For us it was close to the tennis courts for the tournaments my daughter was playing, it was great to be able to cook our own meals and there is a supermarket across the road. It was good value for what we needed it for and very convenient. You can see the ocean from the balcony and the pool is nice. The cleaner comes in most days and will give you clean towels every second day and change the sheets. You will need your own soap and shampoo, although there is some for the first day. Andreas is very helpful and always around if you need anything. The bus stop is near and it is very cheap to get on a bus, €3.10 to go to the main city (Heraklion) and the airport it takes about 40 min to 1hr. Don’t use the taxi’s the are very expensive and they only take cash there are no meters and they tell you a price. It’s €45 for on the airport to the apartment. There are plenty of ATM’s around. You can walk 10 minutes to a beach with sand to the right and there are plenty of shops and restaurants. The beach across the road isn’t great and no sand. When you fly in get the bus to Nana beach, cross the road and walk to the right and it’s just up past the supermarket,with the buses you put alll your luggage underneath the bus.

There was nothing I didn’t like, a couple of things need to be repaired which Andreas offered to do but over all it’s great to have your own little place. No washing machine but I hand washed everything and there is a drying rack or you can walk to a laundromat. It was perfect for the 2 of us. We were in Apartment 14, I believe the apartments are slightly different. We were upstairs so if you prefer no steps request a ground floor.

Lovely villas, they were clean and spacious! The pool was a bit cold this time of year, but nice and refreshing after sitting in the sun; again very clean with nice sea and mountain views. Location was great for us! Was quiet with only a couple of shops and restaurants in the immediate facility, nearest access to the beach was about 15 minutes away. However, you are right inbetween Hersonissos and Stalis (about a 20 minute walk each). Both are more lively with bars, restaurants and shops, and we didn't mind the walk so perfect for us!! Great host, really helpful and friendly! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend for couples/adults who like some peace and quiet, and happy to have a short walk to more lively places. Would definitely stay again :)

There are lots of big hotels on the beach front so lovely views of the sea, but can't get to it easily and is about a 15 minute walk away. Didn't impact us but something to be mindful of.

Friendly, welcoming and helpful host and staff. We were lucky to still book the apartment outside of the season as Okirroi Villas were open because of a nearby tennis tournament. In early October the place was very quiet with few guests. Perfect for excursions by car to nearby beaches, sights and taverns for dinner or for just chilling at the pool and making our own meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Our small dog was also very welcome and comfortable there.

We had a great stay in a beautiful apartment. Andreas (the host) is very nice, who tries to help you with every problem you face. We rented bikes, and with these bikes we were in Chersonissos within 10/15 minutes. Also Koutouloufari, Stalis and old Chersonissos are easily accessible with a bike. There are multiple beaches within 10/15 walking distance. Also, the air-conditioning was really nice with the hot temperatures. Everything needed to cook is available in the apartment as well. The cleaning lady is also extremely nice (despite not speaking English very well)!

Unfortunately, the bikes of the apartment all had flat tyres. The only other negative thing I can tell is that the walking distance to Chersonissos is more than 40 minutes.

The apartments are charming with a little kitchen space and very clean. We’ve loved the vibe on the property and slept very good. Awesome pool area und close to everything we needed and wanted to explore (car recommended). The owner Andreas is absolutely incredible and his hospitality was 10/10.

Close to everything was perfect. The room were big enough, the villa was clean, it had everything you could wish for when going on vacation. There were stores nearby which were very useful to us. Andreas was super sweet, he told us all the prices of everywhere so we wouldn't get scammed and was always polite while talking to us even tho we were only 18. He didn't look down on us just because we were so young. Close to a very pretty beach which had amazing waves while we were there. Definely recommend!

Compliance with the photos / the facility is very clean and well-kept / the owner is very nice and helpful.

It's not that I didn't like it/you are on a quiet street, not in the middle of the market/you are 900 meters away from a well-equipped shop/other smaller ones are a few steps away from you. I recommend a car, there is a rental shop nearby and very good prices, you don't have to have a card credit.

Nice apart - hotel that has enough privacy. The location is good, but cars are very desirable. The beds are quite comfortable, they provide towels for the pool, which is great, the owner is a great character and at your service. I can recommend it!

You should have shelves in the bathroom to put hygiene products, clothespins must be obtained and get rid of ants

The accommodation is very nice, but a bit cramped for four adults. We booked and paid for a larger apartment and due to the full capacity of the accommodation, the manager could not change it and give us what we paid for. However, he tried his best to help us whenever we needed, which I take positively.

There was no water for two days and it was quite unpleasant, for which the manager apologized and resolved this problem as soon as possible.

This location is very charming, close to the beach, partial sea views and a nice little pool. Andreas, is a great host, always caring, friendly and attentive. There is everything you need nearby, markets, clubs and restaurants. We would come back :)

The facility is partly getting a bit old. It's a little oasis and would be paradise if someone cleaned the lovely green lot next door, unfortunately it's full of rubbish.
