Sun hotel is a great place to stay with the family, it is great for children (it has toys and a small park outside for them to play). The owner, she is super lovely. Yes, the hotel is not new but the room was clean enough and it had the basic amenities to enjoy our weekend (including towels, mini shampoo bottles, hair dryer, etc. ). The breakfast is simple but very enjoyable to have it outside in the terrace. It is in front to the sea, the location is top; and the sea it is so beautiful, you can have sun-beds and umbrellas for the sun. The restaurant and the cafeteria offers food, beverages, ice-creams, etc.

Property looking a little tired. Breakfast was inclusive in the room price and was very basic, however due to low cost of room, this is only to be expected

The location in front of the beach is ideal. The hotel needs renovation but it is good value for money for a two stars hotel. The breakfast is varied and has many options, our children loved eating melon, watermelon, peaches en fruit in the morning and we loved having a good cup of coffee. The restaurant has a variety of menus and we were able to eat there for 11 days. The owner is a nice friendly lady and they give you a ride to the supermarket and to the train station for free when it is necessary.

The shower was not comfy because you have to hold the shower in your hand and when you have children(8,11). They cannot shower by themselves because someone needs to hold the shower. There are no line buses and it is not easy to find a taxi but the hotel can arrange taxis for you. The internet connection is not stable. Your phone can have trouble finding a good network inside the room but if you go to the beach it works well. You can only use the wifi downstairs.

The hotel facilities are old, but everything works well. The beach is accessible from the hotel and there is a beach bar that serves small meals and snacks. There is also a freshwater shower for after-swimming. The beach is fantastic for those with small children, as the sea is very calm. The hotel is pet-friendly, which is a great help for visitors with dogs and cats. We stayed in room 118, a triple room, facing the sea. Despite the old furniture, the room is very comfortable. The breakfast is not very varied, but it has bread, toast, fruit, cereal, yogurt, etc. The hotel is a 2-star hotel and its accommodations and amenities are equivalent to that category.

Before booking I read several bad reviews, but I decided to give it a try. I think many reviews did not consider the hotel to be a 2-star hotel. The hotel is run by a family, so they are very close to the guests, and in case of any problems it is very easy to contact them. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the train station, which is an excellent way to get to the hotel without having to spend a lot of money by taxi. The hotel is very popular with domestic tourists (Greeks), and there is a lot of visitors to the beach bar.No negative points or complaints about the hotel.

June 11-20, 2023. We received a warm welcome from Kostas. We had asked for additional services in advance, which were ready upon arrival in our room. Hotel and room are dated but well-kept, clean and tidy. Renovated and functional bathroom. Fine beds, elevator, free air conditioning, free wifi, fridge with freezer, blackout curtains, private parking. Fine balconies with sea views. Great (simple) breakfast. Nice personal contact with the caring and cordial family and employees, who do everything they can to fulfill your wishes. Hotel and terrace with bar are right on the beach. Beautiful views and serene place. Private beach with sunbeds and umbrellas. Quiet sea with pebbles (bring water shoes). Lunch, meals, ice creams and drinks available. If you are traveling from Holland, surprise Kostas with hagelslag and stroopwafels! We look back on a wonderful holiday! We wish the family and employees all the best!

The beach was amazing and the location felt remote but easy to get to by train or car from Athens. The family that owns and runs the hotel are very friendly and accommodating. The food is basic but home cooked, nice and reasonably priced. I really enjoyed having dinner and a drink on the beach front in the evening and a nice coffee in the morning. The hotel could do with some repairs and refurb but as someone that enjoys camping, I didn't mind that the hotel was basic as it had everything I needed to enjoy a few days at the beach in the sun at a reasonable price.

The beds and bedding were not very comfortable as we got twin wooden beds pushed together as a double room and a very flat single pillow, so my husbands kept waking himself up snoring. They could also do with fitted sheets and mattress protectors on the mattress.

The luxury is in its location on the coast, its nearness to Athens and it’s very friendly owner and the staff in general. We were offered some flexibility on checking out which was really kind of the owner.

It is a well planned hotel constructed 50 years ago . So the wifi is hopeless. It hardly mattered for us- we have access to data and for one night…

We loved the view and the little beach in front of the hotel. We ate at the hotel both nights we were there and it was delicious and good price. The mother and son who were working the hotel were so friendly and went out of their way to make our little girl happy and help with anything we needed. The view from our third floor balcony was amazing! What a gorgeous and quiet view. Amazing sunrises.

It is a 2 star and it is a bit old but it had real Greek character and I was quite happy with it. Breakfast wasn't the best but I wasn't expecting much. Still got a nice cuppa and cereal.

Beach is great! Probably better than what you find in Glyfada or Voula. Facilities are corresponding to the price. Bar is also great. We used hotel's shuttle service to get from Kineta train station to the hotel. We will certainly be back for the beach, view and experience. Our room had air conditioning.

Facilities are bit dated and aged. I hope they could renew it a bit.

The room was ok, but not really cleaned, cleaning of the rooms i think on order only! Restaurant available, but is better to order from bar Your food and drinks directly, staff can forget about Your order! The service should be improved!
