Quiet end of town, but still across from the marina. Quick walk to restaurants and stores. Hotel has its own parking lot which is a huge plus, as parking can be tight in this town. The mattress and pillows were premium quality. The shutters and curtains blacked out the room. The windows suppressed all sounds. We slept extremely well.

We chose the cheapest and therefore smallest room. We were only there to sleep as we were out visiting family or sight-seeing all day and evening. The shower is very tight. Not a complaint, but future guests may want to consider upgrading to a larger room based on their needs.

Theodora is an excellent manager, very friendly & helpful. We paid a bit extra and upgraded our room to one with a great view of the rock, definitely worth it. She gave us an excellent recommendation for dinner about 3kms out of town. Also she kindly came in early to set up breakfast for us as we had an earlyish start to catch the 10am ferry to Kithera. There is good parking just behind the hotel.

The owners and workers are lovley and helpful. The bed is very comfortable.

The breakfast is very simple. The bathroom is small especially the shower. It is not their fault, we supposed it is like this in the village, but the tap water is salty.

It was a nice little hotel, good for a couple of days. It had all the basic things we needed. They also allowed us to do a round of laundry, which was useful for us.

The bathroom was a bit small and difficult to use with a small child. The bed was not the most comfortable.

It was a smaller place than I imagined but right next to restaurants and services. Close to port and a short walk to anywhere, including a pebbly clean beach. Breakfast was good and the ladies were very helpful. Big enough carpark and close to building.

It was a little snug bathroom and no lift to go up to 2nd floor with luggage.

Location was amazing, close to restaurants and bus stop, the view from apartment veranda was top, the room was quite big, the staff was really pleasant, free parking close to the apartment. Great apartment! Highly recommended.

Extra large terrace with comfortable terrace furniture. Sea view. Comfortable mattress. Large bedroom. Large refrigerator. Well-equipped kitchen. Parking at property. Beautiful outdoor flowers at property. New windows with screens. 2 sinks in bathroom. 5 minute walk to shuttle us which took us to Monemvasia.

Need more light in bathroom. Only one light in bathroom. Should be a light above both sinks.

Its near to local shops and restaurants , it has its own parking lot which was really convenient Even from the moment u step out of the apartment ull be stunned by the amazing view of Monemvasia.

The location is outstanding! Just across the bay from "the rock" of Monemvasia, so the view couldn't be better. The deck is the centerpiece to this property... big, spacious, definite hang-out while in town with a birds-eye view to the village and Monemvasia. The proprietor, Poly is lovely and so accommodating. Really, just about all anyone could ask for is here.

We had a fantastic three week stay at Cyrenia Guest House. The apartment we boomed was very comfortable and well designed. We knew we were in for a great stay when we arrived to find a bottle of excellent, local white wine and a generous fruit bowl waiting for us in our room! The small but functional kitchen included a full size fridge with freezer, a small stove with three stovetop burners, pots and a frying pan for cooking, a panini press, and bowls, plates and cutlery. When she learned that we wanted to cook meals in the apartment, our host provided us with a very nice deep fryer as well (more on the amazing service from our host and her family below). There was also a comfortable sofa (which could be converted to a twin bed if need be) in the room. Great for lounging and reading. The bathroom is small but well appointed. The toiletries provided (shampoo; conditioner; body wash; lotion) are high quality and replenished regulalry. The shower is excellent with great pressure and plenty of hot water. The bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed with high quality linens and pillows (*there were two pillows per person, one firmer than the other so you could choose which was more comfortable for you - a great touch). The neighbourhood is quiet and the modern shutters provide good blackout conditions; we enjoyed great sleeps throughout our stay. There are two large, walk-out balconies - one from the kitchen/living room and one from the bedroom. We ate at the table outside the kitchen, where we enjoyed a spectacular view of Monemvasia island and the harbour as we sipped coffee in the morning or wine in the evening. The modern wall mounted, whisper quiet air conditioning units in the kitchen and bedroom moderated the temperature precisely during a heat wave. A nice touch was the plexiglass panel below the bedroom unit, which kept the cool air from spilling directly down onto the bed as we were sleeping.
