Everything !! The property is immaculate and beautifully designed with amazing views over Ornos. We were kindly upgraded from a studio to a 2 bedroom house by wonderful Leonardis , which was lovely for my daughter and myself, giving us our own gorgeous bedroom and bathroom each. We also loved the terrace and the additional bean bag sun beds. Loved the delicious huge breakfast served to our terrace each morning by lovely Panos , it really was a feast and the freshly baked cakes and pastries are different each day 😀. Dios gave us great service and made us delicious cocktails to enjoy by the pool whilst listening to nice music. We felt so comfortable and safe here.

Nothing. The short walk down to ornos beach can be a little daunting the first time you do is as it’s a fairly busy road with no pavements but after the first time, you know how to navigate it and believe me the property and views are worth the walk

This is a long review so stay with me! This place was absolutely incredible. Our villa was so private and our room was so spacious. We had a gorgeous sea view, the pool area was divine with incredible views - we spent many hours there! There were also lovely little places to just sit and take in the views especially the large terrace at sunset! The daily abundant breakfast on our private terrace was also magnificent… we were very spoilt and our host Leonidas along with Panos and the rest of the crew were just so welcoming, helpful and just lovely! They just bent over backwards to make our stay as pleasurable as possible. The daily room clean was bliss… coming home after a day out to clean towels, freshly made bed and fresh bottled water. And to top it off, a private driver to take us to and from Kostantis Beach Restaurant at Ornos Beach was amazing. Such luxury! Highly recommend you do this during your stay! The bus to take you to Mykonos Town literally stops 100m up the road.. If you come to Mykonos you must stay at Leonis Summer Houses. Absolute luxury but not a luxurious price. For months before our trip I just couldn’t wait to get to Leonis and it was everything and more! If I could I would give it an 15/10.

Absolutely nothing!

Brilliant staff and fabulous location. Up in the hillside of Ornos with stunning views over both bays . The rooms are true to the pictures The pool is quiet and we never struggled to get a sunbed. Our flight was in the afternoon and Maria the manager allowed us to keep hold of our room until 1pm. This made a huge difference to our day .

Fresh water in the room every day would have been a nice touch . Possibly more relaxed music around the pool area

We had a wonderful stay at Kallos of Mykonos. There’s very little to fault—it’s an absolutely gorgeous property, spotlessly clean, with superb facilities. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. Maria is extremely professional and helpful and made our stay even better. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mykonos.

Honestly, there’s very little to fault. If I had to mention anything, it would be that charging extra for a cappuccino at breakfast felt a bit unnecessary—usually that’s included in most hotel breakfasts. Also, the lunch menu could be a bit more varied or elevated to match the overall standard of the property. That said, these are minor points in what was otherwise a fantastic stay.

This smaller more family friend property was excellent for our 2 week stay in Mykonos. The staff were excellent, and super accommodating with daily cleaning, good breakfasts, and help with our individual needs. Maria is super responsive and creates a loving community around her. The pool is private but close to the main beach, and local restaurants deliver within 10 minutes or you can cook in the simple kitchens provided. We highly recommend this resort especially with children for extended stays in the beautiful island of Mykonos

Not much to dislike about this property

We stayed at this charming hotel during our first visit to the beautiful island of Mykonos, and we couldn’t have made a better choice. We selected the hotel based on its unique location and concept, which immediately appealed to us. The hotel offers 10 apartments, allowing you to enjoy the privacy and tranquility of your own space, without giving up the comforts of hotel service. What particularly impressed us was the breakfast concept: you choose a time the night before, and the next morning, breakfast is delivered directly to your apartment. This allowed us to enjoy a relaxed start to the day without having to worry about preparing food or cleaning up – the perfect balance of independence and service! Despite being among the last guests of the season, the property was in excellent condition, clean, and well-maintained. We lacked nothing, and the full range of services was still available. From the first moment to the last, we felt completely at ease. Special thanks go to the warm and welcoming owner, Leonidas, and the friendly staff, Dios and Panos. They took great care of us with enthusiasm, making us feel welcome and appreciated, even at the end of the season. Their personal touch made our stay truly unforgettable. We can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel – for anyone seeking a blend of peace, comfort, and warm hospitality on Mykonos, this is the perfect choice! We hope to be back soon.

Beautiful complex of villas with an amazing view. Spotless and very clean. Maria was so friendly and helpful and was so kind and approachable. She made sure we had everything we needed and sorted out any little issue we may have. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with plenty of choice. The location is perfect within walking distance to ornos beach and agios ioannis beach and plenty of choices for restaurants. The bus into Mykonos runs every 30 mins just outside the hotel. We loved our stay and hope to be back one day.

Third time in Mykonos , and first time at this property . What can I say , our group was blown away with the hospitality , the views , the accommodation. This absolute gem is perched with the most outstanding views we felt we had the whole property to ourselves . As a group of 8 we couldn’t have asked for more . Thank you thank you ,for making our trip one to remember. Leonis organised our driver for the week who was on hand 24/7 . Nothing was too much trouble . The home cooked and prepared food was first class , I’m going to miss the baked goods , and poolside potato salad and fries ! Count down till we meet again in 2025 !

Kallos of Mykonos is a fantastic, cozy, homely hotel situated on the hillside facing the Ornos beach of the Aegean sea. The hospitality team led by Maria, Ranya and Marioso are extremely friendly, cheerful and helpful. The rooms are suites/townhouses and ours was delightful with all the modern appliances, updated rooms, with a sit out next to the pool and the breakfast bar. The inclusion of breakfast was a pleasant surprise. One can just roll down the hill to the Ornos beach with a short 5-7 minute walk. The bus to Chora (short 10-12 minutes ride) stops right outside the hotel and taxis are also easily available. The place is extremely clean and quiet. Will highly recommend the place to all.
