Our room included a small verandah looking down onto the sea, we had off-street parking (on street would have been difficult since there were many tourists). The breakfast featured a range of options and could be taken either indoors or on a covered terrace.

The shower was a respectable size but this came at the expense of comfort on the adjoining toilet - too close to the glass shower wall. There were also no surfaces to place things on.

Location is great. It was easy to arrive to the hotel and the parking area is right in front. We got a sea view. We couldn’t see the island but still had a great view at sunrise. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We had breakfast included, which I wasn't aware of, so it was a pleasant surprise.

It may get a bit noisy because is right on the road and everytime a car passes by you can hear it clearly. On the other side you will also get the relaxing sound of the sea. We were able to sleep with a pet dog inside of the room but they didn't let us into the restaurant with it. So we had to leave him waiting outside.

Location and views were spectacular! We were blessed to have the top floor room with breathtaking views of the castle. Although the facilities/room were simple, you had everything you needed and the location was very convenient. A big standout was how extremely friendly, kind and accommodating the owner was. Nothing like Greek hospitality! Would stay again!

Delightful. Location was perfect. Cleanliness was perfect. Staff/Service was perfect. Room was comfortable, spacious, simple with all that we needed-shower, teapot and refrigerator. Breakfast was great-eggs, cereals, cheese, meats, breads, sweets, fresh OJ. Beautiful view out our balcony of Momenvasia, right on the sea. It was so lovely we added an extra day. A highlight.

It took about 30 mins walk to the Monemvasia castle entrance gates.

The view of the sea and the Rock from our room was exceptional. The room was quiet, with comfortable beds, spotlessly clean and you could hear the sound of the sea. Plenty of parking out front. Wonderful breakfast. This must be the best value for money hotel in or near Monemvasia. Mrs. Pramataris and her family and staff were very welcoming, super efficient, and to top it all they mailed a package with our forgotten jackets to our next hotel in Greece. Amazing hospitality!

Location fabulous, on waterfront Esplanade facing the sea and “the rock”. A 3 minute waterfront level walk to bus terminal, from where there is a bus every 30 minutes to take you the 1.5klms to the entrance (€2.20 return ticket) of the Old Town and the Rock. The accommodation is in a 2 storey building, which had a lift. Our room was #4 with a balcony and spotlessly clean. There was current building works occurring across the street, but any noise could be shut out by closing the balcony door and leaving the air-conditioning on. Wi-Fi was good throughout the premises. We had a couple of swims in the refreshing sea. We only had to walk across the Esplanade to reach the water. The hostess was extremely helpful and nice. She spoke good English, was always available and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was included in the cost and was buffet option with much variety.

The room was very comfortable and the location was very convenient. Street parking in front of the hotel was readily available when we stayed there in late-April. The breakfast buffet was very good with all the usual items for a Greek hotel breakfast: yogurt, honey, olives, meat, cheese, eggs, various breads, etc.

The only downside was that the water in our shower never really got hot, it was barely warm.

Perfect location. The beach is across the road. staff are friendly and helpful. The balcony views of the beach and Monemvasia are stunning. Ample choices for breakfast.

The room could have a freshen up, but this is a small negative compared to the big positives.

Nice hotel on the edge of the small town, across the causeway from old town. The room was clean, water pressure and hot water good, breakfast buffet was good, the owners are friendly and helpful. Parking is easy and free, good dog walking along the beach with a fine view of the rock. We stayed here one night. We are full time travelers with a dog and a car.
