool and a bigger pool for activities (waterpolo, aqua gym etc). My teenage kids loved this hotel. The beach is beautiful and sunbeds are included. Food is very good (i dont enjoy the restaurants that you book) but the beach bar and the main buffet are superb. Drinks are watery as you would expect in an all inclusive. Creps are a great idea and Micheli is the cheff and kids run freely and happy as the hotel is big but not massive. There are boat tours leaving from the beach and they go to Lindos and other tours. rodos old town is a 20 euros taxi and anthony quin bay is 10 minutes away by car.

The spa has no sea view. It is in a basement and both the jacuzzi and pool have cold water. So i could not use. The restaurants that you book e.g burger place is the beach bar no table covers and food is pre heated didnt feel good.

Really good last minute stay - would return! The facilities and grounds are well kept, clean and comfortable rooms, even a small welcome gift waiting in the room. Spacious layout, good variety of food throughout the day, that changes also so it's not the same boring items. This included a seperate section for vegeterian and vegan warm meals (not just salads), which was a nice surprise. Fun entertainement throughout the day and evenings. Nice beachfront, enough lounges for all customers that were in the hotel.

Most staff were really helpful across the whole complex, but perhaps management need to have a better overview of what everyone does. Often the pool bar (and this is during low season), would have queues as staff were talking to each other, walking away when customers would gather and wern't always keen on serving. The crepe station one day had an over 30 minute queue, not something you want to do on a relaxing holiday!

Very well selection of food, available practically full day. Room service every day. You can rent car for affordable price. Beach with free beds and umbrellas.

Slow internet with very high packet loss, looks like they have only 50/50Mbps line for whole resort. So wifi practically very limited, sometimes better to use mobile data. No lifeguard on the beach. Only instant cofee and orangade, no real juice, but it is exceptable in this price range.

everything! we had a lovely stay of 4 nights. perfect to relax and enjoy the sun and the sea! the place have it all, 2 swimming pools with nice tree shade , sun beds and umbrellas. Same at the beach free umbrellas and sun beds. the rooms are nice and are clean daily. plenty of food, drinks everything. staff super friendly and hardworking. thank you, we’ll be back.

the quality of the food was okay and more than enough for what you pay but don’t expect gourmet .

Great value for money. It is not a luxury hotel, rather a pleasant middle-class hotel, but the superior room was very nice and with a view of the sea. The food is very decent, the wine is drinkable, the cocktails worse, but given that they are included in the all-in price, don't expect anything else. The staff is pleasant and helpful. I appreciate the many practical touches for guests' comfort, including free sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach and a great selection throughout the day at the beach bar. There is a playground and a swimming pool for children in the area, in April there were many families with small children. I recommend it to everyone who wants a decent comfortable hotel for good money.

The cocktails were not so good, but I understand, it is not possible to have quality drinks in the all-in price. I would appreciate the opportunity to purchase a cocktail made from original ingredients.

We stayed here for a week and extended our stay for a couple more days, since we really liked it. The hotel is very nice, has a great location and the food variety and quality was very good. The snack bar by the beach was available from 10:30am to 5:30pm and always had a good variety of hot dishes, lots of fresh fruits and ice cream. My 2 year old son is an extremely picky eater and he ate very well both at the snack bar and at the main restaurant, especially the grilled fish and baked stuffed peppers. The hotel staff everywhere was very welcoming and smiling, the room cleaning was good, they cleaned our room every day. The hotel checked us in early at 11am and let us check out late for free and gave us free water bottles throughout our stay. The animation every day was very good, would definitely go again.

I wish the hotel provided more toiletries, like toothbrush, toothpaste, body lotion and hair conditioner, not just shower gel and shampoo, since it's a 4star hotel. I was a bit disappointed that there was no gesture like little cake or birthday song on my birthday(...it was the second day of my stay, but not a big deal) I wanted to extend our stay for another week but it was impossible (hotel overbooked) we stayed later in another 4 star hotel (Apollo Beach), and it was bad in terms of food.

Good family hotel, equipped with all comforts! Exceptional proximity to the sea, with direct access from the hotel. Special mention for Panajiota kind, always helpful and precise and to the "Man of crepes" (exceptional service of the hotel) precise, professional and gentle! Nice animation, but could do better especially with children’s activities (we love baby dance activity. Thanks to them we had a wonderful holiday!

Modern rooms but with a very smal bathroom! For those who needed the Gym requires a lot of maintenance and new equipments. small bathroom, only negative point.
