The staff are fabulous, you feel the family atmosphere and personal touch. The pool is fantastic too, there is no eye irritating chlorine and the water temperature was greater so you can swim as long as you want - one of the best pools I’ve swum in. The rooms were very clean and spacious :)

It’s in a quiet area so getting there via a public transport is time consuming but it’s something you just need to be aware of. I

Familial place with an heavenly vibe. The surrounding is beautiful and very tranquil. If you want to be close to the center, but prefer to stay out of the centrum. We rent a car so for us that was a prefect choice to stay outside of the central touristic centers. Eleonora and her spouse were very friendly and welcoming. We did an early check-in than expected, but that was ok. Loco was the icing on the cake. Breakfast was very generous. I totally see myself going back there. Thank you.

One of the best places to go in Crete It was amazing how Nice the staff/family was to me i really felt like i was home and not on a holliday. Amazing nature and really close to the beautyfull beach, the rooms are verry big and clean they even had a android television with al the channels of the world and was easy to stream from your phone never seen that before in other hotels Just amazing.... The food was perfect verry big portions you wont starve if you eat with Eleonora and her Family they can cook verry verry good. Swimming pool Super Nice big and deep they have a grass to play on for the kids Eleonora and her Husband Yannis are really amazing people with stories about the history of Crete and places you can go to explore. its not Just a boutique hotel but also Adventures place. you want to know new places and backgrounds they can provide anything. deffenitly must go place i think nobody will regret it a 10/10

Very clean and spacious room. Great pool and bar area. Along with the usual bar snacks, the homemade Greek dishes were delicious and as good as you would get it any local restaurant. Very quiet and relaxing location away from the bigger tourist areas. Great hosts and a lovely dog for company, would stay here again anytime.

The hotel is in a very convenient position. It is close to a few beaches and there are a few bars and restaurants nearby, but it is far enough from them to be very quiet at night. The owners are very friendly and they do their best to make your stay very pleasant. Plus, their dog Loco is so cute and playful!

The only small complaint that I have is about the size of the bathroom. It was a bit too small whereas the room was big. They could increase the space for the bathroom.

Very nice accommodation, all rooms have air conditioning and are cleaned every day. They serve delicious home made food. My children enjoyed the swimming pool. Owners are incredibly nice and helpful, Eleonora is amazing, speaks a few languages and gives great advice. Rental car is available with great prices.

The Eleonora Anissaras was great! The family running it are all very welcoming and helpful. Special thanks to Eleonora, who was absolutely brilliant. Hotel is lovely and clean. Breakfasts are delicious and variable, everyday something new so you won't get bored. Very glad for having stayed here.
