The location is great if you are with car or motorcycle and will be strategically situated to reach all sides of the island. The homes are so stylish and sexy that for a moment you would wish to spend more time indoor that you have planned or steal some interior design ideas. And if you love surfing the best winds beach is just a 10min walk. This is one of those places that aren't a one time visit place if you know what I mean! 

I’ve been going to Mykonos for years and this is the first time I stayed at Koumi houses. I was impressed by the kindness of the staff. They were super nice and super helpful with all my requests. The rooms were super clean and very spacious. I would definitely go back in the future and recommend this hotel to all my friends. Thank you Koumi family for this amazing experience. 🙏❤️

Nikolas is an exceptional host and he was very helpful with all of our requests and questions. The property has everything you need for your stay in Mykonos and it is very close to a beautiful sandy beach and local amenities. We'll definitely be booking this place again and recommend to anyone that is looking a great property to stay in for their time in Mykonos.

Francesca was extremely friendly and helpfull and always quick to assist. We really enjoyed our stay at Koumi Homes and this establishment comes highly recommended. Well situated between Mykonos town and Ano Mera with a beautiful view. Thank you Francesca for everything!

We missed a microwave and dishcloths for drying dishes after washing up. It will be nice to have a mirror in each room.

It is normal you need a car or motorcycle to move around, but this is necessary to explore the island, regardless of where you stay. The left turn from the main road coming from the town is dangerous. It is on a right curve and there are idiots driving/riding and overtaking like crazy. So be carefull. Also the road to the accommodation is steep, but no problem.

We liked everything on this home..amazing view , great home design-cycladitic style , super clean facilities and GREAT hospitality.. we will come back soon!!!!

Everything was perfect.. The house was very clean and equipped with everything. Koumi is a Mykonian house that offers you everything. Especially the view was incredible. Many thanks to Francesca for her help.

Amazing room in Mykonos. Beautifully located in the center of the island close the Hora, beaches and the rural north. The pool was beautiful and the deco super mediterranean. A great choice to stay!

It's hard to drive down and up if you don't have experience with steep hills.

Very clean, modern and equipped with kitchen. The host Francesca was very helpful and gave us a warm welcome. I liked the shower and the terrace. Ftelia beach nearby that’s very quiet and beautiful.

Francesca, the hostess was very friendly and gave us some tips around the island. Koumi Homes were also well located and the house was very nice with the typical greek deco.
