View is amazing. Shower is roomy and has good hot water pressure. Queen bed (in the main room) and two twin beds (in the bedroom) This unit can adjoin, via the terrace, with the other unit on this floor of the building. Both rooms have separate heating/AC. only a 1.5 mile walk to the farthest point in the Monemvasia “castle” wifi worked for streaming FYI - there are exterior blinds on the windows that we were not told about

Can hear neighbors talking in the unit next door (but not enough to understand the words). One of the terraces can connect both units so this terrace is also not very private. Kitchenette is tiny. A one-burner plug-in electric hob is the only cooking option. No elevator. Water in this area is very unpalatable so you will need to buy bottled water for drinking. Large bed was too soft (for one in our group) but the twin beds were more firm. The incense sticks caused a headache which we didn’t realize until later (personal opinion that added scents should NEVER be used in a rental space).

The place is located very close to the bridge (about 5'), so it's very convenient for going out either for groceries or for dinner/ drinks. Maria, the wonderful person who works at the reception, is incredibly kind and helpful. Clean linen is provided every couple of days, which is much appreciated and hot water was available throughout the day. Overall, it is situated in a very quiet part of the town, perfect for relaxing and we ended up enjoying our stay there, despite the minor issues that came up.

The building is needs a bit of a reshape. It is clear that the room has been partly renovated, but there are still things that need to be taken care of.

The view from the balcony was stunning, and the location was perfect, with the city center and a supermarket just a short walk away. The staff were incredibly friendly and made the stay enjoyable.

The room was essentially the attic of the building, and parts of it had limited ceiling height, which was a bit uncomfortable, especially since I’m 1.8m tall. The area was also somewhat noisy, with barking dogs. Additionally, the air conditioning compressors were located on the balcony, making it less enjoyable to sit outside when they were running.

Great location in the quiet end of the street with view on sea and mountains. Spacious apartment suitable for 4-6 people easily. Balcony with a view on Monemvasia peninsula. Equipped almost with everything you need for a long stay with a family or group of friends. Very flexible and responsive host, easy going service. Pet friendly.

Apartment is a bit old (teared and used), would be good to have some refreshment renovation for better comfort. Sound proofing is not the best, but manageable, given the place around is not very noisy in general.

Customer Service from Manager was excellent. She was so helpful and friendly. Room was spic and span. It was equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of heat and the mattress was very comfortable. We were happy it was in walking distance to town and the castle - the uphill kept us in good shape.

It would have been helpful if there was a shower caddy in the shower to keep soap and shampoo, etc.

Top level suite . Paid more for a view of both sides of the property , mountain view and sea view. Parking quite close. Town a short walk downhill. Liked the “Rustic “ vibe.

Stairs up to 3rd floor may be problematic for elderly or people with mobility issues. Low roof inside closer to the walls. Rustic vibe may not be for everyone.

It was great, solar energy all around. The photos are accurate, the apartment is located on the top floor and it might seem tiny or hot (photos) but it isn't! Comfortable bed, two balconies, one facing the mountain and the other Monenvasia :), basic kitchen appliances, all was well organized and clean, they will clean the apartment everyday if needed. A very convenient location to visit Monemvasia walking or by car, many restaurants and markets. We recommend to visit the Ambelakia beach, 15 min or so driving and it was beautiful! Very nice and my dog was more than welcomed :)

The apartment was clean and quiet, with all the necessities, nice location, plenty of room for parking, regular room service, very nice lady at the reception who gave us good travel tips.

Slightly difficult to drive up to the upper parking lot.

The room was recently renovated and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was really modern. The bed was really comfortable. Nice view (mountain). Near the castle. The lady at the reception was really friendly and helpful. Probably would stay again. There were the basic stuff to make coffee in the morning.

No parking available. There were only 5-6 parking spots for the whole hotel. On our last night there, we couldn't find a parking spot nearby. We were looking for approximately half hour. I know it s not the hotels fault but don't advertise that you have parking space. A full body mirror would be nice or smaller in the bedroom. (There is one in the bathroom)

The location is great. Further away from the hustle and bustle but only a short walk from the bridge. The apartment was clean, with a big balcony. There were 2 Aircon units and mosquito screens. The bed was very comfortable and big. We slept exceedingly well. The staff were helpful. I managed to forget 2 dresses and the lady rang me back and we arranged for them to be sent to an address via courier. There are shops nearby and oh so many places to go out and eat/drink at.

This was a no frills accommodation but then again, for the price, we would have struggled to find something better. Honestly, no problems!
