Spacious rooms with very comfortable mattresses. Each room has a balcony, where you may spend some nice time - especially the once with sea-view. High-quality bathroom cosmetics, bathrobes and room slippers are a nice accent. There is a new bottle in the fridge, added after every cleaning. The rooms are equipped with modern technology in the form of a display informing about the need for cleaning or a request not to be disturbed. Breakfast buffet excellent. Especially the possibility of ordering an omelette with selected extras (ham, cheese, feta, tomatoes, onions, etc.), made fresh by the chef. Large selection of products - even for people allergic to lactose, gluten. Fresh smoothies, tasty fruits. In addition, there is a wonderful view from the restaurant located right by the sea. Beautifully situated swimming pool with fresh water, impressive even at night (illuminated). A nice touch is the ability to order drinks and meals to the deckchairs. Beach towels are changed at the reception every two days. Extremely nice and helpful staff throughout the hotel. First of all, the warm welcome at check-in with a glass of prosecco and electronic check-in - a great solution. All necessary informations were provided at the beginning. Additionally, the bellboy even carries the luggage to the room.

The only downside is taking up the sunbeds first thing in the morning (at 7:00), even though no one lies on them until 11:00. They should be collected by the stuff if no one uses them and blocks this opportunity for others.

The hotel service was excellent, drinks on arrival and someone to take luggage up to your room. The staff are always eager to help. Room and hotel very clean. Having the beach right in front of the hotel was great.

Pool area is quite small and certain people “reserving” sun beds by putting their towels down early in the morning and then going away for the day is a joke. Staff should be monitoring this as it’s unfair to the people who actually want to stay by the pool and I would expect better from a 5 star hotel. Multiple times I saw people coming back, taking their towels and leaving so they had them reserved for nothing! Wifi was also very patchy in the room.

We loved everything from the first second we came there. The staff is amazing! Very polite and responsive. We arrived a bit earlier from the check-in time, but our room was already ready for us. A huge plus when you arrive after exhausting flights! We were also offered two glasses of Prosecco during our check-in. The reception is always ready to help with every possible question. We also visited their spa for a couple massage and had an amazing experience there as well. The hotel itself is very clean and freshly renovated, we absolutely loved the aroma they used in the reception. Our room was cleaned daily and was very clean as well, not to mention the sea view from the balcony, which was breathtaking every time we entered it. The food both in the buffet and the Bikini bar was exceptionally tasty! We highly recommend to try the Gyros from the Bikini bar.

The only thing that was a slight minus for us is that the beach had big stones which made the sea entrance a bit difficult, but if you walk a bit further it became much better, so it wasn’t a big deal to us.

The hotel is great! Its location right in front of the beach is amazing. It is spotlessly clean. All of the staff, from reception to the cleaners to the spa staff, the guys from the bar are very friendly and attentive. I would especially like to thank the restaurant staff for helping me choose food. As someone with coeliac disease, it is not easy to find suitable food, but this hotel is very knowledgeable about the condition and offers many gluten-free options at breakfast and dinner. On one occasion when there wasn't much to choose from, the chef 🧑‍🍳 kindly prepared a special dish for me. Thank you very much! For sure we’ll come back!

The resort is infront of the beach with private beach . the food ( breakfast and dinner) is good , the staff are very polite and helpful. The rooms are clean, bed is comfortable. Also we liked that it is an adult only resort , very calm .Good experience overall.

First thing is that the photos are not corresponding the reality , the pool is not big, also private beach is very small . We expected bigger resort and pool . Second is the location which was our fault , we had to investigate more. Malia is a party town with lots of clubs , and far from many attractions ( more than 2 hours drive) so if you are not into clubbing and partying and you prefer nature discovering , this is not best location for you. Third is the low number sun beds ( small area ) , always booked,some people booked it at 7h30 a.m .

The place is spotless, and the food selection with the half-board is top-notch. The reception staff are super friendly, and the resort manager has that rare, warm touch that makes the stay feel extra special. The pool is always clean, and those chic umbrellas around it just add a really nice vibe to the whole setting.

The beach is a bit crowded and the sun lounger seating crosses the boundary of what amounts to personal space. Basically if you try to stretch out a bit you risk hitting the person next to you or in front of you. And the gentleman in charge isn't exactly the nicest and empathetic person either.

A few weeks before my trip, I was feeling mentally exhausted and in need of rejuvenation. I chose this destination to bask in the sunlight and find clarity. From the moment I arrived, I was enveloped in a sea of positive energy. The staff, always beaming with genuine smiles, constantly checked to ensure everything was perfect. Their dedication to going above and beyond made me feel incredibly comfortable and truly cared for. Throughout my travels, I have stayed at numerous hotels, but never have I encountered such an extraordinary team. The staff here made me feel not just welcomed, but cherished. Their honesty and genuine care redefined customer service for me. I must extend special thanks to Marietta, Demir, and George. Their exceptional dedication deserves the highest praise, and I wish them all the success and love in the world. The hotel itself is a paradise with breathtaking views, a pristine private beach, delectable cuisine, and the most comfortable beds. The bar is fantastic, and every member of the staff is friendly and immensely helpful. Should I return to Crete, there is no doubt I will choose this hotel once more.

Amazing, no more words needed. Excellent dinners/breakfasts, employees were super friendly and helpful, beach sunbeds exclusively for the hotel guests. Quiet hotel even though not far from the party district. It was excellent vacation, I would be happy to come again. Extraordinary experience.

Even though the hotel and the services were excellent, there is suggestion for improvement: there are not so many sunbeds at the pool which might be tricky during busy times. It would be good idea to add more sunbeds (there is definitely space for that). Some waiters seemed a little bit inexperienced (e.g. wine topic), however this is negligible in light of their hospitality

Amazing boutique-like hotel located next to a beautiful “private” sand beach. It is mostly occupied by hotel guests and you have your own sunbeds and umbrella, as well as service on demand. The whole staff, led by the hotel manager is exceptional, polite and ready to help instantly. Both breakfast and dinner are really high in quality with a great variety of food. Being able to order any barista level coffee during breakfast free od charge is really a nice touch. Each night, dinner is served based on some cuisine, such as Greek, Asian, Italian etc. Pool and facilities are also really good, and you don’t need to worry about the noise. Once you shut the balcony door, you won’t hear a thing. Also, hotel guests were really nice, quiet and polite the whole time. All in all, I believe we will come back!
