Very nice hotel with comfortable rooms and good spa facilities. Excellent a la carte restaurant.

Very rude gymnast Seraphim, who unfortunately we met at the spa. His very macho and unprofessional attitude ruined the excellent experience we had with the rest of the hotel’s staff. We complained to the spa manager who promised to share our complaint with the hotel manager.

The hotel was very good, the casinos too, but the outdoor swimming pools were not very good for adults

Our rooms and the overall property were very nice. We enjoyed having a gym and the spa facility.

The food at the pool took forever and was completely disappointing. When I complained about my burger, the staff member who came to get more information made an excuse that burgers in Greece are not made to order with individual temperature preferences. The problem was that it was a premade burger, cooked to the point of hockey puck status, and then sat indefinitely while the rest of our order was being processed. I don’t recommend eating at the pool!

The room was in great condition , clean , spacious . The buffet during breakfast , lunch and dinner was marvellous . A big variety of food and drinks and well cooked.

More green outside space. More trees , more garden spaces. Access to the beach for elderly people . There was a rump but this was not enough. It would be great if there was rump leading to the sea or something to hold or to sit on a chair under the umbrellas .

My husband and I stayed 5 nights at Club Hotel Loutraki Hotel. This is our second stay. I must state that the Hotel is run daily in a very excellent way. The Hotel, Lobby, Restaurant, Rooms and Casino area are well kept with very friendly professional staff. The pool area is comfortable and relaxing, the beach area is accommodating with shade and chairs. All the Hotel grounds are beautiful and enjoyable 24/7. We truly love this hotel. I also enjoyed the Hair salon and great hairdresser by the name of Catherine that gave me the best highlights I have ever had. I also was amazed of the amazing ambiance that the Oasis Spa had, designed elegantly and is managed by a great team of beautiful kind woman, big thanks to Paulina the front desk Spa Receptionist and Vasiliki that advised me what facial treatment to have, I really enjoyed my seaweed facial by her she is very professional and the use great products by Repechage. My face is glowing. I was so satisfied that I bought all the products that I can continue the treatments back home at a discounted price. I also enjoyed a very relaxing body massage by Niki. Everything was great!

We love this hotel. It has everything we like and enjoy. This is our second stay at the Club Hotel Casino Loutraki, and we will definatley come back. The swimming pools are very nice. The beach is amazing. The room was clean, comfortable and the view from the balcony was fantastic. Housekeeping is excellent. Breakfast is always delicious and has a wide selection of dishes. Price of food at the pool bar is very reasonable and it was very good, too.

They had no alternative restaurant option for dinner; only the restaurant were they served buffet.

From the beginning the hotel offers an exceptional experience. Everyone is super kind and helpful, trying to make you feel welcome .Breakfast is very good and the overall experience of the our stay is above the expected standards. We will come back for sure!

I believe the hotel will need a renovation in the near future, as after 20+ years of business have started to affect the looks of the hotel, despite the very good maintenance being done.

We had a pleasant stay at this well-equipped hotel in Loutraki. The facilities are excellent, with a relaxing spa and a beautiful pool area. Our room was quiet and comfortable, offering a peaceful retreat. The à la carte Aquarias restaurant was very good and provided a refined dining experience. In contrast, the main buffet restaurant was rather mediocre—often crowded and noisy, which detracted from the overall atmosphere.

nice beach, polite and helpful stafff, fairly good Oceanos restaurant (although service extremally slow) very good gym and nice Spa (although only 1 sauna and too small for the number of guests)

Standard generally max. 4 stars. Breakfast with limited choice, always the same. Mediocre quality food a the self service dinner , Stained carpets at corridors, a bit old tired look of everything. Only limited choice and only greek TV stations with films couple decades old. underground parking extremally crowded with cars of casino-goers, hight around 180-190 cm, difficult to walk for taller person the casino people are of very "diverse" type, many look like homeless people and they are all around the hotel, at dinner in the self servce restaurant etc. no service of food or drinks at the hotel beach

We used this as a stop off on route to Athens airport- only an hour away. The hotel was better than expected for our group of 8. Restaurant ocean was absolutely superb and great value for the standard of food and service received- we will return just for this. Casino excellent and a bit of fun- didn't win but still good fun. Will return to the hotel for a couple of nights in warmer weather and make use of the spa facilities on offer.

Air conditioning in our room only blew out hot air- ok for me but not my wife! The balcony swayed when I sat down- didn't realise we were getting the shocks of an earthquake
