The hotel is very close to the beach and small town. There are many restaurantsand bars close to the hotel. The room was nice, clean, we got the partial sea view as requested. There is hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, little fridge and kettle, also A/C. You can order room service. The staff is very kind, helpful and always smiling. We also got and upgrade for our room from very kind lady. We ordered a taxi from the hotel and when our flight was delayed, it wasn't a problem. Everyone always tried to help and always asked if everything is ok. The food was very delicious, great selection for both breakfast and dinner, always fresh and the cooks always tried to fill everything up until closing. The waitresses were working quickly, there were always clean tables. Two nigts there was a fun program (saxophone and guitar playing with traditional dancing). Also the massage in Spa was good. There is really a lot of sunbeds at the pool and a pool bar with cold drinks. I appreciated you do not have to pay immediately but can use a 'room charge' and pay when you check-out. The beach is small but nice with sand and small rocks. Sunbeds are not free there. You can order drinks from the hotel restaurant.

The hotel is amazing! Beautiful location, amazing beach and pool area with loads of sunbeds! We got a room with a indoor jacuzzi that was really amazing after a long day of travel! We arrived early in the morning and they offered breakfast even though check in was much later! That was really sweet of them! The staff is always happy to help and was always smiling! The breakfast and dinner options were so so good! Even though dinner could get a bit crowded since its not a very big restaurant , they were constantly adding food so you would even notice something was short on! Dimitra deserves all the raises in the world for how nice she is!!!!! ( try their doughnuts in the breakfast menu, that's the reason I gained 3 kg in a week, no regrets tho)

The massage girl with the strong eyeliner was a bit racist when we disclosed what country we were from. After that she couldn't even say hello to us unlike every other staff in the hotel that would say hi to you from miles away! Always there is one who tries to ruin the reputation of the whole beautiful hotel. Shout out to the other 2 massage girls that were actually EXCITED that they heard our country! Loved them!

This hotel was wonderful! Firstly, the staff make this place. Their warmth, helpfulness, care, jokes, hard work really helped me to have a great time. Maralena at reception, Rena booking my excursions, Joseph making sure I got profiteroles for dessert each night, all the restaurant staff... They were lovely. The room and bathroom were a really good size and I had a balcony. The blackout blinds and curtains were EVERYTHING! Slept so well. The shower was broken but after reporting to reception it was fixed so quickly. Water pressure is fab. There's a safe and a fridge in the room. The hotel is a 2-minute walk from the beach - to use a subbed costs anywhere between €5-12, depending on the time of year (€5 at end of October). The pool at the hotel was clean. I can imagine that in busier periods the outdoor area may not be sufficient (possibly not enough beds, only 24 people can be in the pool at a time), but this was not a problem at all when I went. I went all inclusive, which is unusual for me. The food was really good! Especially breakfast. Each night a different menu for dinner and lots of selection. Helpful staff, no waiting to be seated. Usually not a fan of evening entertainment, but the live music was really good. The location is fantastic - a short walk and you are in the heart of Hersonissos. Many beachfront bars and restaurants, beautiful views. If you like to run it's a great route. There is a bus that goes straight to the airport (30 mins, less than €5). All in all, this really was the holiday I needed. I'll be back for sure and I recommend it to anyone.

The music at the poolside was too imposing if you just want to relax and read or hear nothing. Lots of pop music hits so you can't really zone out. But this is personal taste, and really minor.

All food was exceptional, terrific choice every day and a very wide variety. I was hot and regulaly replenished so we never went short. Whole family brilliantly catered for. Staff were always ready with a smile and a 'hello'. Restaurant staff were especially friendly and went over and above every day to make us feel welcomed and looked after, whether it was wine recommendations or seating. Spa treatment was brilliant and bespoke. Room was very clean and comfortable. Greek night was an absolute hoot! Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Would be nice to have a non -smoking area outside whilst eating. Wifi was erratic!

The location of the hotel and the staff were amazing. The breakfast buffet was very good. The dinner buffet didn’t have many variations but it was still fine. The options in the buffet menu were a decent amount and not too much. The dishes were regularly replaced by the kitchen staff as they were finished. You have to wait a little bit but it’s completely manageable. I liked that the dish variety was kept a decent size which hopefully limited food waste. The proximity to the beach was great and the beach itself was amazing! The poolside was enjoyable. There was a pool bar with a very helpful bartender. The sun beds by the pool side are quite comfortable with nice umbrellas. There was a button available to call someone over to order but I preferred walking over to the bar when I wanted to order something. The reception staff is helpful regarding everything. They arrange tours, transfers to the airport, car rental services etc. Cleaning staff are also very friendly and good at what they are doing. Our room and the facilities were very clean! They greeted us with a warm “Kalimera” in the mornings. I got a massage, body scrub and a body wrap at a decent price and the spa personnel is also very friendly. On our first day we received vouchers for 10 min free massage & 5-course dinner at the hotel’s restaurant which was a very nice gesture from the hotel, we really appreciated it.

Sun beds in the beach were quite pricey, even though we were guests in the hotel we had to pay the same price for the sun beds as non-guests which we though was not really good. The pool was very small. Water was not complimentary but rather 2€ which we found to be kind of odd for a 4-star hotel.

- Reception staff readiness to help and availability - The bedroom: we got one with a jacuzzi and we loved it. Balcony with a view on the garden/swimming pool with the sea right behind it. - Wifi: There was a good connection in our room and everywhere else in the hotel - The gym: it's not too big of a gym but it has what's needed - The Spa facilities: a sauna and a hammam. Massages for those interested - The food: we got breakfast and dinner comprised in our booking. It was a buffet and the food was good and varied - The garden: nice garden with a bar (drinks/shisha) and a swimming pool - Tour operator: There is one right next to the hotel when you go to the beach, by the main entrance. The tour operator was very transparent with the costs, and has all the tours available on the island. Since we had a rented car, we didn't book any but the one day Santorini excursion which was 140e per person for the whole day tour (included bus tour with guide, ferry boat to reach and come back from the island). He still provided plenty of tips so we could do some other excursions on the island with our own cars without paying him anything

Nothing related to the hotel. The place is well managed, and they make you feel like they do everything so that you are pleased with your stay. At least, they did it for us during our stay. Other information to be noted, we stayed one week from Oct 29 til Nov 5 so the surroundings of the hotel, which you can tell must be crazily busy during summer time, were quiet with some of the stores/restaurants/beach clubs/bars/nightclubs closed. But it's the same all over the island since it's the end of the tourists season... It was still plenty of places open, things to do, and the weather was very warm (displayed 22-25 c° on weather apps, but a feeling of 30 c° under the sun. And 15-20 c° at night) so not a deal breaker at all.

Everything fine. Cleaning ladies did not clean when "Do Not Disturb" sign was out. Great! Very good breakfast (even though some (more) ham would be nice), but overall very good. Staff were friendly enough. Really, everything was fine. Location is also excellent: very close (50 meters) to the beach, reasonably close to Bus Stop 19, and it is close to/in Limenas Hersonissos "tourist ghetto" with all the T-shirt shops and bars you would ever need. But also some decent shops and places to eat (e.g., amazing taverna next to Bus Stop 19).

I got a room at street level in the annex, which therefore essentially required me to have the "terrasse" door locked at all times, and the curtains drawn the whole day and night. That sucks. But I guess somebody needs to stay in these loser rooms as well.

Good buffet meals. Nice variety, decent coffee at breakfast, good occasional entertainment (live music) Nice clean pool with plenty of sun beds. Good modern rooms and good housekeeping. Very close to beach. Great, helpful staff.

Pool is not for swimming. Pool parasols are not very "shadey". Beach parasols are not free for hotel guests. No AC in gym... yet. Room TV channels bit limited. Needed some support in producing scrambled eggs at breakfast.

The place was clean. The staff was so friendly. We loved our room, and the view was amazing. The fact that it was adults only was a plus. Sometimes you want just adult time. We had breakfast and dinner included. The food is very tasty and fresh.

When we went to dinner in the evening we found that the drinks were expensive. The waiters need to give a price list for the drinks.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were great and the food was amazing. The location is really great too. It is close to the beach, shops and if you are into night life alot of bars and cafés are really at a very short walking distance.

The internet was not really great in our room. This was the only thing we didn't really find amazing. The pillows are a bit hard too. I personally don't find this a negative thing but just to warn you in case you don't like hard pillows.
