I had an unforgettable stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, beautifully renovated, spotlessly clean, and very well maintained. The pool was large and crystal clear, with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, and the option to order refreshing drinks right to the poolside or to the room. Everything was arranged for maximum comfort and relaxation. The location was also perfect: just a short walk to the sea, about 15 minutes to the charming Old Town, and close to the lively city center with its bars and clubs. It was the best combination of relaxation and entertainment. But what made this vacation truly special were the people. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their warmth and hospitality made me feel welcome and at home. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I would love to return. Thank you for everything!

The hotel was very clean and quiet and the owner was very pleasant and welcoming with a big smile! The pool was excellent. The beds are firm but I like a firmer bed instead of a soft and spongy one so it was perfect for me. A great range of shops and tavernas close by and an ideal location if you want to be close to the main malia strip without hearing the music at night ensuring a good sleep! The cleaning lady is very friendly and a lovely woman who works hard and is amazing at her job. The garden terrace area is nice to sit and relax. The room came supplied with hand soap and shower gel. Basic cooking equipment if you wanted to self cater. A good sized fridge in the room and amazing value for money.

There isn’t anything I didn’t like however I did find the WiFi to be a bit temperamental, connection by the pool and out on the garden terrace was good but the connection seemed to drop and often lost connection when inside the room. It wasn’t an issue for me as I had Data but for somebody who doesn’t have data abroad it could become a problem. It may benefit to have some extra WiFi boosters around the hotel to resolve this.

The location was very ideal and the perfect balance - far enough from the party strip so you get a peaceful night's sleep, a 5mins (if that) walk to a nice beach, and just off the start of the main road lined with restaurants and shops, thereafter leading to the party strip after 10mins. The room itself was clean, modern, equipped with a mini fridge and a single hob which is handy if you wanted to self cater. There is a shop owned by the same family attached to the hotel where we got fresh juices, pastries and in my opinion the best Freddo Cappuccino I had in Malia! The family who own and run it could not be more welcoming and helpful throughout our stay and even before arrival, ensuring we had all the guidance and tips we need for a safe, smooth and special stay!

We spent a pleasant 2 weeks time in this place on August 2024! The hotel is nice, clean, comfortable and includes a very nice swimming pool to rest & relax! Rooms are a little small but includes all comforts; good wi-fi connection, air conditioned, daily cleaning etc. The position is great; not noisy during the night but right in the main street of Malia, close 5 mins walking from the amazing beaches of the area and 10 mins walking by pub/restauraunts. Hotel staff was amazing, Michalis and his family were always at our disposal to assist us if needed always with smile and professionality! The hotel is literally attached by a supermarket/cafeteria managed by the same family who owns the hotel, which is an additional comfort to not underestimate! We will certainly come back!

We just returned from a wonderful week at Dimamiel Inn and cannot rate it highly enough. The owners and staff were kind and friendly (even allowing us an early check-in which was hugely appreciated), everything was exceptionally clean and and the garden and pool areas beautiful. We're going to miss eating our breakfast on our balcony and watching the sparrows have their morning bath at the edge of the swimming pool.

The only downside was that the size of the room (small!) meant there wasn't a lot of storage space but this wasn't a huge thing and wouldn't stop us staying there again. The other thing is that sound carries VERY well in the corridors and landing areas so sometimes it was a little noisy when guests came in late at night (Not the fault of the owners, though!)

I stayed for 1 night as a stopover on the way to another part of Crete, and I can easily imagine staying longer. The accommodation is very comfortable, interiors are moderm and spotlessly clean. Rooms are private, you don't hear your neighbors and balconies are set apart from each other. Mine was facing the garden and it was an absolutely great spot for a morning coffee. The owners also run a supermarket in adjacent property where you can get good coffee, fresh juice and pastries for breakfast. The pool area is relaxing with plenty of loungers, and the pool itself is clean and fairly deep (1.85m), great for a swim. You can also rent beach & pool towels if you don't have your own (room towels are understandably for indoor use only). Great communication with owners prior to arrival, they are very responsive and I received all instructions on time. Parking is very easy - behind the hotel in a secured area (gate), staff will give you directions. On checkout I left my luggage at the stairs and brought the car to the front gate to load the bags, meanwhile they were already waiting for me outside thanks to the attentive owner :) Downtown Malia is a bit noisy but Dimamiel is located away from bars and clubs, yet within a short walking distance, and there is a nice restaurant right across the road (Sofra). Overall this place is a great choice and I'll definitely be back.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Dimamiel Malia Inn! The rooms were comfortable, bright and clean! The swimming Pool was great and there were plenty of chairs available at any time. The market right in front of the hotel sells great coffee and pastries, as well as everything else you may need for your holiday, very convenient. The family running this hotel is the perfect example of Greek Hospitality! Really kind people, genuinely invested in doing their best for the guests!

Beautiful modern hotel run by a friendly family. All family members are kind, caring, sympathetic people. In such a pleasant atmosphere, you feel at home. The room we stayed in was cozy, bright, always clean, with good air conditioner, a kitchenette and a terrace. Excellent location of the hotel. Everything you need is nearby - a supermarket with a bakery just around the corner, along the street there are taverns, restaurants, shops with beach accessories, rental of cars, ATVs, scooters. Sandy beaches are across the road, within walking distance. To a busy central street with pubs, nightclubs 10 minutes on foot. If necessary, a taxi can be ordered from the hotel. Great vacation. The warmest words for the owners of the hotel!!!

What should i write there? Ohh yes almost forgot if you are thinking about staying in this property, stop thinking ,just do it, definetly worth it starting with great loacation and wonderful place ending with very nice,kind and helpful owners, want to mention that this is family business, they are very dedicated to their business also they have family supermarket next to property which is very big plus. If you are aware how to get to property or from property to airport don't wory they have a great transfer services with wonderfull drivers. Also next to property is many opportunities of renting some car or quads for great price, if you rent you are lucky- there is private parking at the property. When we arrived we were very welcomed and got some really nice welcome gift, we stayed for 6 night and will definetly come again. Thank you:)

There's nothing to write

Again we had such a nice time at Dimamiel. We felt warmly welcomed. The family helped us when the kids were sick and we enjoyed the days at the hotel when the weather was not so perfect. The rooms are big and very clean. The pool is great for grown ups to swim and children to play, the beach is a really close and the supermarket from the hotel directly in the front at the street. Every morning we got delicious coffee, perfect croissants and fresh pressed orange juice from there. Life is good at Dimamiel Malia Inn :). We will come back next year.
