Good location. Not a big hotel but nice and very close to the own beach. Umbrellas at beach for free, bar is just steps from beach. If you want to discover Crete and live close to seaside at same time, it is very good option. Not far from Heraklion airport is good as well.

The room was great, clean, plenty shampoo and shower gel available for free, beach towels (free) with 10 EUR deposit returned at check out can be changed every 2 days. Very welcoming staff, always ready to assist and who even bring the orders right on the beach to your sun bed (online service to order available). Good breakfast, but same options everyday. Food is cheap, tasty gyros but burgers are quite average. If you have children and need some peace and quiet, I recommend reaching the host prior to arrival to ensure that you get a room in a private area. Walls are not soundproof - location is quiet, but the neighbors can wake you up when they come back from clubbing. Hot water not available in the morning, and also not at the private shower on the beach. If you are planning a late check out and want a warm shower, extend your booking - water is ice cold at the public bathroom. Toilets (by the pool) are also very dirty and most likely not cleaned during the day. Overall, place was great, but for a great experience, you must avoid the public toilets, book a room in a private area and don’t choose fancy dishes at the hotel’s restaurant. House rose wine was fantastic - you must try it!

cleanliness - despite repetitive requests to reception for better cleaning and floor washing - not always so receptive staff one of the bathrooms - unpleasant smell due to drainage system (as there is no window) breakfast - decent but not really Greek food, it was more an English breakfast... and lacking variety. Worst of all - coffee (poor quality coffee included with breakfast) !

This apartment offers great value for money. The best part is undoubtedly the location — everything you need is right there. The restaurant, pool, and beach are just steps away, making it easy to relax without having to go anywhere. That said, if you're in the mood to explore, the town is close by and full of lively clubs, great restaurants, and plenty of shops. The breakfast was another highlight, with a great variety of healthy options to choose from — a perfect way to start the day.

The only downside was that not all of the beds were equally comfortable, which affected the quality of sleep for some in our group.

The location is excellent – peaceful, away from the main street and well-connected, just a short walk from everything we needed. The apartment itself is spacious and well-organized, and even when it was fully booked and there were many families with children, it remained surprisingly quiet and serene. It’s clear that the place is thoughtfully managed to ensure a relaxing atmosphere for everyone. One of our favorite features was the large terrace – perfect for enjoying morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. It really added a special charm to our stay.

The only thing worth mentioning is that the ground floor rooms didn’t have windows, which made them feel a bit enclosed, especially during warm summer nights. It might not be ideal for those who prefer natural ventilation.

Everything was exceptional, my whole family had a great experience staying here. The villa we stayed in is right at the beach, we had three rooms with two bathrooms, more than enough for the four of us. The restaurant is very close, all the staff extremely helpful and forthcoming. The ac wasn't working on the first day, so when we went to complain, the maintenance man was sent to fix it in ten minutes or so.

There was nothing we didn't like, everything was perfect. If you have any doubts about this place, don't. I highly recommend it.

The sea is close, and the main street is nearby. It’s good that there is a pool, but it’s a downside that swimming is only allowed until 7 PM.

The cleaning was disappointing – they only made the beds but didn’t clean the floors. There was sand everywhere from the beach, and they didn’t clean the bathroom floors or the sink even once during the whole week. Towels were changed only once during the week, even though they were dirty. Breakfast was tasty, but exactly the same every day, so it got boring after a few days.

Very good place for family with children and teenagers. Nice pool. Sea is also in hotel teritory. Nights without parties. Special thanks for early breakfast packs. We had to leave early in the morning, so we asked for some food for breakfast, and got hudge packages. We liked our room orientantion - seaview was the best. We had almost 3 spacious rooms in our number with big balcony, that was so good. Breakfast is basic, but all of us found what to eat. For 3 days it was enough. Hotel is just near tawerns, markets and center of Malia. But at the same time not in noisy area.

There are some details that should be fixed, but they are not essential. Our bathroom smell was bad, maybe pipes are not working well. Kitchen. If you are planning to use kitchen, take or buy all you need, because hotel doesnt provide any kitchen sponge, towel, fairy, solt, pepper... Just dishes. There were some moskitos at night and no mesh or other "security" on windows. We had funny accident, when we realized that during morning room cleaning our personal small towel was missing. So husband went to stuff premicies, but there where no stuff people. But fortunately he found all those dirty hotel towels and our little one was also there. :)

The location was great, on a nice beach and a short walk to the strip. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The pool facility was also great with lots of sunbeds. On-site restaurant delivered good quality food, at a fair price.

The cleaners would just walk into your room when they felt like it, not knocking before entering. As well as this no option to ask for them to clean later. Cleanliness was also an issue with sand being on the floor when we first arrived in the room.
