Location. The place is right on the beach, so it takes about 3 minutes to get from your bed and into the sea. It is also close to the beautiful beaches on the west side of the island, about 15-30 minutes drive, depending on which beach you want to go. The staff was very good, maids cleaned the room every day and changed the towels and sheets when requested. We want to send a special thanks to George from the bar/reception, he was the best!!

Soundproofing of the room, if someone was a bit louder than usual you could hear them in your room, and the bathroom fan which was very loud.

Functional apartment with a small balcony (mountain view) and free parking. The windsurf and swimming beach is just across the street. The beach promenade starts almost in front of the house. Supermarket, bakery or Cafe Nefeli (for breakfast or lunch) are only a few steps away. The apartment was cleaned almost every 2nd day and we got new towels and new bedding. Quite at night and safe. Friendly owner.

The tray below the bathroom mirror was missing. Although mentioned, the interest to get it fixed was limited: "The guests before you broke it, there's nothing I can do now. It often happens." The bed mattress probably reached end of lifetime, bumpy at the springs. Nevertheless we slept fairly well, thanks to the daytime activities.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, allowing easy access to all the key attractions in the area. The staff were fantastic, always friendly and extremely helpful. The availability of real parking 24/7 was a huge plus, especially in a place like Vasiliki where parking can be challenging. Highly recommended! Very good price-value combination! There are sundebs on the beach that belong to the hotel and can be used.

The rooms are very noisy, you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms, and this sometimes makes it difficult to sleep.

There are many nice things about the place - the staff is so kind, it was very clean and they kept it clean throughout the stay, they offer many drinks and some food and windsurfing lessons, the location is perfect near the beach, shop, tavernas, there were many plants and trees around the buildings which make the atmosphere more natural and beautiful

We stayed on the top floor and it was in middle of June and the temperature were quite high so the building was getting quite warm and we had to run the AC during the nights. It would be nice to have some more shadow on the big terrace and better insulation

When we moved from the building across the road to the building in front of the see (we asked to move since our friends were in the building in front of the see) it got excellent. The new room was very beautiful, clean and comfortable, so totally no complains about it. They cleaned every day. We were very happy with our stay. I had also a wind surf lesson with the Nefeli Surf School and the teacher was great! The manager was also very kind and helpful. Thank you!

In the building across the road the room was very narrow and the bathroom so narrow it was almost not usable... Also not that well maintained as the building across the see, although the price of the room was the same.

The accommodation is near the beach where you have free sunbeds.The boy from the bar was very kind and he always greeted us smiling.The entrance to the sea is very smooth and on the afternoon ,the sea become full of windsurfers.

Even if I applied for an accommodation with parking,in fact there were only a few parking space which you could have lost them if you left.I think it wasn't a good value for money maybe becouse was at the end of August

The hosts were very friendly and accomodating. They dealt with all of our queries, even after we had left (we needed a receipt from the taxi driver and the hosts got that for us straight away) The apartment was clean and comfortable, cleaned everyday and the location is excellent for the beach. There is a cafe atatched to the venue and a shop accross the road if you want to do self catering. It was good value for money.

The pillows were a bit hard but we swapped. They could do with upgrading. When you walk out to the beach there was an air conditioning outlet pipe dripping. that should be fixed. Bathroom a little small and you soaked the floor in the shower. But once you knew that you could work around it. For the price I think this was very good and we were happy.

The location was quite good near the beach and was easy to find. The room was cleaned daily and towels were changed once in two days. The room was small but had enough space for two people and it was comfortable.

The internet connection was very slow, you couldn't navigate almost anything but from what we noticed it was a problem in the whole Vasiliki area.

Staff was really friendly and solved any problem immediately. Very good location, on the beach with restaurants and shop nearby. Room was clean. Private parking which is a plus.

We booked 2 identical rooms and asked to have them next to each other; we got 2 different rooms in different buildings.

Kind owner. Good parking place. I liked my purple studio room design !!! All necessary facilities in the room equipped with self-kitchen. The other accomodation: the apartment with 2 rooms -> the bunk bed is more appropriate for family with children, than for single adults.

Purple Studio Room: the humidity smell coming from the bathroom I think... Keep the outside door open and there is no smell. Come home late, open door and you'll want to keep it opened a little longer so that you can go to sleep.
