The staff is very nice and cheerful. The hotel is located in Vasiliki, a very beautiful and popular area. Directly in front of the hotel is a beach equipped with deckchairs and umbrellas, many taverns in the area.

The rooms doesn’t Look exactly Like in the pictures. We stayed a room that was not renovated. 😄

Location is great, the rooms are cleaned daily and the towels are changed daily which is nice, although it can also be bothersome since they barged in on our nap time the first two days (even though we requested not to be disturbed the second day) - you cannot really relax thinking you need to be out of the room or not sleeping gor the cleaning lady to be able to do her cleaning.

WiFi needs to be a lot better, as well as TV reception, there are only local channels available and not at a good quality. The parking lot needs to be paved, the car gets very dusty from the inside and out. We were given a room right behind the pantry, so there was a lot of noise, arguing, door banging etc. at different hours of the day since the whole family that runs this place also lives here.

Location was very good. Cleanliness definitely a plus. Parking provided by the property a plus.

The Internet connection was very bad to non-existent. You could only get a (poor) wi-fi signal outside on the balcony and, sometimes, not even there. Definitely one of the worst aspects of our stay there. For this (high) price, you expect to get a good wi-fi connection. It wasn’t the case, the Internet connection was very poor to non-existent. We had to rely on our 4G data roaming plan to search for basic things. Unacceptable.

Almost everything was nice. I like the location, close to the beach, and restaurants.

Unfortunately the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors. Sometimes the wifi was overloaded..

Very nice complex with private parking on first line at the beach in Vasiliki. The staff was very friendly and helpful. One of the most comfortable beds I have slept in. As it was the begining of the season we got a room upgrade for free from the staff. Amazing stay and good value for the money

Shower setup was a little weird and water was splashing around the bathroom but it is very minor thing and got dry pretty quickly

The property was well kept. Everything was clean. And the location could not have been better. Right at the water and a few minutes walking to the centre where all the restaurants are. We had a really nice newly renovated room. Breakfast was good as well, the people very nice and accommodating. The area at the beach with the lounge chairs was also great. The drinks and snacks were all really good, without a fail, and prices are absolutely reasonable.

Breakfast was excellent, good selection, staff were hard working all over resort. The beach beds and the service from the resort was also excellent, beaches were cleaned every morning and even around town , any rubbish that was scattered, was cleaned up, efficiently.

Nothing that we could complain about about.

Position of the facility, private parking, 10+ for how clean was everything in this hotel (room was cleaned every day)

Room is smaller than expected/seen in the pictures. Noise - this is just for info for other travelers - tourists outside and inside the facility are to blame.

EXCELLENT LOCATION AND HOSTS. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCEPTIONAL. A BEAUTIFULLY FAMILY RUN AND MAINTAINED ACCOMODATION. OPPOSITE THE BEACH WITH FREE SUN LOUNGES UPON ORDERING FROM THE BAR- BEACH SERVICE. A STONES THROW FROM THE LOVELY MARINA RESTAURANT AND SHOPPING. WE WERE ACTUALLY PLEASANTLY SUPRISED!

Lovely and spacious room with everything you need. Very nice view from both of the terraces, straight to the bay of Vasiliki. The staff was nice and welcoming, they helped us to find and to book the best cruise to Ionian gems from Vasiliki Port. The location is great, right on the beach and a few minutes walk from the best restaurants and terraces in the area.
