Hotel is beautiful. staff members in Mexican restaurant, Crep restaurant and one of the pizza by beach staff member were lovely. Sorry dont remember their names. Food service was amazing.

Spa, jakuzzi, sauna, Heated swimming pool, steam room nothing was available in the package and this is the thing that I would not suggest my family to visit there ever and I would not visit myself either. These are the facilities that make people to relax on holiday and this was the first holiday spot where these things were not included. Food options should have been multi cultural Beach should be sandy instead of stoney House keeping staff was not leaving all the extras in the room for example shaving kit etc

A True VIP Experience – The Best Hotel We’ve Ever Stayed At! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a huge smile by a lovely guy who took our luggage – we immediately felt like VIPs. At the reception, we met Anna, Rania, Zoi, and Luiza – all incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. They went above and beyond to assist with everything we needed. For our honeymoon, they surprised us with an upgraded room and gave us a bracelet so we could enjoy all the hotel’s amenities even before our room was ready. And the room? An absolute dream! Spacious, clean, with a luxurious jacuzzi. We were spoiled with champagne, macarons, and jams – true five-star treatment. The room had everything you could think of: a beach bag, bath products, spa slippers, robes, all kinds of towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste… Just one small tip – bring your own hairdryer, since the one in the room wasn’t strong enough. As for the food – WOW. So many options, all delicious and of the highest quality. Every restaurant we tried was excellent, and the staff was beyond attentive – constantly asking if we needed anything to drink, which really made us feel cared for. We also loved the nightlife – the bar was super fun, and the entertainment was amazing. We especially enjoyed the talented blonde violinist – she was truly outstanding! In short: We enjoyed every single moment. This was the first time we traveled abroad and didn’t feel the need to leave the hotel even once. It was simply perfect. Huge thanks to the entire team – no doubt we’ll be back! 😇🌟

Great facilities and a generous all inclusive with lovely food and nice drinks / cocktails! We also had a gorgeous room with hot tub and sea view! The adults pool area is very nice and felt serene complete with waiter service!

When we first walked in it felt like an airport! All the bags are in the entrance like a lost luggage centre and the reception area was manic! Half drunk drinks everywhere, people passed out on sofas, people everywhere and so noisy no where to sit and definitely not a 5 star first impression - I actually wanted to walk back out! It definitely got better from that point (apart from our next door neighbours partying in their room til 2am until we eventually asked reception to intervene!!) but it really wasn’t a nice first impression!! It is a very noisy and busy hotel - which once you get used to it is nice

What isn't to like about mitsis selection Alila, as you enter you are greeted with smiles and passion this hotel far exceeded our expectations, after spending 2.5 weeks in Italy and dealing with below average service the team at mitsis showcased just what 5 star accommodation and service looks like. When we read all inclusive it is normal to question its validity, however all inclusive really means all inclusive everything from drinking to eating our family are leaving 5kg heavier but definitely happier. I'll take a moment to thank some individuals who made it a more personable touch although all were exceptional these individuals made our stay that much more inclusive, the day spa crew are welcoming patient and show care and dedication to all that they do, Tassos Ftaklas you will see him with a big smile greeted and making your experience more personable thank you, Aris from the italian restaurant showcased exceptional service , Amalia from the Greek restaurant Ellendiko deserves more recognition and credit Amalia took the time to get to know our table and ensured we experienced a true Greek experience, thank you Amalia , last but not least Gregoria from the bar, from the start you epitomised outstanding customer service your friendly smile and warm goodbye showed the true Rhoditian spirit . I'll leave with this I come from a service background I know what good service looks like, to me it is the ability to treat all your guests like royalty. This is not an easy task Mitsis Alila do this without fault. Thank you to all we will see you again soon.

My only suggestion relates to the restaurant bookings , it is easy to see why you everyone wants to dine here the service and food is exceptional my only suggestion would be to offer a booking on arrival to guests so others don't take up a booking each day maybe restrict each restaurant to 1x booking per room . We saw some people at these restaurants everyday who take up the bookings, we are thankful that we experienced 2x sittings at italian and Greek just would have been nice to experience the others but grateful all the same.

Everything was wonderful. Very clean and the food was delicious with a variety of options to choose between. The staff were were very friendly and welcoming and always made feel comfortable. Big thank you to Charis, Gioul and and Nestor who were very friendly, professional, and kind. My family and i really enjoyed our stay here and I think have the lovely staff made it that more special for us.

We felt like there was not much soundproofing within the walls and couldn’t sleep properly for one night as people next door were loud at 2am, however; we rang the reception desk and the staff were very helpful and the issue / noises didn’t persist after that.

Great beach, several bars in different locations. Excellent pizza stand. Good room cleaning service. Convenient airport transfer service (for a fee). Very good performances. The kids enjoyed it a lot.

We arrived at the hotel with high expectations, but it’s important to note that my review is written during peak season, in mid-August, when the hotel is fully booked. It was very disappointing that we couldn’t enjoy any of the hotel’s restaurants. We tried booking a spot for dinner a week in advance, but everything was fully reserved, and the hotel couldn’t find us a spot. It’s unclear how they couldn’t arrange at least one evening at one of the restaurants. The food quality in the dining room was disappointing. Additionally, you quickly realize that you need to wake up very early in the morning to secure poolside chairs, because if you don’t, there simply won’t be a place to sit

Hello, we stayed at Mitsis Elila for a family vacation. We were in room 608 and my daughter was in room 630 with her husband and 2 children. We would like to praise the hotel for every aspect, cleanliness, food, staff attitude and entertainment. We had a wonderful vacation thanks to all the hotel staff and we especially wanted to praise the dining room staff especially who was courteous and served us with courtesy and a smile. Thank you very much for a wonderful vacation.

The hotel team working hard to ensure customers are going to have a best time of their stay. We had known Anna from Greek restaurant and Aris from the Italian, and Also Aris from thd breakfast tables serving drinks, so many people around us made my family welcomed and happy by their service. Dimitros at the reception helping with bags was excellent too. I can only recommend this hotel, as even the best hotel has its own issues and this hotel is tge same however the peoples are working for this one are the biggest assets of all and made the difference 100%.

It was our fourth stay here (all inclusive) Food is amazing! Also services (pizza and drinks) by the pool and sea are great. Hotel is beautiful and the beach is lovely. There is also always plenty of sunbeds :) Most of the is friendly! The other restaurants are lovely and the food is soooo tasty!! The spa is wonderfull and the ladies there are very good for taking care of you!

In the restaurant it’s hard to get your drinks ordered am and pm. Most of the time something was missing or the drinks arrived very late. The small ”restaurant” by the beach is not so good. Our room was a bit dated, the bathroom needed some renovation (moisture problems) and the decirations were dusty and some worn out. But the rooms are nice and big! :) My biggest issue was with the fysiotherapist. I had really bad pain and in the spa they reassured me he can help me. Unfortunately he ended hurting me in a not good way. And then he wanted to focus more on the othert things than my issue with the pain.

Great family resort. Well kept beach. Nice and clean rooms. The family room was big enough for 2 adults, 2 teenagers and a baby. There was a wide variety of food, especially tender and tasty dishes in the Greek and Pan-Asian restaurants. We loved the aqua fitness classes, the live music on Sunday night, and the magic show in the theater. There was also a fun acrobatic entertainment for children on July 21.

The beach is not sandy, we were not aware of this before we arrived, but the small pebbles did not bother the children. Overall, this is not a weakness, just good to know for those planning to build sandcastles.
