- Clean, super central really nice room which was cleaned everyday with new towels - Complementary espresso/ tea in the room - You can hear the party some nights but from a far distance it did not bother us at all

The staff are amazing; the check in is at 3 pm but they prepared my room at 11 am. They also gave me twin size bed and up floor. The hotel is right in the center. Its 5-10 min walk from all attractions and old harbor. You need to take into account that its center which means its a bit loud from evening concerts and school next to the hotel. The room is not big but the design is nice. Again, I cannot appreciate enough the staff!!! Anna was so amazing and showed me roads and which places to avoid. Her colleague was always very helpful and let me notes in the room for trip to Delos or taxi to the airport. I would come back anytime

I agree with most comments that the bathroom should have some curtains or sthg as the thing on the floor separating it is quite low henxe water can run everywhere.

The hotel was immaculate and tastefully decorated in rustic style. Our room was accessed externally to the main reception which added to the sense of privacy. The bed was very comfortable and the room had all the provisions you could ask for, including robes, slippers, toiletry sets in the bathroom. There was a TV with Netflix etc. The Receptionist, Anna, was wonderful and very helpful throughout our stay, meeting us at the bus station to walk us to the hotel and giving lots of recommendations for things to do in Mykonos (and our onward trip to Athens), and organised a quad bike for us and a transfer to the airport when we left. It was a pleasure to speak with Anna, she was very friendly and delivered the best customer service! Whilst the hotel is in the centre of Mykonos town, it is situated off a quiet side street so we never had any issue with noise and slept very comfortably throughout our stay. Would highly recommend staying here!

The hotel and customer service was truly fantastic so it’s hard to find fault, but if I had to pick something the only issues we found were that the shower in our room leaked on to the main floor of the bathroom so it gets very wet and slippery and the wifi was a little slow at times and dropped, but these are both very minor issues as we were out most of the time and the room was cleaned daily!

When you travel into a place you don’t know, having a good host is half way for a good experience. Anna was the perfect host in Mykonos: • She received us with all enthusiasm and arranged a early check-in ~6 hours before - this was very important because we arrived at 4am and having a shower and a little rest was the perfect energyzer; • We had a transfer from airport at 4am on the arrival and another one at 9am to the port on the departure. It was provided by the hotel for free and Anna was very committed to secure this service for us; • Last but not least, in a human point of view, it’s completely different when you have a person that really cares about your joy - Anna was always there for us.

2 points of improvement: • We had to improvise a way to block light from the window of the bathroom - otherwise you have a lot of light since the sunrise; • There is no division between the shower and the remaining space of the bathroom- so when you take a shower a lot of water floods the floor. Hope these 2 points could be fixed in the future so the experience could be even better.

The staff were really nice and very welcoming. Anna gave us lots of great recommendations and was very friendly. The location is quiet but easily walking distance to the town centre. The rooms are very nice and it worked perfect for our trip. We would 100% return to this same hotel if we came back.

10 room hotel in a quite location, 5 minutes from the transfer buses.

Not a lot of countertop space in the bathroom. I found myself having to go back and forth to the bedroom for shaving supplies etc. There was a step up to get into the bathroom and a step down to the bedroom. The bedroom step down blended in with the tile floors, so you have to be careful so as not to trip.
