The staff were genuinely welcoming, we felt genuinely welcomed, the room was very clean and very comfortable, the swimming pool ultra clean and being adults only it was quiet

Not many facilities, and it's pretty far from anything, which in some ways is good, the breakfast was never ready at 7:30 and always very slow to put out. The food in general was not very good and the options weren't very vast, all the meats were dried out and inedible, not what we expected given the usual high standards of Greek cusine. But if you're going to the hotel only for the food, it's a waste. it's a superb hotel, but you can not have everything :)

The pool and roof top views were gorgeous, very clean, easy check in/out

The bed was a little uncomfortable , dipping in the middle. The breakfast was quite average, some of the food was dry

The room was very spacious with a balcony, nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed. The staff were lovely, friendly and accommodating especially the manager Maria.

It was very far from the beach and the sea view wasn’t so great from the room and felt the pictures they had shown on website were misleading. However when I pointed this out they were very quick to rectify and transferred me to their sister hotel with a better sea view which I was really grateful for.

I want to start with a huge thank you to the one who saved my vacation MARIAH SKARAKI I arrived at the most beautiful hotel I've ever been to, with the most amazing receptionist I've ever met, Maria Skaraki . The hotel is located a short drive from the city center, very suitable for couples. I arrived alone and wanted quiet, but for me alone the hotel was too quiet. And I didn't take a car in my budget. The second I contacted Maria, she made phone calls and made sure to find me a hotel located in the city center so that I would be close to everything and would not need a car. Everything was with a smile and joy! The best service I received in one hour of staying at the hotel. Maria you are amazing! Huge thanks!! it's not taken for granted!!

Quiet area. clean new rooms, nicely arranged.

The dinner wasn't so great, although the price was very fair. The rooms on the first floor have no windows, there are big glass doors facing the patio, and thus facing everyone that passes by and the room across from it, so if you want to let air in there's no privacy. I was given such a room and asked to be moved to a different one, which cost me extra. So when booking make sure which room you get

The hotel was in a quiet spot but near lots of restaurants, and there was a train shuttle to take you around the island . Maria was very helpful The pool and views amazing

Would be better if Deck chairs were to be cleaned more often and a better range of free soft drinks with meals. Would be nice to have the bar tender to come to the table's and the deck chairs to get your drinks.

Perfect location,quiet, very large room. We got an upgrade from a standard room to one with pool and a sea view. Was a nice experience and we enjoy it. The design of the room is unusual and make you feel very confortable. Maria and Marina were very professional and make our stay pleasant. Breakfast was also very good and varied and with quality products. I recomand this hotel and will return in the autumn.

The property was modern, stylish, rooms were large, shower was excellent. Breakfast buffet was very good. Swimming pool was clean, sun beds were comfortable, beautiful location.

Amazing new hotel (3 years old) fabulous views from rooftop bar & pool. This place deserves all the love. we had our own private pool which was amazing & every single member of staff was exceptional. 5 min walk takes you into Hersonissos Old Town which has plenty of fantastic restaurants - we didn’t have one bad meal nor experience. Honestky felt like we were staying in a proper Greek Village not a tourist trap at all, totally authentic walking the streets! €40 taxi from airport takes 20 mins…we won’t hesitate to return to our lovely room with its own pool, there’s only 5 of these rooms - but all the other rooms looked lovely & have use of the lovely rooftop pool. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice…adults only mean it’s lovely & quiet too!
