The room size, view was very good. There was everything you need for comfortably organized stay, good size beds, closet, iron, tea and coffee plus good size balcony with chairs and table. The pool and pool side is very well organized, Breakfast and dinner tasty with adequate choice.

The only negative thing about this hotel is the beach. It is rocky and even with special shoes difficult. We used the nearby hotel beach (10 minutes walk), but when we wanted to pay for sun-beds and umbrella they refused as it was only for their hotel guests. so if you want to spend time on the beach the only option is pay for infinity blue beach equipment and walk to other hotel beach.

The hotel is very close to the beach and small town. There are many restaurantsand bars close to the hotel. The room was nice, clean, we got the partial sea view as requested. There is hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, little fridge and kettle, also A/C. You can order room service. The staff is very kind, helpful and always smiling. We also got and upgrade for our room from very kind lady. We ordered a taxi from the hotel and when our flight was delayed, it wasn't a problem. Everyone always tried to help and always asked if everything is ok. The food was very delicious, great selection for both breakfast and dinner, always fresh and the cooks always tried to fill everything up until closing. The waitresses were working quickly, there were always clean tables. Two nigts there was a fun program (saxophone and guitar playing with traditional dancing). Also the massage in Spa was good. There is really a lot of sunbeds at the pool and a pool bar with cold drinks. I appreciated you do not have to pay immediately but can use a 'room charge' and pay when you check-out. The beach is small but nice with sand and small rocks. Sunbeds are not free there. You can order drinks from the hotel restaurant.

The hotel is amazing! Beautiful location, amazing beach and pool area with loads of sunbeds! We got a room with a indoor jacuzzi that was really amazing after a long day of travel! We arrived early in the morning and they offered breakfast even though check in was much later! That was really sweet of them! The staff is always happy to help and was always smiling! The breakfast and dinner options were so so good! Even though dinner could get a bit crowded since its not a very big restaurant , they were constantly adding food so you would even notice something was short on! Dimitra deserves all the raises in the world for how nice she is!!!!! ( try their doughnuts in the breakfast menu, that's the reason I gained 3 kg in a week, no regrets tho)

The massage girl with the strong eyeliner was a bit racist when we disclosed what country we were from. After that she couldn't even say hello to us unlike every other staff in the hotel that would say hi to you from miles away! Always there is one who tries to ruin the reputation of the whole beautiful hotel. Shout out to the other 2 massage girls that were actually EXCITED that they heard our country! Loved them!

This hotel was wonderful! Firstly, the staff make this place. Their warmth, helpfulness, care, jokes, hard work really helped me to have a great time. Maralena at reception, Rena booking my excursions, Joseph making sure I got profiteroles for dessert each night, all the restaurant staff... They were lovely. The room and bathroom were a really good size and I had a balcony. The blackout blinds and curtains were EVERYTHING! Slept so well. The shower was broken but after reporting to reception it was fixed so quickly. Water pressure is fab. There's a safe and a fridge in the room. The hotel is a 2-minute walk from the beach - to use a subbed costs anywhere between €5-12, depending on the time of year (€5 at end of October). The pool at the hotel was clean. I can imagine that in busier periods the outdoor area may not be sufficient (possibly not enough beds, only 24 people can be in the pool at a time), but this was not a problem at all when I went. I went all inclusive, which is unusual for me. The food was really good! Especially breakfast. Each night a different menu for dinner and lots of selection. Helpful staff, no waiting to be seated. Usually not a fan of evening entertainment, but the live music was really good. The location is fantastic - a short walk and you are in the heart of Hersonissos. Many beachfront bars and restaurants, beautiful views. If you like to run it's a great route. There is a bus that goes straight to the airport (30 mins, less than €5). All in all, this really was the holiday I needed. I'll be back for sure and I recommend it to anyone.

The music at the poolside was too imposing if you just want to relax and read or hear nothing. Lots of pop music hits so you can't really zone out. But this is personal taste, and really minor.

We stayed at Blue Boutique Hotel & Spa in Hersonissos, Crete from May 2nd to May 8th, and overall, we had a wonderful experience. From the beginning, everything was well-organized – the hotel provided us with a transfer, which was very convenient. The staff was always smiling and welcoming, which made our stay very comfortable. We were also given a sea view room, just as we had requested, which we really appreciated. The value for money is excellent. As a lovely gesture, the hotel offered us a complimentary dinner at one of their restaurants – the food was delicious and we truly enjoyed it. The main building of the hotel is newly constructed, and all the facilities are modern and in great condition.

However, the only issue we encountered was with the room cleanliness upon arrival. The room was dusty, the floor had stains, and there were hairs on the bed. Despite requesting cleaning several times, the cleaning quality remained poor during the first few days. I had to go to the reception a few times to point out specific issues. Fortunately, after 2–3 days, the housekeeping improved and the room was cleaned properly.

All food was exceptional, terrific choice every day and a very wide variety. I was hot and regulaly replenished so we never went short. Whole family brilliantly catered for. Staff were always ready with a smile and a 'hello'. Restaurant staff were especially friendly and went over and above every day to make us feel welcomed and looked after, whether it was wine recommendations or seating. Spa treatment was brilliant and bespoke. Room was very clean and comfortable. Greek night was an absolute hoot! Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Would be nice to have a non -smoking area outside whilst eating. Wifi was erratic!

We came 3 friends for a 5 day rest. The hotel staff was Welcoming and helpful. The food, on all days, was varied, fresh, delicious and plentiful. I want to compliment the chef. The receptionist, Lia, was amazing recommendations for activities and helped us with any questions, as did all the staff at reception, the dining room and the restaurant. The location of the hotel was excellent and the room was clean and spacious. The cleaning lady was kind and thorough. I would love to come back

Everything was great. The only thing I would think could be improved is that there was no hair lotion in the shower

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in Hersonissos, which is a little further out from some of the more popular attractions in Crete, but it's built up as a nice little tourist destination. There are plenty of restaurants and gift shops in the area. The front desk can arrange for a taxi to Heraklion if you ask them, and there's also a bus you can take. The beach gets pretty crowded but my wife and I never had any issues finding a spot. You can also reserve a beach bed, but we never did that. The hotel also has a small pool. The rooms were very nice and spacious. We were happy with all of the breakfast and dinner served while we were there. We went to the spa twice and were satisfied both times. The hotel's app also made it easy to request services through it.

The beach here is very rocky when you first enter the water and my wife and I both got scraped a few times. This is obviously outside the hotel's control, though, but something to keep in mind if you plan on swimming. It becomes pleasant and sandy once you swim out far enough.

The hotel was nice and overall a great experience. The location is excellent ، right by the sea and fully equipped with everything you might need. I especially want to thank the guys at the pool bar – Costas and George ، they were super friendly and really made our stay more enjoyable! Breakfast could use a bit more variety. Cleanliness was generally okay to good, but the rooms could be cleaner. I highly recommend this place – this was my second time here in the past five years, and the great service and atmosphere have definitely encouraged me to come back for a third visit! Also, a big thank you to all the staff and the reception team ، everyone was kind and helpful!
