The hotel is beautiful and really well taken care of. The staff is also very nice and always attended our needs organizing transport, recommending places to visit etc. The family rooms are very spacious and the hotel really gave us a great option! Breakfast was very good, but could have been a bit more varied in the different days. Dinner was excellent with lots of options. The Bars and Coffee Shop at night were great as well as the great offer at the hotel shops.

The options for lunch for non all-inclusive could be improved. A simple restaurant or bar where you can eat a salad, a simple snack would be very appreciated. A type of coffee shop would be great. Tennis courts need to be better maintained. I fell big time because there was water in a corner of the court and it's really dangerous. Finally there should be a policy not allowing for people to reserve chairs at the beach. At 8h everything is reserved and they remain empty until 11h30 sometimes much later.

Dining in the main dining room was chaotic with so many people having “ saved “ tables Guests were rude saving lounge chairs from early morning till pool closing as if they owned them There were not enough sun umbrellas at the pools or at the beach.

Delicious food, very clean, nice rooms and view, kids club was awesome, the Italian and Mediterranean restaurants were delicious also beach restaurant, the staff were amazing and helpful.

We booked room with sharing pool ( to have a easy access) but the hotel was full so they upgraded for us the room to room in the royal villas , the room have a private pool near with no access from the room( shared by 3 suites) , the access to the room was a little bit difficult, the zone of the royal villas was far from everything in the resort like reception , main restaurant and the main pools. 🐪 the taverna restaurant not delicious at all. All the pools in the resort include the kids pools were seawater.

our room unfortunately had several issues that made the stay less comfortable: • The shower water fluctuated constantly between very cold and extremely hot. • The bathroom couldn’t be fully closed, which was inconvenient since we were sharing with family. • The resort isn’t very stroller-friendly, with many stairs and limited ramp access. • Our room had a loud buzzing noise at night unless we removed the key card, but doing so cut off all electricity (no lights, no charging, only A/C). • The fan in the room didn’t work. The hotel did offer us a different room, but since we had already unpacked we decided not to move.

We returned again for a five-day vacation with our granddaughters, after having a great time last time – and this time it was even better! The stay was wonderful especially thanks to Mr. Kostas, the reception manager, who upgraded us to a luxurious villa. His warm and caring attitude made the vacation perfect. Thank you very much for the excellent service – we will happily return next time!

The only thing, and also it's not that big of a deal, is the golf cart service they have; sometimes you could wait for a really long time for a golf cart to take you.

We had an exceptional stay! The staff went above and beyond to make my birthday truly special. They even surprised me with a lovely cake. Everyone was so considerate, attentive, and genuinely kind. Their warmth and thoughtful gestures made our visit unforgettable. Highly recommended!

We liked the room size, the ease of pool access and the choice of bars.

Ants in our room, our cupboards and our bed! The spirits used for the drinks were also a little bad, the vodka especially.

Wonderful stay. The pools in front of the sea were a highlight! The staff was very friendly. It was a relaxing experience.

Kids club could be improved to engage more with the kids and want to make them stay a bit.
