Home from home, from the warm welcome we received to the minute we left. Nothing was too much trouble. We ended up eating and drinking alot here Instead of venturing out. The quality of the drinks and food exceptional. Having talked to many other holiday makers there, who again were lovely, turns out they've been coming back time and time again, some for 25 years plus. You can see why! Comfy sun loungers with thick cushions. Great atmosphere around the pool with chilled vibe music during the day and a little more upbeat at night time - it was perfect. Location, it's a 5 minute walk from the beech, we had a lovely breeze too which was very welcomed as it was HOT, we had a second floor apartment. That we didn't stay longer The only constructive criticism we had was the pool table was a little tired and could be updated ( only because I lost at it - sore looser)

Lovely little family run place. The apartments are not luxurious, but fit our need perfectly. We had change of towels and bedlinen regularly. It is close to a small mini market, and 10 minutes away from beach and restaurants. The loungers were nice, and the kids loved the pool. Van and Effie, were very welcoming and helpful, and the place has a great relaxed and informal atmosphere, which is very much to our liking. Wi-Fi worked fine in rooms and by the pool.

The drain in our kitchen smelled awful every time we used the sink, like sewer water. The aircon is placed directly on the balcony, so if you would like to sit on the balcony at night, you couldn't hear yourselv talk, over the noice from the AC, and water would splash down around you. Since there was only one AC for the 2 room apartment, you had to have it turned on at all times, in order to cool the place. The AC we had in one apartment, didn't work very well at all. Cleaning was not great (a bag of crisp was under the bed when we arrived, and still there when we left).

It was a lovely quiet family run place to stay. Effi George Kleo and Fofi were so lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. The pool area was beautiful and only 10 mins walk to the beach and restaurants. The food at Nikos was also really wonderful.

The shower didn’t work properly, and cooker and cooking utensils limited. They need updating. But it didn’t spoil our stay.

Very beautiful place with clean swimming pool and territory. Cleaning service was perfect. Additional charge for air conditioning and looker. Billiard , children playground. Very quiet, comfort place. Comfort beds

One thing - very hot in our apartment. The air conditioner worked very poorly.

Everyone working at Nikos Apartment are so warm and accommodatiing. It exceeded my expectation and very very please with so many things. The apartment and the surrounding areaa are clean and pleasant. The food is great as well! But the greatest of all is the convenience of the location, walking distance to the beach & center (markets, bar & restaurants), and 5 mins to the bus stop that can lead you to other towns, beaches etc. This place is great,,, winner!!!

Maybe just to have 2 pillows on singles and 4 on doubles (although they provide extra upon request), however this is not really so much of a problem as there are so many great things at Nikos Apartment.

Nikos apartments are a wonderful small complex, well maintained with accommodation located around a wonderful pool and bar area. Effie, Van and staff are very welcoming and friendly and do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable. We had a one bedroom apartment with 2 great balconies one of which had a great view over Stalis beach and bay. It was close to the lovely beach with lots of bars and restaurants in easy walking distance.

The shower area is a bit small but the bathroom was well tiled and clean. The kitchen area was compact but functional.

So friendly and welcoming. Felt like home from home. We will return!

Rooms could do with some upgrades

We have just come from a week at Nikos Apts and would go back in the morning, if possible. From we arrived (later than expected) and we were greeted by Niko to to time we left, we had a wonderful time. The place was spotless - the pool area, the garden, the bar...everywhere was well maintained and and looked after. The staff are the BEST! Very friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help. Went we arrived we met to other couples who were staying there too; for one it was their 6th visit, and for the other it was their 5th visit back to Nikos. They weren't alone, there are many return visitors (Nikos Boomerangs) whose name are on a little plague behind the bar. To me, that speak volumes! The breakfasts were tasty and filling and always severed with a smile. The apt is about 4 minutes walk from the beach but the pool was good at the apt, so we didn't go to the beach much. We plan to return to Nikos, and bring our family next time.

The one (slight) grumble my husband had was there wasn't homemade chip (not frozen)...although it didn't stop him eating them ;-)

Effy and Van and family couldn't do enough for us, made us feel welcome.

Shower in room small, apart from that good size room and always cleaned.
