First of all, for me the feedback is 6 stars but 5 is the maximum. I do a summary of each point: - location and building: it is a completely rebuilt structure with great style and attention to details. The flat (N5) was confortable and there was all the necessary. Only one detail : there isn't a light point in the kitchen area and at night it is not very comfortable when you cook. - Bar and breakfast: this hotel's strenght is the bar area with an incredible choice of drink, maked with big experience and professionality. For me, the best cocktails  I've ever tasted. Breakfast area is large, sourrounded by plants, comfortable and with soft music -  dinner and events: there are differents event during the week, like jazz music, greek music, barbecue night and they are so great. The quality of the meat (for the barbecue event) is very high and the price is excellent for the quality and quantity of food -Staff: last but don't least. The owner is a very lovely person (Feidon); we have chatted with him, we have drunk together and He suggested very interesting place to visit or to eat out. He become for us a friend to respect. We will miss him. His staff is very professional, young and they pay attention to every detail. Always with a smile and ready for all your requests. The barman...is the master of cocktails and very stylish guy We have spent a beautiful holidays also thanks to this hotel, this staff and with our dear Feidon. Sincerly, we wish you the best because you have the passion for this job and a big humanity. Absolutely suggested!!

Fedon and the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is excellent in terms of access to all the local amenities, nightlife, beaches, and activities. Plenty of fantastic places to eat and drink nearby, and the downstairs bar area is lovely. Live jazz on the Monday night was also a nice surprise.

The room itself was nice enough but felt a bit smaller than the pictures suggested. Our bed was quite hard, and the kitchenette wasn't really usable (although that didn't matter because the local tavernas are great). The breakfast was a low point, sadly - very little choice and overcooked eggs.

We had a great time! Everything was perfect. The host and the staff were amazing, friendly and professional. Our room looked just like the pictures and was cleaned regularly. The beach is a 5 min walk from the hotel and there are a lot of shops, bars and restaurants near the hotel. 10/10 would recommend and hopefully we will come back next year! Love from Serbia🥰❤️

Perfect location, clean hotel. The host is a nice person, friendly, fair and very orientiet to customers. You will never face a problem. Breakfast is nice enough, but it could be more various during longer stays. In the hotel bar are great cocktails!

If your room is near the bar, you may hear music loud enough if the window is open. No beach towels to use or rent while washing mashines are not equipped in the rooms.

Fedon, the owner of the hotel was very welcoming to me and my four friends. We arrived late in the early hours of the morning and he was waiting for us and checked us in. It was a great experience for myself and my friends on our first holiday abroad. Very pleased with the hotel, location, staff and Fedon went the extra mile to make sure that we were well looked after. Would highly recommend this hotel and we are planning to go back again next year.

WEe like everything and have no complaints.

Loved all the people working there; the wonderful chef greeting us every morning, the sweet cleaning personnel, the bartender who always waved to the kids, and the fantastic owner who surprised the kids with chocolates in the mornings, always smiled, and never sleeps. They made this place feel like home away from home <3

The location of the apartment was absolutely great. A few minutes to a long sandy beach and the night street (strip) too. Convenient place with supermarket, tavernas and Mezes just next door. Studio apartment was Cretan style, clean and comfy with working AC. A kitchenette with fridge and small electric stove with utensils. Bathroom with hair dryer, gel etc. Nice terrace with chairs and table and lot of flowers and greenery around. I liked the fact that every room had a clothes rack. Fedon is an absolute great host. He is a friendly and helpful guy. Gave us tips &suggestion to visit places in Crete. Catherina, sweet and pleasant who kept the place clean. Fedons son, Andres knew exactly what the guest wanted for breakfast. We truly enjoyed our stay here. I would recommend this place but keep in mind its not a luxury apartment.

The swimming pool is not in the premises. It is outside 2-3mins walk, but a public recreational pool. It is meant for small kids. So you don't feel too comfortable. You cannot take your own food there, you have to purchase from the bar inside. And also pay for the slides. There was a small window in the bathroom which when opened would bring in the gutter smell from outside and fill up the room if it the room was unoccupied. And if we kept it closed, the humidity in the bathroom built up. They should install an exhaust. Breakfast was the same everyday-bread, boiled eggs, ham, cheese, butter and jam. I wish there was some fresh greek yoghurt with fruits. Although the coffee was great.

Perfect stay for our group, the staff were so accommodating and the property was in the perfect location. The owner also provided things such as an umbrella for the beach and stuff which enabled us to cook which we really appreciated! Overall this hotel was just right for our needs and there was a lovely bar out front. It really had everything, highly recommend.

Great family room very comfortable with a split floor with bedroom up stairs. A lovely bathroom with nice walk-in shower. The owner left us some water in the fridge & also fruit on our arrival. The bar area was very nice with local premium beer. The owner was very proud of his apartments & bar we also thought it was a fantastic find close to the beach & bar street. Thanks for the stay & would definitely stay in the future 👌

Great location, close to beach, supermarkets, clubs . The hotel is very traditional, you have a kitchenette to use and in front of the room there are plenty of flowers and plants giving you a very special mediteraneean vibe. The staff is very helpful, friendly and they make you feel like home.

The morning coffee could be a little better😅
