everything....I spent 7 days with my family at the resort without the need to leave it for once. Every day is a smooth, pleasant and easy day

The food was good and, in many cases, too good...watch out your weight while you stay there...)))

- Location: Fantastic. Stunning sea view, direct access to the beach, and right outside the hotel you step into a lively street full of bars, restaurants, and souvenir shops. - View: Never gets old. I highly recommend booking a sea view — we were upgraded, and it truly made a difference to our stay. - Rooms: Well soundproofed. - Staff: Friendly, helpful, attentive, and efficient. - Kids friendly : pool for kids, kids club, the mini disco was a highlight for the kids every evening, they loved it! - Housekeeping: Rooms were perfectly cleaned every day, and the housekeeper was very respectful of our needs and requests. - Pools: Very clean, with daily maintenance every morning. - Spa: The welcome felt a bit too commercial, but the treatment itself was excellent. - Jet ski: Wonderful experience with very kind and helpful staff.

- Room: A bit dated in some areas. It’s not a major issue, but it doesn’t really meet 5-star standards. The mattress on the main bed was far too soft, while the sofa bed where my children slept was actually much more comfortable. - Restaurant: We were on half board. Breakfast was fairly complete and had enough variety to satisfy everyone, but the quality wasn’t excellent. Despite the effort to offer different themed dinners every evening, we didn’t really enjoy the meals. Very limited options for vegetarians and children, apart from the dessert buffet. Entry level it was the equivalent of a 4 stars hotel. - Drinks: The prices at the hotel bars are quite high. It’s more worthwhile to go to the nearby street instead. - Entertainment: Mostly in German.

The hotel beach is great, it’s very laidback, and didn’t feel too crowded despite being fully booked. There’s a decent food choice both during the breakfast and in the dinner. Most of the staff is very friendly and helpful. Loved the Asian restaurant for a quick snack during the lunchtime. Our kids enjoyed the evening program, the animation team did really well to keep them engaged. I got a very good (and pricy) massage, Dimitris managed to fix my back pain after 1 session.

It felt quite far from a 5-star hotel, rather a decent 4 star (but we’ve expected it to be fair). For those who love to stay by the pool - all the sun beds are „reserved“ already early in the morning (the beach lovers like us will have no issue though - there were always places by the sea). The restaurant „maitre“ (the lady at the main restaurant reception) failed to help us at all the occasions - so we always had to come to other restaurant staff who were always able to help us. The prices for all extras are the only factor fully matching the 5* status :)

The windows were absolutely sound proof. The gardens were lovely! Dinner was wonderful, with many different choices and delicious desserts. The jewelry shop was beautiful. The music performance in the evening was fantastic.

Great establishment with numerous pools and perfect beach spot. The resort is very well kept. The pools are clean, warm, and very pleasurable. There are many chairs so you always end up finding a spot as people switch from the pool to the beach to lunch. It was never a problem to find a sun bed. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The animation team was very dynamic: just the perfect touch to be entertaining without being over the top. We enjoyed 3 relaxing days.

We didn’t like the town Malia: a total tourist party town. Nothing authentic. We only drive through it and got worried to think the hotel was right there. But when you enter the ressort, you are in a bubble. Far from the craziness outside. Yet if one were to explore, it’s just outside the gate. You do have a few coffee spots and restaurants walking distance that are totally fine.

We had everything we needed and enjoyed our vacation very much. The facilities are great, rooms, pools, restaurant all clean. The food was amazing- so much choice and always fresh. The staff was super friendly, especially the cleaning ladies aaand of course the animation team!!! The water gymnastics and kids disco were really enjoyed from our family. We highly recommend the hotel and hopefully we come again:)

We didn’t like that the cigarettes smoke from the other guests was too much and basically we couldn’t have “fresh air” on our private garden/terassa. So we didn’t spend any time (reading, glass of wine or drawing with our kid…) as we wanted and payed for. I suggest maybe the booking and hotel must somehow group smokers and nonsmokers in different areas. It’s so important especially with little kids.

Everything!!! Place is so nice... We'll come back for sure!

Team of animators are really doing great but please try to put more diversity in animation... Not because of kids that enjoyed but because of parents having to listen always the same songs :)

We liked everything

The entire staff were amazing, they do everything to make you feel comfortable and enjoy your vacation. Everyone is friendly and goes the extra step to ensure a good guest experience. Everything is very clean; the room, the dining room, and the pool areas. In addition to being very clean, the room had a good breeze when the window was open and the best air conditioning that I have experienced in a hotel - it worked perfectly and was very quiet. The breakfast buffet has a huge selection and seating with a sea view, inside and outside. The hotel is spread out so you don't need to wait for elevators. It is very near to all of the shops and bars and cafes.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like.
