We liked everything, if you are picky like me choosing food to maintain fit and healthy while on holiday this hotel is perfect for it. I was able to eat a variety of vegetables, lean meat, and fresh fruit and for 10 days I didn't get bored of the food. Well done to every single person who works in this hotel you all made it very special to us, and your service was fantastic, thank you to the young lad who is the gym instructor in the afternoons who helps me to change a few exercises that I couldn’t do for the lack of machines in the gym but saying that you could still do a good workout, also to mention that this hotel has a cross training workout outdoors.

The All-Inclusive package was outstanding value for money

absolutely clean and beautiful place. staffs are amazingly attentive and welcoming! restaurant standard are great.

no indoor pool, it says 2indoor but both need extra charge, not clear on this when ad. when the hotels get busy and highly booked, the waiting time for facility are too long.

The property itself is good but there are several pitfalls. The property is far from everything, which would be fine if Mitsis then offered loads of activities. Apart from ping pong and volleyball, and the obvious pools, there aren't fun activities available. Furthermore, to access the sea, you have to walk over rocks and so if you don't have sea shoes, you can't easily get in and out of the sea. I booked a "sea view" room but got a "partial sea view from the balcony". In other words, I didn't get what I expected. The hotel promotes certain trips, like to a wine farm; but then doesn't provide transport there and back. Booking a taxi is too costly and so we ended up renting a car for a few days. Organised (by the hotel) and regular excursions would be a great offering to save guests from this. Our bedding was dated, with a few holes and even some stitching coming apart. There are QR codes everywhere, encouraging guests to be on their phones... But on holiday, I want to avoid my phone.

We stayed in a family bungalow with jacuzzi and the room was lovely, close to the pools and restaurants. cleaned every day by really friendly staff. In fact the staff were amazing everywhere, nothing was too much trouble. The a la carte restaurants were great and we booked them before we got there because we knew they would be difficult to book there. However the main restaurant had tons of choices. The champagne and sushi bar was also a lovely bar with views and lots of wine choices. Our first taste of all inclusive and we weren’t disappointed.

The entertainment in the evening could have been better but it depends what you want. We had a complete bargain so no complaints really.

The hotel amenities were luxurious and of high quality. The main bar was outstanding—I had one of the best cocktails of my life there! The staff at the bar were warm, friendly, and exceptionally hospitable. The pools were clean and enjoyable, and they were never crowded, so we could always use them comfortably. The beach was beautiful and quiet, perfect for sunbathing, but it wasn’t suitable for swimming due to the rocky terrain. Snack and drink stands were conveniently located throughout the hotel.

The hotel’s biggest, and perhaps only, drawback was the quality of food at the buffet and its restaurants. While there was excellent variety, good-quality ingredients, and visually appealing dishes, the taste and flavor were surprisingly poor, creating a stark contrast to the rest of the hotel’s offerings. Honestly, I didn’t enjoy a single meal, including breakfast, appetizers, or desserts, which was very disappointing. I believe the issue may stem from the chef and restaurant management, and I hope it will be addressed. Another noticeable issue was the lack of professionalism among the snack stand staff and waiters, which left us with a negative impression. The quality of food and snacks at these stands, especially the ones near the beach and kids’ pool, was also quite poor.

Our second experience of doing an all inclusive. Phenomenal experience. The Pan-Asian, Italian and Cretan a la carte restaurants were very good. The sushi bar is a lovely place to have an evening snack and glass of wine. Gyros on the beach is a must. The fitness classes and sports are well run and a lot of fun. Special mention to Violetta and Aris for running those. Would thoroughly recommend

The fish a la carte restaurant was ok (not as good as the others). The beach is a stone beach with rocks which is disappointing if you want a sand beach. Other than that, can’t fault it

The kids loved the all inclusive buffet and the creperie. We were delighted by 2 fruit platters and complimentary champagne during our stay. The kids loved the main pool which was heated to a comfortable temperature. We were able to swim in April despite not great weather.

It was hard to book the speciality restaurants and the service was slow. The family room was cramped for 5 and it didn’t have enough storage. Just 1 wardrobe with hanging rail and 1 shelf and 2 drawers. I was disappointed to find out use of the spa and indoor pool was £20 an hour for adults only. This was in the small print but since it was pictured in the main photos for the hotel I had assumed we could all use it. It seemed under-utilised as it was empty for the entirety of our stay. Other 5 star hotels I have been in don’t restrict use of their facilities in this way.

The biggest reason to praise this resort is the well-trained staff. In the hot summer the staffs wear uniforms (even the chefs wear long sleeves and long pants) buy they are friendly. They did the best at their work. I remember. Mythos, Joanna at the front, (probably a name spelling error ) Johnny in Pan Asia and head manager in buffet. Demi and Dema? (Red glasses) the kids club. They are really well-trained and professional.

After I purchased, they immediately lowered the price. It was about 400€ different. I asked about the [lowest price guarantee] on this platform and was very disappointed when they simply said no. Poor stage design compared to the excellent dancers and performance.

1. prohibit acces to indoor pool&spa facillities, as I found out there that the Spa zone it is not run by the hotel (as believed and presented) but it is a private business with huge prices like 20 euro/hour to acces the pool, sauna and hamman, based on booking in advance:( 2. entrance in the sea: there is only one spot out of the hotel's area where you could enter the sea, otherwise the rocks (very sharp.in some parts) made it imposible to access the sea for swimming. 3. considering the above, I would have loved to have the outdoor pools available after 6pm cause during day time tbey were very crowded
