I want to start off by saying - stay here you won’t regret it! From the moment we booked the hotel reached out and arranged a car service to pick us up at the ferry upon our arrival. The pick up process was super easy as the gentleman was waiting for us with our name on a board. It’s about a 20 min drive to the hotel and when we arrived I knew I was in love as soon as I entered the fro t door. The grounds are lush with plants and trees, and had this luxurious Greek vibe. All the decor was so beautiful and fun. The front desk staff was always amazing and were truly there to make sure we had a fantastic stay. We had an early arrival And so they gave us a tour of the hotel which was so helpful. They upgraded our room I wasn’t sure why but we were grateful for the villa we received. I would’ve stayed in any room at the hotel but our private pool was a bonus for sure! The views were gorgeous from everywhere and the main pool was very relaxing which is exactly what we were looking for. The wait staff were all so wonderful it had the upscale vibe we were wanting and we couldn’t have asked for a better hotel. The food and drinks were awesome as well. I’m so glad we opted out of staying in Mykonos town. This location was only a short drive to anything we needed. We used iMove to get around there was never a long wait and it was super convenient. If we ever get back to Mykonos, I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Thank you Kivotos for making our anniversary stay so special!

Location, secluded but close to main beach, amazing view from the room, the little private beach area is one of the nicest, most peaceful places we've been, great breakfast, great food, staff were friendly and helpful.

Firstly, Kivotos Mykonos is a beautiful hotel, however a few things would make this a truly great hotel 1) the over the bath shower in a junior suite isnt great, really should be a fixed "waterfall" shower 2) clear doors to the bathroom I get, but to the WC is just plain odd 3) having the towels and sheets changed after 4pm every day is a pain, most people opt to go out in the day and then come back before going out in the evening, having to hover around and wait for housekeeping is uncomfortable, it would be much better if this was done earlier (we did raise this at the hotel) 4) having no-one at the pool par until after 11am is also disappointing as people wanted water/ coffees etc

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kivotos Mykonos, and it was an unforgettable experience! The attentive and courteous staff catered to my every need, ensuring my comfort and satisfaction! I was impressed with its stunning architecture, interior elegant design and breathtaking view! Highly recommended!!!! Also, I had a great dining experience at Namah! It’s truly a must-visit destination for any food lover!!!!

Small and cosy hotel, nice spacious rooms, good house keeping, reception staff very pleasant and helpful and can give good recommendations

Restaurant staff need more training, they lack a lot of the customer serving etiquette, not all of them smiley and welcoming. The breakfast area is not set up in a very comfortable way, the restaurant set up needs looking into. Generally very expensive Hotel for what you get.

I used the fitness every day, when we are 5 people the equipment aren’t enough. And the swimming pool is closing to earlier, at 7pm.

Property is well maintained and the views are spectacular. Each room is very unique and the pool area had all the amenities you would ever need. We came with our family of 6 ranging in age from 23 to 15. Comfortable hotel for families or couples. Great location to Ornos Beach and an easy taxi ride to Scorpios or Santanna or Mykonos Town. Staff was incredibly friendly. We will definitely be back.

We loved everything about the property. No negatives. We had a slight issue with one of our room’s AC unit but the staff fixed it immediately while we were at the pool. They were very responsive to our requests and were invested in making sure our stay was enjoyable.

Very charming hotel; it seems that every room/apartment/lounge area has a distinct decoration with unique -even rare- items and furniture, this is a true boutique hotel. Even each private/public pool is different. Staff is very helpful and there is room service and cleaning multiple times a day. There is also a small private beach at the hotel's feet and Ornos beach is very close.

This was my third time in Mykonos, and this time, I finally chose to stay at Kivotos Mykonos — and I can’t imagine staying anywhere else again. Staying at Kivotos Mykonos was like stepping into a dream sculpted from light, sea, and luxury. Nestled in a quiet cove near Ornos Beach, Kivotos isn’t just a place to stay — it’s a sensory experience. The Cycladic architecture is stunning. Our Junior Suite felt curated, with elegant furnishings, and sweeping views of the Aegean. The service was flawless — discreet, warm, and deeply personal. I’ll never forget Konstantinos, who welcomed us like old friends and went above and beyond throughout our stay. His thoughtfulness made our visit truly unforgettable.

Staff are amazing, super friendly and helpful. The rooms are all unique and have great character - we stayed in the hideaway villa which is one of the best hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. The private beach area is perfect, loungers right on the water with a dock for private boat transfers. Ornos is the perfect location, 7 mins from Mykonos town, but quiet and beautiful. The food and drinks are also excellent. Really couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough.

Some things don’t work too well. Hotel organized transfers and activities are more expensive than booking yourself. WiFi is not great

I loved the fact that my room was ready despite arriving before check-in time. The receptionist, Stella, was always hospitable and made sure my needs were met. The view from my suite was amazing, staff were friendly, the property was extremely clean and positioned on the beach and was a walking distance from nearby beach/local restaurants and bars.
