Food was great, diverse and tasty. Pools were clean, we really liked the zen pool. It is on the beach front, and the beach and the sea were super clean. Rooms were also super clean, the room cleaninf and towel change were daily. We came by car, there was parking inside the resort. We visited Corinth (~30mins away) once and Athens (~1hour away) twice because those were relativelly close.

Animation programme was only in French. WiFi signal in the room was very low, but in the restaurant and on the beach it was great. There isn't much to do in Kinetta, or anywhere to walk really, but next town is nice for that, it's Agioi Theodoroi, 7km away.

Front desk staffs are very friendly and helpful particularly Yanes is amazing. He went above and beyond for any of our requests. He is pleasant to talk to.

The Beach umbrella is difficult to find. People put their towel early morning and leave them all day. We did even have a few minutes to use any of the beach umbrella during our 6 days stay. The resort need to come up with a better way managing this.

We had an amaizing time! Enjoyed every moment. The staff abd the service were excellent and they made sure that we enjoy our time there! The room, pools and open air strand were incredible clean. The staff cleaned everything in the mornings. The food was very nice and very tasty. The only thing that we missed my sister in law has lactose tolerancy and lactose milk was not available, we bought it in a kiosk. Also, for the glutan tolerancy bread was not available but it was not an issue to eat tssty gluten free foods.

We cannot say anything that we did not like. Top, top, top were everything.

All the staff!! without exception, always polite, friendly good people and willing to help in every aspect of any accomodation and service you may need.they main reason I ll revisit the place. Comfortable spaces , large gardens, clean,all inclusive is not stingy like most all inclusive hotels even 5stars in the nearby area😂

The french people from group travel agencies, put hotel towels mostly ,early in the morning (7am) in every sun loungers without using them all day. After an hr or so, the hotel must empty these towels, so the rest of us can accomodate too!Most of them, even double reserve pool and beach loungers!!so it's hard to find seat even with so many large areas the hotel provides.These known habits some people have ,can easily be arranged though from the hotel management ,as many hotels abroad do To these cases😉 Dinner must have more choices but again the staff find solutions if you ask.

Excellent hotel, the rooms are all new and the cleanliness is good, the beach is nicely decorated, the water is beautiful and clean. Kudos to the chef because the food is delicious!!

The elderly woman with glasses who works at the reception is very unprofessional. When we collected the keys at the reception, it was 1:30 pm, but she told us not to enter the room before 2 pm because check-in is from 2 pm..I told her of course I'll stand in front of the room and wait and I won't put the key in the lock..hahaha. When we came to change the towels for the beach, she was very uncomfortable and said that we can't change the towels when we want to..

Food was excellent, the beach was excellent, the staff was excellent and friendly, everything was clean, we didn't get bored, there was no need to go outside the facility because everything was provided.

During the weekends where more people were staying in the hotel, it was hard to find a table to eat and it was noisy. WiFi didn't have good reception in the room. These problems didn't ruin the whole experience though.

Perfect location, well maintained and noise was minimal, not disturbing during the night. Staff is helpful and they've tried to refill everything at the earliest. Snacks were surprisingly delicious.

The difference between the taverna and the main restaurant area is confusing, we were not aware that a reservation is required for the taverna in advance. As we stayed only for one night, therefore we could not try the menu in the taverna.

Clean. Excellent room service. Excellent room. Good food everywhere. Helpful stuff.

The habit of placing and leaving towels on deck chairs for hours without being there, so others couldn't use them. Honestly you must do something about it. It's the only thing that I found annoying. And I am a regular visitor to your hotel

Well, from Friday until Wednesday, only the Towels were changed in the room every day. I had to ask for bed sheet changes and a vacuum of the floor to get it done. Probably you need to through the bed sheets on the floor so the cleaning lady knows she has to change them. However, just a vacuum and a bathroom cleaning would have been nice. Friends of mine have been here over the past years & told me cleaning was done daily, so probably just my bad luck. Positive I had a miss-reservation from Booking.com 2 adults 1 child/instead of two children. The Manager didn't charge us extra for the 5-year-old son, and they brought an extra bed the next day. Thank you Staff

We very much enjoyed our stay. The resort is beautiful and the service is excellent.

Unfortunately there were large groups of school children also staying at the resort that kept us awake most of the night. The hotel manager kindly upgraded us but that did not stop the children from continuing to waking us up at 3, 4 and 5 in the morning.
