Everything about our stay here was incredible. We've stayed in a fair few places recently and nothing has come close to giving us the same experience we had staying here. Antonis was an incredible host, and made us feel so at home, we would move in if we could! ευχαριστώ!!

Our stay in Greece at this lovely apartment was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The apartment was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was fantastic, with beautiful views and easy access to local attractions. The host was amazing – extremely friendly and always ready to help. He welcomed us warmly and provided great tips on the best local spots to visit. His genuine hospitality made our vacation even more special. This apartment and its wonderful host exceeded all our expectations. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional place to stay in Greece. We can't wait to return!

Just finished a 5 night solo stay, needed some peace and quiet on my own after a crazy 3 weeks staying in malia. Really lovely hosts Antonis and family I felt safe and welcomed. Antonis ‘Tony’ couldn’t do enough for me. Anna the cleaner is lovely and helpful and accommodating. Fantastic staff. Lovely pet parrot named Rico and a dog called simba! The mountain views and views over stalis and malia and the sea are absolutely beautiful and breathtaking and I loved having access to my own personal jacuzzi which was blissful. Really good pricing. Tv in the apartment was a nice touch and decent WiFi. Cute welcome gift. Very large comfortable double bed. Enjoyed the power shower. Nice robes, towels, toiletries provided. Very comfortable apartment with excellent amenities!

For informative purposes - I would not recommend the property to somebody who struggles with mobility or fitness. This is through no fault of the hosts or an issue with the property itself but simply to inform others incase they are unaware of stalis and the location- the property is about a 15/ 20 min walk to the main beach road of stalis and is situated up a longish uphill slope - the property itself has lots of steps to get to the top as you can see in the photos so it can feel like a bit of a climb! This does offer Lots of privacy for people and lots of peace and quiet so this quiet location might be ideal for some, especially couples on a romantic getaway or those needing peace and quiet like myself. This is our second time this year we have stayed at the blue horizon apartments , we love it !! it’s very relaxing with stunning views , comfortable beds and Antonios is such a nice guy , he wants to always make sure everybody is happy and enjoying their stay - nothing is to much trouble for him . The hot tub was an added bonus too and bbq 😄 thanks again Antonios , we will miss you and rico 🦜

Nothing we don’t like here it’s perfect for us as we like to be a bit out of the way of busy Stalis and have to option to go different places with a car / quad .

We had an amazing experience staying at this apartment. The apartment was clean and the entire building was exceptionally well-maintained and cared for. The location is perfect, if you have the car you will get to the beach in literally less than 5 minutes and only 20 minutes from Heraklion. It has all the facilities in the nearby. The owner welcomed us with genuine warmth and joy, and was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. His hospitality made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. I would warmly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-located place to stay in Crete.

Everything, hard to fault. Antonis was an absolute gem. Perfect host, couldn't ask for better. He was waiting at the airport for us even though we were delayed. As it was late he then ran us to a restaurant so we could eat & relax after our long day. Would definitely recommend.

The long walk from the centre of resort. I don't think we realised how far it was, especially in the heat. However, we knew we were getting a car so that was good. I'd probably stay on a lower floor next time, I'm not getting any younger 😂

I have lived in Crete for many Summer seasons. It's no easy feat becoming my favourite place to stay but this place storms into #1. It will exceed your expectation with its fabulous views and perfect temperature (private) hottubs. The owner is sweet and will help you with anything you need. Shower has great pressure which is usually hard to come by in your average hotel/apartment in Crete. You will need to be fit or have a car/ped to stay at this apartment as its based on quite a steep hill (helps burn off the extra calories!) I recommend this place 10/10.

Staying at Blue Horizon Apartments was truly a dream. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcomed and taken care of. The view from our terrace — especially at sunset — was absolutely breathtaking, and the hot tub made it feel like our own private paradise. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed. But what made it truly special was the host — kind, thoughtful, and always ready to help with anything we needed. This place gave us the peace and romance we were hoping for. We’re already dreaming of coming back. 💙

I recently stayed at Blue Horizon Apartments in Stalida, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed by Antonis, the host, whose hospitality and attention to detail truly made my stay exceptional. He went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and provided wonderful recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable. The spacious layout, fully equipped kitchen, and luxurious shower made it feel like a home away from home. One of the highlights for me was the private balcony with its breathtaking views of the sea and mountains—enjoying my morning coffee there was pure bliss.

Antonis greeted us when we arrived, and I can honestly say he is, without a doubt, the best host I've ever had from any of my previous booking.com reservations. He insisted on carrying our luggage up to the room personally before giving us a full tour of the apartment, including showing us how to use the hot tub, etc. It was very clear that he is proud of his properties, and this is evident throughout. The apartments with a Seaview from the balcony are exceptional. I will 100% be coming back to stay in the future without a doubt. We will also be recommending others to stay here. Thank you, Antonis, for making myself, Laura, and our son Albert feel very welcome during our stay. Please accept my apologies if you find some playing cards under the sofa as Albert had a game of 52 card pick up We have left a fresh pack of cards for your next guests. 🤣 See you in the future Martyn and Laura
