The breakfast at the Lokal restaurant adjoinging the accommodation was fantastic. We really enjoyed the buffet breakfast which had plenty of options. The family owners and staff, can I say, were just the loveliest people. I would really like to commend the two brothers who were working there each morning for their warm, friendly greetings each day and we were very impressed by their work ethic as they both seem to work really hard and made great hosts. I am sure their parents are very proud of them. Please pass on these comments, they truly deserve it. Also, I would like to commend Alan, the receptionist, for his extensive information and warm and friendly manner.

We could only fault a couple of things with our room. The bathroom shower surround did have some black mould which needs addressing and it would have been helpful to have supplied dishwashing liquid, cloth and a tea towel so that we could wash and dry our dishes inbetween the cleaners coming in each day. Also, an outdoor umbrella over the table as it was in full sun most of the day.

The apartment was exceptionally clean – it was cleaned every day, and the towels were changed regularly. We would especially like to mention Alex at the reception, whose professionalism greatly contributed to making our stay even more pleasant and relaxed. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

A wider choice of breakfast items would be a great addition.

Great place for a family holiday, we had a room for 5 which is a rare find (single bed and double bed upstairs and 2 sofa beds downstairs). Beautiful sandy beach is 5 mins away. Free wi-fi supported work from home. I thought it was a 3* hotel, but we used all the facilities of 4* Kyknos Beach - big pool with sun loungers, nearly always empty kids pool, great kids club, delicious meals. Cocktails included in all-inclusive. The hotel feels very lovely with many cosy dens to chill out and never felt crowded.

Misleading note in the room saying breakfast till 11, but it was till 10, so we missed our first breakfast. I was surprised I couldn't get any pastry or sandwiches for kids at 10.30. Would expect more help from staff. Limited privacy as no room doors upstairs.

That's was an amazing time here. Delicious varied food and drinks, convenient location, close to the beach. Beautiful modern room, friendly staff.We also liked evening shows near the pool, beautiful views and garden.

Camelot Royal is a very nice place to enjoy your holiday. The apartment where we stayed was very spacious ,equiped with everything you need. The restaurant of the hotel serves a lot of delicious foods, well seasoned, it is definitely a must. The hotel staff are always there to help, very kind and friendly. Very healthy breakfast choices, always fresh, a lot o varieties. Would 100% recommend staying here.

The breakfast was varied and tasty. The room was clean, spacious, with everything you need! Whatever you wanted to do was close to the hotel. (Supermarket, restaurants, the beach, pharmacy) parking was available and the swimming pool was big with nice sunbeds. Will definitely come back!! Would recommend!

The room was very nicely decorated and clean with everything necessary for our short stay. Easy to find, with private parking off the road. Finally, the offered breakfast was very convenient, with a large variety of options to choose from. Will definitely rebook next time on Crete.

Lovely stay here, the staff were amazing and helpful throughout. All of our needs were met whenever we had asked for something. The weather was beautiful which made the stay an even better one, I would 100% return back for another stay, thank you for everything!

All was great. Staff with smile on their face and services also great. I recommend the All Inclusive package.
