The stay and everything was absolutlely perfect! All the staff in the reception were very proffessional and friendly! The supermarket in the lobby level and room cleaning service is a well done!

2 things I would suggest to improve: When making up and cleaning the room, the staff does not wash the dishes. Anyhow, there are only a few equipments in the kitchen so there would not be a lot of dishes anyway. this would definitely improve the staying experience. If you could place washing machine for the laundry in the rooms, would be perfect. this is an apartment hotel and we stayed for 7 days and it would really increase the value. I know there is a laundry service in the hotel, but it's very expensive.

The staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable as a solo female traveler. They also checked in and nothing was ever a bother to them. The property is very spacious and my room had a beautiful sea view. The rooms were always cleaned to a high standard too. The beach is only a 1-2 minute walk away and the experience is amazing (only €8 for a sun bed). There is even a button to press where food and drink are delivered to you. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Road noise can be heard quite loudly at night time. I was woken occasionally by it but I was able to mostly sleep through it. This may be something to consider if you would prefer a quieter sleep. However, this may be due to where my room was situated.

The apartment was much better than expected. Apartment, but hotel quality, daily cleaning, towel change. The kitchen is minimally but well equipped, Nespresso coffee maker. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are spacious and the terrace is large. The air conditioning works perfectly, the rooms are soundproof, it filters the noise of the traffic coming from the street well. The staff is very nice and helpful. Private pool, gym, mini market next to the reception, close to the beach. Sunbeds on the beach are paid, but the bar attached provides full service. Right next to the hotel there is a car rental, bus stop to Rhodes town and Faliraki. There is a mini shopping center next to the apartment building, where you can find everything.

Another wall-mounted towel dryer in the bathroom would have been nice.

The pool was great and there was plenty of sunbeds. The mini market was so handy. It had everything. The rooms were spacious and the ocean view from the balcony was amazing. Everything was clean. The tourists that stayed here were quiet (no loud parties). The waterpark nearby was great for the kids.

The location was a bit distant from the restaurants and tarveras. We couldn’t find anywhere to get breakfast nearby. We had a car and would have to travel into Faliraki town or Rhodes old town for a feed. Our access cards would continually stop working and the air-conditioning broke down and they had to send a maintaince man to fix it, albeit he was pretty quick.

We recently stayed at Epsilon Hotel Apartments with my family, and we had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Ms. Anthonia at the reception, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Her professionalism and kindness made us feel at home right away. The apartments were very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. Another highlight was the beautiful beach nearby, perfect for family time and unwinding in a stunning setting. Overall, we had an excellent stay and created lovely memories together as a family. I would highly recommend Epsilon Hotel Apartments to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming, and family-friendly place to stay

The place is nice and practical for families. We like the combination of hotel services with the comfort of an apartment. W enjoyed the spacious apartment with all its facilities. It is at about 25 mn from the town by car. A beautiful beach is just behind the hotel. There is a gym and a small swimming pool. The swimming pool is partly shaded, which is convenient. They replace towels every day and the staff came immediately to fix a problem we had with wifi. There are several shops at the entrance of the place and a parking lot in front of the hotel.

In both rooms, the curtains let the light in, so the sun woke us up very early. On the beach, there is no possibility to have a place in the shade without renting a chaise longue for 8 euros or a gazebo for 40 euros or 60 euros depending on its proximity to the sea.

The staff first were absolutely lovely and so helpful our apartment was beautiful cleaned every day with fresh towels if you wanted them also fresh beach towels every day amazing views from. Our large balcony. My only disappointment with the apartment was the pool. it's so disappointing the pool was small, very little sunshine. We were just waking down there one day and didn't even sit down. So if you are a pool, people this is not the place for you unless you want the whole pool to your self now saying that we were just about a 2 minute walk to the beach which was absolutely amazing €8 per bed. Table service with absolutely excellent quality food. Now the food was priced OK but we got cute and brought our own bottle of watar from the shop for €1 instead of 4 at the beach but the service there was amazing you just presses a button at the table and they serve you there. Even tho we were staying in an self catering we did not cook inside. We had the option of eating in the hotel next to the bar. If you wanted, we were there twice, and it was beautiful. If you are a person who likes to walk along the beach and pop in somewhere for lunch or a beer that is not in this area, the more of the property around u are hotels and all-inclusive. Bus is straigh across the rd to Falaraki €4.00 Or you can get a taxie of 3 of us was €8.00 We hired a car for 6 days for €245. Would highly recommend we visit Lendos Rodhes Town and down around to all the lovely beaches we also took a boat trip to simi Island with was amazing

The pool

Everything was perfect! The apartment is with a comfortable size and has everything that we need. The bed mattress is very good, also the pillows, I slept very well. The bathroom and the WC are separated, which is comfortable. There are Dove liquid soap and shower gel. The living room is quite big, the kitchen has a microwave (without a grill), stoves and coffee machine (nespresso). You might buy capsules for the machine from the store at the ground level. The balcony is huge and with a lovely seaside view, the clothes stretcher could be bigger, you can put max. 4 swimming clothes on it. Air conditioning is perfect. The cleaning ladies visited the room and changed the sheets, bath towels and beach towels every day. It was quiet and relaxing. We were able to find a parking slot every day, even directly in front of the hotel. There are a small shopping mall and an expensive pharmacy (avoid if possible) next to the hotel. The beach and the bar are really recommended! One sunbed costs 8EUR and you can order whatever you need just with pressing one button.

There is no such thing

Room was large perfect for 4...very clean and great view. Bus stop and taxi rank right outside 5 min to faleraki 20 mins to rhodes Town so went to both in the evenings. 5 mins to kaleitha where there are 3 or 4 lovely bays with sunbeds and beach bars Supermarket on site and shopping centre below with lots of shops and a couple of snack bars

Would have been great if there was a little bar or snack bar beside the pool...you can walk a couple of min to Ammandes beach restaurant but its quite expensive for a quick lunch...supermarket was also quite pricey but had enough in it for breakfast stuff...

· Great value for the price asked. The room was spacious, tidy and had a big balkony with the sea view. Overall, the apartment had everything you might need. The bad was comfortable, the AC was working fine, not too cold, not too hot. I had the best sleep in a long time. The staff was very professional, polite and helpful.

· The only cons were that the coffee capsules are not replaced if you use them. You can buy more at a shop downstairs for 5 EUR per 10 capsules but I see no reason not to replace them. Also, the swimming pool was tiny and just 1.2m deep.
