Great area with views to the rock of Monemvasia, There was great swimming pool area with plenty of natural shade from pine trees and views, great coffee bar. The room was spacious and modern . The balcony had hibiscus flowers!

The double bed was narrow, there were no chairs or stool in the room and had to bring in balcony chairs. There was no hand towel hanger. The towel hanger was in the shower cabin and our towels got wet! No airer for our swimming suits. No breakfast included in a quite expensive price...

- View from the swimming pool was lovely - Staff were very nice - gave us a free upgrade to have a sea view from our room, gave us a drying rack when we needed, very friendly. - excellent location - 900 metres from the island of Monemvasia - nice balcony to relax on - very nice pool, salt water pool so it is unique - nice snack bar near the pool - Good sized economy room.

- Toilet and bathroom are like are a wet room, would be nice to have a curtain separating them.

Room furniture and appliances are old or broken or missing: bed too short and narrow, but that's the size the room allows... old and broken appliances. a mirror, a shelf and some more hangers are needed in the bathroom as well as a better shower screen to avoid to flood the bathroom when you take a shower

The outdoor seawater pool is fantastic! It's a very peaceful spot to enjoy breakfast or read a book. The staff are extremely polite, and the view of Monemvasia is simply beautiful.

The room was extremely small, with the sink located outside the bathroom. The toilet were uncomfortably narrow – unless you're under 1.50m tall, your feet would be pressed against the wall. Overall, for €130 per day, the price is far too expensive for the quality provided!

Swimming pool is sustainably filled with sea salt which preserves drinking water in the dry summer season. Location is great with excellent views, and access to a nearby supermarket. Plenty of secure parking spaces. Spacious rooms with 2 showers. Friendly and helpful staff.

Breakfast was ok, it could have some sausages or bacon for the fried eggs. There was a loud party from a nearby resort that went on until 1:30. Luckily this was an one off incident.

The staff Stathis & Yiota were very welcoming and down to earth with us from the get go. We were extremely grateful for their kindness and suggestions where to eat . The pool was a high light - natural salt water which are hard to come by, very comfy room and nicely decorated with a touch of Europe

The bathroom was little small , but we are finding this is the standard across all our accommodation in Europe, otherwise very clean - did the job

The place and the stuff (espacially Jotta and Theo) were more than perfect. The view is spectacular and everyone is so friendly and kind! We got an room update twice, because we had a dog with us and we had to work remotly, so Jotta upgraded us to a room with two bedrooms and a huge balcony. Also the breakfast was very cool, with fresh juice from the organge trees, which grow on the property. The pool is beautiful and feeled with water from the sea, which is just across the street. We loved our stay there very much and we would love to come back soon!

The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. It was also clean. We didn't use the pool which was very large indeed, however, it was a rainy day.

The bathroom was rather small and the facilities a bit outdated (older type of furniture). The entire property is in need of extensive refurbishment.

Value for money with a perfect location by the sea. The pool was nice and the facilities. We did not select the option for the breakfast, so I have no opinion. All personnel was really nice and helpful. We requested an earlier check-in and they made it possible.

Really lovely staff, very helpful. Great pool. Great location. Lots of parking. Breakfasts was very nice. Really great value for money. Would definitely stay there again!!

Ideally a bedside table on each side of the bed but appreciate space would make this difficult. No real restaurants in the immediate vicinity
