The location on the hilltop outside Faliraki was great. The staff were excellent being both courteous and helpful. The rooms were large and spacious and extremely clean. The buses running around the resort were reliable and ran til quite late in the evening. The beach club made a nice change to days by the pool.

The spa receptionist was rather abrupt to my partner and her comments were unnecessary. The hotel needs a second a la carte restaurant. The private pools are not heated and it was rather chilly in the water even in June.

Beautiful property up on the hill so fantastic views. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Massage was brilliant and breakfast options were excellent.

The property is not near anything so you need to get a bus or taxi to reach any restaurants. The A La Carte restaurant at the hotel is ok but not 5* and not worth the price. Service at the A La Carte was also poor in comparison to the rest of the hotel.

Hotel is fantastic, we had room with private terrace and pool overlooking the sea. Breakfast was excellent with superb choice of hot and cold dishes. Room was well airconditioned. Decent sized mini fridge was great for storage of water, food etc. Elisabeth at the main pool bar is a credit to the hotel, she was so helpful and accommodating. Location on the island is a great central point is you want to hire a car and travel the island like we did.

The hotel resort is located on the side of a mountain which was unexpected, but shuttle bus runs every 20 mins from reception to beach and up to your rooms which are located higher up the hill than reception depending on the room choice you select. That doesn't take away from the fact your bags are brought up to your room and collected again when leaving by the fantastic hotel staff. A small inconvenience that worked out well considering.

Big room and great breakfast

No plates or minimum things to eat or drink with in the room. It was a bit chilly in the room and we end up with a small heat spreader after requesting for it..

The village was amazing! Stunning at every point, and super clean. The staff were all so nice and helpful too. The room with private pool was amazing too, so good to just go outside to your own pool. Amazing food too. Just stunning.

The curtesy room we used before getting our taxi to the airport was very dirty, and it was clear that it had not been cleaned all day since people started using it in the morning. There was a mountain of about 50 used towels in the corner, and wet tissue all under the sink. Based on how amazing and clean everywhere else was, this was a shock and disappointing.

Our stay at Esperos Village Blue & Spa - Adults Only was nothing short of spectacular! The dining options were fantastic, with delicious and well-presented dishes that catered to every taste. Breakfast was a highlight, with an amazing variety of fresh and high-quality options to start the day. The spa and wellness facilities were another highlight. The treatments were indulgent, and the overall ambiance was serene and rejuvenating. If you’re looking to unwind completely, this is the place to do it. One of the things we truly appreciated was the adults-only concept. It made for a peaceful, romantic, and sophisticated atmosphere, perfect for couples looking for a tranquil getaway. The location is great and the view is breathtaking. A large complex that has a lot to offer. The food was ok and there is something for everyone. However, you have seen it after a few days. You can move around a lot and for the more comfortable guests the hotel shuttle runs regularly (even to the beach).

The staff are very friendly and make every effort to please the guests. However, there were sometimes disputes and even small mistakes were publicly punished. This doesn't have to happen in front of the guests and quite honestly, mistakes happen to everyone. The wine and drink selection was not good. Price/performance very poor. Not only sell cheap wines at very high prices, but also offer mid-range wines. An expensive wine does not make a lower class wine better. Only two treadmills in the gym is not enough for the mass of guests and were often in use in the morning.

One of the biggest highlights was the food. The quality and variety at dinner were exceptional — every evening brought something new and delicious, and breakfast was consistently satisfying with plenty of fresh options. The restaurant staff deserve special mention: they were always friendly, attentive, and efficient, creating a very welcoming dining experience. Another great feature was the convenient shuttle service, both to the hotel and to the beach. It was punctual and well-organized, which made getting around easy and stress-free.

The only suggestion we have concerns the water policy at dinner. It felt a bit unreasonable to be charged €4.50 for a small bottle of water (around 0.7 or 1 liter), especially when a 1.5-liter bottle is available for €1 in the hotel’s own shop nearby. While we fully understand that soft drinks like cola, Fanta, and juices are not included in the half board, we believe that still water — a basic necessity — should be readily available and complimentary during meals.

Beautiful location perched on the side of the hill away from the beachside tourist shops and restaurants. The adults only and pet friendly vibe was exactly what I needed, very relaxed and lots of space to unwind. Some days I had the sharing pool near my room to myself.

Everything was quite spread out so you either had to walk or wait for the bus to get to the restaurants and larger communal pools. I booked a summer room with sharing pool but ended up in a suite that was also with a sharing pool but a bit different, this wasn’t explained to me when I checked in so was a bit confused but the view and room were still stunning.

Not enough room in bathroom for toiletries. A couple of shelves would easily resolve this. Also going to restaurant in evening said “smart casual” . I wore a long dress with flip flops and was told I had to change my footwear. There is no notice about this. I changed into shoes . On arrival I saw men wearing “sliders” . Surely if I cannot wear flip flops then sliders should be banned too. I didn’t understand as my flip flops were new and had diamanté. Much smarter than sliders . I wore them to an al scatter restaurant the night before and was not told I had to change!!! Very confusing and disappointing.
