A superb week! Our first trip to Nana will be the first of many! The accommodation, location and facilities are even better than the photos suggest and the food and activities were fantastic. Everything you need is on hand, whenever you need it. There are so many beautiful restaurants, lovely pool and beach bars and gorgeous verandas for cocktails the hardest part of the holiday is what to choose next! Even with all that, the winning part of the Nana formula has to be the staff. Every single one of them is warm, welcoming and focused on making your stay easy, enjoyable and personal. The whole team managed to combine an absolutely five-star experience with an exceptionally warm service that is absolutely unique in my experience. As a mother of two teens, it's hard to get a holiday that works for everyone and we all absolutely loved this one (as it seemed did families with smaller children and guests without children too). Thanks so much to everyone at Nana who turned a 5-day break in the sun into an incredible holiday experience for all of us! See you again soon!

We had a brilliant family stay at Nana Golden Beach and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and kindness. The resort had everything we needed in abundance—delicious food, great facilities, and plenty of activities for all ages. A special thank you to Voula, our guest relations contact, who was absolutely lovely. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. When our flight was unexpectedly cancelled, they went above and beyond by accommodating us for an extra night at a very reasonable price. It was such a relief in a stressful situation, and we’re so grateful for their flexibility and care. Guest services throughout were exceptional. The team was professional, friendly, and clearly dedicated to making every guest feel special. We highly recommend Nana Golden Beach, especially for families. It’s a place where you’re genuinely looked after, and we’ll definitely be back!

The property is vast and well designed, so even when fully booked it doesn’t feel crowded. The staff were all super friendly. Everything was clean and well kept. Lots of things to do for kids and adults alike. Beautiful view and private beach, lots of snack bars and drink bars. Nice Spa. Rooms are spacious and comfy.

There were just a couple of things that would have made this a perfect 10: - if they had heated the pools slightly to make it pleasant to swim in April (the weather was perfect but all the pools were freezing cold). - if the kitchen staff were slightly better trained to (understand standard coffee orders, and) make coffee, omelettes, baked desserts and other food staples that were not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel experience.

The staff were amazingly friendly and accommodating and the reception help us with any request immediately. Everything is super clean, from the room to the dining room and pool area. The food was great and freshly made and abundant.

Nothing.

The best part about this resort is the employees. Everyone was absolutely wonderful, and they even remembered us after a few days. From the yoga instructor to the bartenders, the archery coach to the lifeguards, my family and I all enjoyed your service and kindness.

It’s not something I didn’t like, but I feel like it would be a nice improvement if there were more options for laundry.

I enjoyed that everything was easily accessible at the resort. The staff was friendly and courteous when asking tons of questions. There was also a variety of restaurants available to eat different food every day.

In some of the restaurants, there was low staffing so the waiters really tried to get everyone order and drinks out on time but it was challenging.

The food at the buffet. Meat was almost always overcooked, and a lot of the food was over salted. It was hard to find good healthy options. Food that was labelled as ‘grilled zucchini’ was clearly being fried. A la carte food options were excellent through

All facilities at the resort were in excellent condition, clean and supported by very friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble for them.

The booking system for the al la cart restaurants was a bit clunky but we still managed to get the reservations we were looking for.

Beautiful design, very modern, recently built / renovated, spacious, lots of facilities. The waterpark is great. Beachfront and lots of pools.

I've raised a few minor issues with the staff and they were quickly addressed!

Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Great facilities and swimming pools and good looking large rooms. The room cleanliness is worth mentioning. Food is fantastic, too many options. I would definelty recommend it as an "must stay resort" especially for families.
