I like that it was modern, pretty and aesthetic. The receptionist lady was so sweet to accommodate us everyday.

Our airconditioner didn't really cool down our room whereas the other room we booked was so cold and nice after our trips under the scorching sun. Also the receptionist guy was a bit unfriendly and moody. like whenever we ask him questions in the afternoon where the lady isn't there anymore, he just gives us vague answer and didn't really feel like helping.. but maybe he just had a bad day (all 4 days :( )

Thanos was phenomenal and very pleasant to work with. Tarik was absolutely terrible with bad customer service skills. He was rude, assuming and overall not helpful when inquiring about possible transportation options. His attitude needs to be adjusted significantly and needs to be humbled. The hotel is nice but he will be the downfall of this place. The fact that he’s comfortable in responding to customers with “what ever” just goes to show how little he cares.

The pool area was nice.

The rooms were not very well sound proofed and there were lots of party goers arriving late. It’s also in the middle of nowhere without easy access to the ferry terminal or airport. Our options were limited when we booked, but we didn’t realize how out of the way it is. If you have access to a vehicle it wouldn’t be a problem, but it cost us a fortune in taxi fares.

The hotel was ascetically pleasing & exceptionally clean & tidy. The staff were amazing - so approachable & friendly. My Dock & Bay travel town was missing from our balcony. I asked the member of staff at reception if it had been handed in? She kindly looked for it & said it hadn’t been, but took a photo of it & asked the housekeeping staff to check. When we arrived back at the hotel from the day out, I came back to find my towel had been folded & returned to my room (on the bed). I would definitely recommend staying here!

There were no parasols for sunbathing outside. There were just three beds under a semi shaded area. It would have been nice to have the option to use a parasol. As the sun was extremely hot!

Away from from the hustle & bustle of Mykonos. Mykonaki Hotel is a five min walk to the village of Ano Mera the local village. There is a bus which is €2 one way which departs approximately every 30min. The village has everything you need for lunch or dinners and you can enjoy Mykonos town for an easy day trip or night out. Taxis approximately €30-40 one way.

Though they provided breakfast the choice was limited and especially for a seven night stay. A simple solution would have been to have a fruit salad to go along with the cereals and yogurt option. Cheese, meat and olives were offered also with bread.

Mykonaki is a very nice and clean place, located near the center of Ano Mera, but also in scenic views near the mountains, which offers a quieter stay; The staff were very kind and helpful, especially in the reception hall, and i can mention by name Mrs Marilena; The gym was a plus for me since I could carry on my workout routine during my stay.

The pool is a litte bit smaller than it appears on photos.

We were such satisfied, actually having the audacity to state the Mykonani hotel was one of the best options. Daily cleaning service was exceptional as well as the breakfast. The staff was truly nice and overhelpful. We dont used to come back to any hotels nor destinations, but Mykonaki is definitely our must go once again. Thank you so much! Best regards from Slovakia!

Beautiful hotel, with clean very comfortable room. We had great stay there in a room for three people, the pool area is nice and we even used the gym, It is a small one but good enough to keep you active. The staff is great and very kind.

The pool bar is open until 3pm only, it would be nice to have extended availability, at least during summer. The breakfast offering is not bad but limited, maybe more options of fruit would make it better.

The hotel is modern, clean and well presented. The receptionist and breakfast staff are friendly and happy to help with a smile. The receptionist recommended amazing beaches for snorkelling. The hotel is a five minute walk from Ano Mera square. We needed a car here to access beaches. The pool is clean and the lounges comfy. Lovely for a dip after the beach. The room was cleaned everyday. Breakfast was simple but enjoyable.
