Spacious rooms with very comfortable mattresses. Each room has a balcony, where you may spend some nice time - especially the once with sea-view. High-quality bathroom cosmetics, bathrobes and room slippers are a nice accent. There is a new bottle in the fridge, added after every cleaning. The rooms are equipped with modern technology in the form of a display informing about the need for cleaning or a request not to be disturbed. Breakfast buffet excellent. Especially the possibility of ordering an omelette with selected extras (ham, cheese, feta, tomatoes, onions, etc.), made fresh by the chef. Large selection of products - even for people allergic to lactose, gluten. Fresh smoothies, tasty fruits. In addition, there is a wonderful view from the restaurant located right by the sea. Beautifully situated swimming pool with fresh water, impressive even at night (illuminated). A nice touch is the ability to order drinks and meals to the deckchairs. Beach towels are changed at the reception every two days. Extremely nice and helpful staff throughout the hotel. First of all, the warm welcome at check-in with a glass of prosecco and electronic check-in - a great solution. All necessary informations were provided at the beginning. Additionally, the bellboy even carries the luggage to the room.

The only downside is taking up the sunbeds first thing in the morning (at 7:00), even though no one lies on them until 11:00. They should be collected by the stuff if no one uses them and blocks this opportunity for others.

The hotel service was excellent, drinks on arrival and someone to take luggage up to your room. The staff are always eager to help. Room and hotel very clean. Having the beach right in front of the hotel was great.

Pool area is quite small and certain people “reserving” sun beds by putting their towels down early in the morning and then going away for the day is a joke. Staff should be monitoring this as it’s unfair to the people who actually want to stay by the pool and I would expect better from a 5 star hotel. Multiple times I saw people coming back, taking their towels and leaving so they had them reserved for nothing! Wifi was also very patchy in the room.

The hotel is very central, cleaning staff are great and they keep everything clean. Good pool area, Nice rooms. for the price the room with shared pools are very good. Nicely decorated and very spacious and clean Right on the beach which is also very nice

Staff in the dining areas are not very helpful They cant accommodate a larger group we are a family of 7 and they could not accommodate us with seating during breakfast or Dinner, need more variety at the pool bar. Prices for drinks at Dinner are very high, for non alcoholic drinks

We loved everything from the first second we came there. The staff is amazing! Very polite and responsive. We arrived a bit earlier from the check-in time, but our room was already ready for us. A huge plus when you arrive after exhausting flights! We were also offered two glasses of Prosecco during our check-in. The reception is always ready to help with every possible question. We also visited their spa for a couple massage and had an amazing experience there as well. The hotel itself is very clean and freshly renovated, we absolutely loved the aroma they used in the reception. Our room was cleaned daily and was very clean as well, not to mention the sea view from the balcony, which was breathtaking every time we entered it. The food both in the buffet and the Bikini bar was exceptionally tasty! We highly recommend to try the Gyros from the Bikini bar.

The only thing that was a slight minus for us is that the beach had big stones which made the sea entrance a bit difficult, but if you walk a bit further it became much better, so it wasn’t a big deal to us.

I dont have words to explain how grateful and satisfied i was with everything in this hotel i can literally say it was the most amazing hotel till now in my life,the sea the beach everything close to hotel the nightlife bars restaurants stores everything open the hotel is really clean and in perfect shape,what i can say for the stuff the most amazing people there they made our holiday better most of them young guys full of joy and motivation to work as good as possible by being there all time for us starting from my favourite ones Bill,George,Orestis,Ilavjo♥️and the other ones nicolas,manos,demir,christo,vaggelis and my chery on top Maxxx the guy by beach the most amazing and funniest person i already miss all of them the most amazing guys helpful positive and full of love and respect for us!! And what can i say for food i gained one kg for 10 days the food is amazing wonderful i can eat everyday without being bored what next day will bring because it was everyday something different and tastier and tastier greek food is the best we loved everything there cant wait to come back!!and big thanks to the manager of hotel he is one in milion really proffesional and amazing human being🤩

I liked everything

We very much enjoyed the design of the hotel although it’s on the small side for a short visit just to relax to have everything close by was excellent and relaxing… everything in the hotel is new and well-maintained… The hotel is also directly on the beach and offers hotel guests beach chairs… the beach is cramped, but it is clean and the water is pretty nice… you also have a whole town to walk to in the evenings for entertainment!

Although the room is very well appointed, and we have a lovely balcony with an ocean view, the size of the room is a little bit on the small side… but the bed is king size and still very comfortable… the shower has no glass shower door so the bathroom floor gets a bit wet when you take a shower … breakfast and dinner are included and they try for a variety but it’s pretty much the same food daily so if you need variety, you might get bored with the food, but the staff is great and had a really relaxing stay

The hotel is great! Its location right in front of the beach is amazing. It is spotlessly clean. All of the staff, from reception to the cleaners to the spa staff, the guys from the bar are very friendly and attentive. I would especially like to thank the restaurant staff for helping me choose food. As someone with coeliac disease, it is not easy to find suitable food, but this hotel is very knowledgeable about the condition and offers many gluten-free options at breakfast and dinner. On one occasion when there wasn't much to choose from, the chef 🧑‍🍳 kindly prepared a special dish for me. Thank you very much! For sure we’ll come back!

The resort is infront of the beach with private beach . the food ( breakfast and dinner) is good , the staff are very polite and helpful. The rooms are clean, bed is comfortable. Also we liked that it is an adult only resort , very calm .Good experience overall.

First thing is that the photos are not corresponding the reality , the pool is not big, also private beach is very small . We expected bigger resort and pool . Second is the location which was our fault , we had to investigate more. Malia is a party town with lots of clubs , and far from many attractions ( more than 2 hours drive) so if you are not into clubbing and partying and you prefer nature discovering , this is not best location for you. Third is the low number sun beds ( small area ) , always booked,some people booked it at 7h30 a.m .

We haven’t a double bed, just two twin together and wasn’t comfortable

The place is spotless, and the food selection with the half-board is top-notch. The reception staff are super friendly, and the resort manager has that rare, warm touch that makes the stay feel extra special. The pool is always clean, and those chic umbrellas around it just add a really nice vibe to the whole setting.

The beach is a bit crowded and the sun lounger seating crosses the boundary of what amounts to personal space. Basically if you try to stretch out a bit you risk hitting the person next to you or in front of you. And the gentleman in charge isn't exactly the nicest and empathetic person either.
